THE VIEW/LOCATION
Ascend to the Barefoot Villa Penthouse, a two-story condo offering breathtaking ocean views from the upper deck and serene palm tree vistas from the main floor balcony. These elevated views of the sparkling Pacific Ocean create a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxation. Enjoy patio seating on the upstairs sundeck, ideal for dining, lounging, or simply soaking in the endless sea views.
**Please note that the Amtrak Coaster trains run all along the California coast and are a fun part of California's coastal living. They can be seen occasionally as they pass by but are no longer allowed to use their horns along this stretch of track.
KITCHEN AND DINING
As you step into the condo, you'll immediately notice the stunningly renovated kitchen, featuring modern appliances, elegant quartz countertops, custom tile backsplash, and beautiful white cabinetry. The kitchen is fully stocked with essential cooking tools, including an air fryer, making it a perfect place to prepare memorable meals during your beach getaway.
The charming wooden dining table comfortably seats 6, offering a cozy space for shared meals and conversations.
LIVING AREA
Designed for relaxation, the living area features a plush sectional sofa, modern decor, and a large 55'' Smart TV with complimentary extended cable channels. A fully functional electric fireplace enhances the ambiance, making it a great spot for unwinding after a sun-filled day at the beach.
SLEEPING
B302 - Barefoot Villa can accommodate up to 6 guests. The primary suite upstairs boasts a plush king bed, a ceiling fan, and a flat-screen TV with cable, a cozy sofa, and a private coffee nook with a Keurig for your morning brew. The guest bedroom on the main level houses two queen beds, a ceiling fan, and its own smart TV. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living room for additional sleeping space.
BATHROOMS
This penthouse includes two bathrooms, conveniently located on each floor. The downstairs bathroom showcases stunning quartz countertops and an LED vanity mirror, complete with a full tub and shower. Meanwhile, the upstairs ensuite features a modern double sink vanity, also equipped with LED mirrors. You'll love the walk-in shower adorned with custom tile. Both bathrooms are thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort and convenience, allowing you to enjoy a refreshing experience at the start and end of your sun-soaked days.

If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

The complex also features a second smaller heated pool and hot tub in the "A" building across the street, providing more options for relaxation and fun. Other amenities include a commercial-sized barbecue area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved gated garage parking, laundry facilities in the complex with card/app-operated washers and dryers, and 24-hour patrol to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village offers an all-in-one location for an unforgettable vacation. Explore the local charm of Oceanside with a walk to the historic Oceanside Pier or the vibrant Oceanside Harbor.
