Ceci est un condo de chalet de plain-pied joliment aménagé avec un vrai Wow! sentir comme vous passez la porte d'entrée. Les propriétaires ont pris grand soin de remodeler et d'aménager leur condo avec un thÚme nautique invitant et élégant, Ralph Lauren.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king pillow top, d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plasma et d'une vue magnifique sur le port et l'ocĂ©an. La deuxiĂšme chambre a 2 lits jumeaux, armoires encastrĂ©es avec tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat et de stockage, et vue sur le jardin tropical. Le salon a un canapĂ©-lit Queen haut de gamme, une cheminĂ©e personnalisĂ©e et une tĂ©lĂ©vision haute dĂ©finition Ă  Ă©cran plat 50 pouces. La salle Ă  manger peut accueillir 4-6 personnes. L'ensemble du condo dispose d'armoires et de revĂȘtements de sol sur mesure, de comptoirs en granit et d'une vue magnifique sur le port et l'ocĂ©an depuis plusieurs fenĂȘtres. Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay. The property is right on the beach and conveniently located to shops and restaurants. The unit was clean, comfortable beds, but the sofa sleeper has a very thin mattress, and other than small children it is very uncomfortable.

Great vacation!

We have stayed at NCV many times. This was our first time staying on the harbor side. We enjoyed the location of this unit, as well as the updated decor. Easy access to the beach and harbor.

Great sunset views

This was such a great condo for our family of 4. The best part was the deck and view of bay/ocean and when in the living area you feel secluded because there is a grassy area on the side instead of other condos. With kids the best vacation you can ask for is with a pool, a beach, and walking to restaurants. Will definitely come back!

Great, Updated Condo at North Coast Village

Our family has rented at this property for 12 years. We chose G23 this year once we saw how beautiful it was! It was our first stay on the harbor side of the unit. Very beautiful furnishings, and well maintained as a rental property.

Nice family vacation

Our family had a great time over Thanksgiving. Condo rental process was clear and easy. Everything was smooth and no issues. Condo was clean and well kept. It was a short walk to the beach and the grounds were well kept. Great place for families. We had teenagers but there were lots of families with younger kids as well. Looking forward to returning :)

Enjoyed our stay! Kitchen is very nice, very well stocked. It was nice to have a few essentials in the condo. Bathrooms were clean. The floors made my white socks black!! Could use some new carpet and furniture. Absolutely loved the patio!!

Beautiful!!

We stayed in unit G23 and had a wonderful mini vacation. The welcome basket with goodies was a very sweet and warm touch to the beautiful unit. The view from the balcony was breathtaking especially at Sunset. When your out there you have a full view of the ocean. The beach toys and wagon were perfect to walk down to the beach. The beds were extremely comfortable, thank you for a wonderful break away from life! We will be back:)

Clean, beautiful stay in Oceanside!

A national soccer event for my son brought us to Oceanside, CA. We invited grandparents to tag along and reserved this beautiful cottage in North Coast Village. G23 had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the short walk to the restaurants and shops, and loved our close proximity to the beach. We loved having a beach umbrella for shade for the grandparents, and boogie boards for our kids. All ages liked feeding the koi fish, and we enjoyed a night in the wonderful pool. If soccer brings us back again next year, this will be my first reservation! Thank you for having us in your clean and beautiful property.

Wonderful Escape

Beautifully maintained Condo, with everything you need for a " No problem" get away. Family of 6 had plenty of room and a comfortable stay. The grounds are like being in a garden of fun. Paths, bridges, streams, and something fun to do everywhere you turn. I honestly can't find a thing to criticize. Loved it so much that we are coming back in September for a longer stay. Thank you North Coast. P.S. I am spreading the word about this place!!

Nice and Affordable

This is my second stay at NCV and first time in this particular unit. My family and I like this unit a lot. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook every night. Plenty of towels, beach toys... Everything you could need for a week at the beach, all we bring is clothes. Beautiful ocean view, not terrible noise from the train. The whole complex is walking distance to the marina where there is Joes Crab Shack (and other places), it's even walking distance to town and the pier (we walked it with our little ones). Can't wait to visit again.

Great vacation spot

The unit was very nice and we enjoyed our time there very much. It was a little upsetting that after flying all day and checking into the unit, we found it had not be cleaned from the previous occupant. But we did appreciate the dinner gift certificate as an apology. We really enjoyed the beach chairs, sand toys and boogie boards provided. We had hoped to use the "heated" pool in the evenings when it was too cool for the beach but only the hot tub was warm enough without the full day sun. It was a very short walk both down to the beach as well as over to the harbor.

Beautiful property!

Everything was clean, and wonderfully decorated. My only complaint is the cleaning charge. We were required to clean all counters, strip all bedding, run dishwasher, and empty trash before our departure. For a 1,000 square foot unit, and the outrageous cleaning fee, that should not have been a requirement of us before our 10:00 am checkout. Otherwise we were told it would jeopardize our large security deposit. If this wasn't the case, we would use this unit for our regular "go to place" as we frequent San Diego often.

Great family getaway

This is our third time staying at north coast village and this was our favorite property so far. The communication with the owners was excellent. They had us fill out a survey about our favorite drinks before hand. When we got there they were in the fridge waiting for us. As well and a cute little goodie basket. This was such a nice touch the owners definitely go the extra mile to make sure you have a good experience. The unit was clean, fairly updated and nice. We love the view of the harbor and ocean. The only suggestion I would make is that they need new beach chairs. They had one newer one and the rest were all broken and falling apart. Overall we loved it and had such a great time. We would definitely book this unit and again and hope to in the future.

It’s a great place!

We stayed there with our little family and it was packed with beach equipment that made everyone smile. We enjoyed the sunsets and the fireworks from our balcony and loved it! We didn’t care for the kitchen table or the uncomfortable kitchen table chairs. We recommend replacing the outdated kitchen appliances (coil stove top) and especially the old school glass cutting boards. Overall we enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend G23 to others.
