We loved our stay here! The beach was a minute walk away. The property was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. It was in a great location and very walkable. The host was also very communicative.

House was very clean, close walk to the beach. Loved strolling to the pier. Amazing beach accessories, beach chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler, wagon. 100% stay here again. The streets get pretty loud with music and vehicles, but it's something I expected being close to the beach!

Good location, about a minute walk to beach.A bit complicated check-in due to size of property that is managed under HOA.Multiple pools and hot-tub on site.P.S. dont use small and faulty toster, it will burn bread and trigger smoke detectors.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our little cottage rental- steps from the beach, parking was a breeze, pull the car right up to the back door to load the kids in, everything was well stocked and clean. My only regret is not having more time to take advantage of the community amenities which we discovered on our last night there because we had so many other things planned. 10/10 recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our state in A13 Surfbreak Cottage. We had two young kids, and this location could not be beat. Being on street level so we could easily load and unload through the patio was very convenient. The cottage was well-stocked, super clean, and comfortable. We will definitely be coming back in the future!
