This 2BR/2BA has an extra-large private balcony, private laundry, WiFi & LVP floors. Shores of Panama is a gulf front amenity-filled resort near to everything. Sleeps 6, 7 allowed. YOU HAVE FOUND ONE OF THE BEST RESORTS ON PANAMA CITY BEACH

This unit is in the most convenient location in this resort! It has a reserved parking spot on the 3rd floor of the garage, so no driving round and round 12 floors of garage. The parking spot is just feet from the unit, so no long walk or elevator waits. The unit is across the hall from the fitness center, so no excuses to skip the gym. ;-) And, the unit is high enough for a great view, but low enough to take the stairs to the pool and beach to avoid long elevator waits. This unit has an extra large balcony for great views of the Gulf over the lush landscaping, and pool of the Shores of Panama. Watch your family play below from your extra large balcony. This unit has an HE washer/dryer, and two luxury ensuite bedrooms both with private bathrooms complete with tub/shower combinations. The well-stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counters and tile floors throughout. This is one of three properties around with this level of amenities. As a bonus, we are located right next to "Pineapple Willie's" world famous seafood and beach bar ... so have lunch and a cocktail while listening to live music right in your own beach chair!

The beach service offers the following beach rentals as well: surfboards, paddle boards, lessons, kayaks, boogie boards, Hobie cats, bicycles, parasail rides, banana boat rides. This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with WiFi conveniently located on the 3rd floor. It's on the same floor as the reserved parking spot (about 75' away, and the fitness center about 30' away.) It’s easy to take the stairs to the pool and beach if you don’t want to wait on elevators. The building is directly on the beach, and is located on the main strip of PCB where all the action is, and right next to Pineapple Willy's. It is the best vacation destination for the family, golfer, shopper or fisherman. Because this building has huge white beaches and the teal Gulf waters are always spacious enough to find a great spot to soak up the sun, making it simply paradise! You can relax on your private South-facing balcony, and watch the family play below, or the dolphin swim beyond! Covered parking protects your car from the hot Florida sun. Our ideal location just a few miles from all the action at Pier Park is close enough to play with all the things PCB has to offer, yet far enough to get away when you want to.

AND, if that weren’t enough, less than 6 miles away is the famous Pier Park, with more than 120 shopping, dining and entertainment choices. Pier Park is a unique beachfront family-friendly attraction featuring a quaint island-look architecture, popular stores, and even an IMAX Theater. You should also check out Shipwreck Island water park and the activity packed Miracle Strip amusement park nearby!

-Parking pass must be purchased online by guest for under $85. Purchase details will be provided after booking. If you bring more cars, you’ll need to utilize public parking. We list of nearby lots is on our documents page.
-We include 1 pool pass per guest at check-in. If you need more, they are $10 if purchased from us at least a week in advance (otherwise, there may be an additional delivery fee and delays).
- We rent Saturday to Saturday in the spring and summer, when we have 6 night minimums.
- A limited supply of Towels, bed sheets, soap, toilet paper, and pillows are provided.
- Must submit Driver's license and rental agreement to manager within 24 hours of booking. Must be at least 25 to rent.
- Extra $20/night + tax per guest of any age over 4 guests (of any age) will be collected.
- Smoking allowed outside only.
- Guests must take out all trash and wash all dishes (or leave in running dishwasher) prior to checkout.
*Guest must submit a $250 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 14 days prior to arrival and released 14 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.
- Must be at least 18 to rent. If under 25, and additional $1000 damage deposit will be required.
- We include 2 folding chairs and an umbrella in the unit for your use, and you may also rent them on the beach.
- A second cleaning fee will be collected after booking for stays over 2 weeks, and for checkouts on Easter, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, or Christmas.
- Building, resort, HOA and/or COA amenities are not guaranteed to be open during your stay.
- Check-in time is after 6:00 P.M. local time. In some instances, access to your unit may be unavoidably delayed due to cleaning or maintenance issues. There will be no discounts offered due to a late check-in. Your patience will be appreciated in these circumstances. If you arrive after 4:00 P.M. and see that the unit is ready (it usually will be), you may begin your stay for no extra charge. Earlier check-ins require special arrangements and may be available for an additional fee.

Easy Access and Fall Break Fun

This 3rd floor condo is the perfect place for a getaway to the beach. The parking couldn’t be better and the check in process was flawless . We could easily take the stairs or elevator down the pool or beach . So many things you can do just within walking distance of the resort . Hosts were prompt at answering any questions and made the whole trip a wonderful experience.

Beautiful condo, amazing location

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! The condo is beautifully decorated and was very clean. It is conveniently located on the third floor, and the pool and beach are easily accessible. The reserved parking space is a game changer!!! No driving around looking for parking after dinner at night! We also loved that we could walk to Pineapple Willy’s for lunch/dinner! We will definitely book again! Thanks for a great family vacation!

Very beautiful location. Everything was as the listing said. Great, friendly staff, location, and amenities. The indoor pool was closed while we were there because the vent system needed replacing however, we enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and pools. We loved our stay.

Shores of Panama is a great resort. You get all the benefits of a condo with resort amenities. This is located on the 3rd floor with parking right out the front door. The views are amazing! Closet door was off the track when we walked in. Balcony window/door was foggy the whole time. Not sure if was all the temp or something with the glass. Saw two big roaches during our stay. No elevator was great. Very fast to close the pool at the shores. Restaurant and coffee shop were very good.

This unit was perfect. No elevators were needed the whole time and being on the 3rd floor parking deck, awesome. And just a short walk to the unit from the car. If I had one complaint, it’s time to replace the sheets. When the elastic is gone on the fitted sheet, it’s time for a new set. 😊. Just had to put the fitted sheet back on several times a night. For sure would stay here again!!!

Condo was very nice. Beautiful view of pool and ocean. Nice having a parking space on the same floor as condo. Elevators were fast and clean. Condos two bathrooms were large and looks like newly renovated. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had everything you might want with large refrigerator and a nice pantry. Location was great with lots of places to eat drink or shop. Only draw back was an uncomfortable couch and unit needs new frying pans. We would come back if we ever come back to the panhandle!!❤️

Elevators are terrible!!!! Good thing we were on the 3rd floor. Pool and beach is way over crowded. That many condos they need for elevators and another pool. Our condo we heard every move the people above us made. The noisiest condo we’ve ever stayed in. We will not stay at this one again.

Beautiful view but..

This unit had incredible views of the pool, palm trees and beach. The unit was clean. There were a few issues however: 1. The pullout couch mattress was horrendous. Only springs covered with tattered plastic. I felt really bad for my son that had to sleep on it. 2. The indoor pool was closed and the outdoor pools were freezing so no swimming. This was disappointing for the kids. 3. The coffee shop, poolside bars, and cafes were all closed. This was disappointing for the adults. 4. You’ll need to head to a superstore right away as most of the basics are not provided (toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, spices, cooking spray, etc.) All in all it was a decent place to stay but the amenities that were closed were a big factor in picking this spot. The beach was beautiful and the staff at the facility were kind.

The unit itself was a 3/5 but the photos are very deceiving. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and it is nice but in the other tiny room is a bunk only. The fold out couch was broken. There is a large palm tree blocking 50% of your view. They give you can little umbrella and 2 little rinky dink rusted tiny beach chairs. You can rent chairs by the day but they are on top of each other and expect 3-4 rows of people and their own umbrellas in front of you. The beach is covered in trash. My 6 year old fished out multiple cans. There are over 700 units at this place and only 4 elevators with one usually broken at a time. The wait times are insane. We were told you could only use the stairs to go down!!!!!!!! The pool was extremely crowded and smelled of urine. The beach is so crowded you can’t even get to the ocean without stepping on someone’s belongings. There is a very large complex beside them across the street so they use the same beach space. Not to mention the owners started calling/texting on Wednesday and did not stop wanting to know what time I was checking out on Saturday. The parking garage had tiny spaces and then added spaces and people drive like crazy. Overall our unit was okay but the facility is very misrepresented. Every single family we talked with said the same things and will not be back.

I’ll be using 311 for my future trips again!

Room 311 was the perfect little spot for my family. I will definitely book this same location again. It is exactly how they describe it. I’ve read the reviews and was kinda nervous after I had already paid but only because people were saying how mean the employees of the actual resort was. I literally didn’t meet one mean employee. Yes they checked for wristbands, no you can’t walk in where the cars are pulling in and out, no they won’t let you in without a wristband. But that doesn’t make them mean. They’re doing their job to protect you and your family while staying at their resort. They were so nice and funny! Also people complain about the uncomfortable couch and how dirty their feet get from the floor in the room. Yes my feet got dirty but not one time did the floor appear dirty nor did it feel dirty.(just sandy-ish) It’s very clean in there! The couch is a little more “stiff”, as they’re honest about, but I didn’t find the couch scratchy. My nephew is a big kid and loved sleeping on the couch as it was, not pulled out. The location from the pool, car and the steps is amazing and super convenient. I’d suggest a blackout curtain for the twin room (if you like to sleep in a dark room) The pools are super clean and well kept. There are employees constantly watching everything and cleaning. I had text both numbers they provide for check in and both people were super nice and accommodating. It was a wonderful trip! I can’t say enough good things! Just book it!

This condo is AMAZING!

Everything about this trip was perfect! I spent endless hours reading reviews and looking at pictures of condos and resorts on every travel app there is. The Shores of Panama #311 is hands down the best of the best! Super clean, just as described and pictured, location on the 3rd floor allowed us to easily take the stairs vs waiting on the elevators, the pool is beautiful (and has it’s own little snack/burger shack and tiki bar), the resort is super close to shops and restaurants and it’s literally steps away from the ocean and Pineapple Willy’s beach bar! I cannot recommend this place enough and I can’t wait to go back! My husband and I took our son and daughter (13 and 14) and they fit comfortably in the bunk room. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom, the kitchen is fully stocked, living room is roomy with plenty of seating for everyone and the balcony…. The balcony is extra large and has the most amazing view overlooking the resort pool and the ocean! Another 3rd floor bonus, you can literally let the teenagers go hang out at the pool and still be able to keep an eye on them from the balcony. I am not one to usually leave reviews but I know there’s nothing more frustrating than booking a place that ends up being nothing like it’s description. No worries with this one! Book it already! You won’t regret it!

The unit was not very clean. Pillows on couch stink. Skillets are all scratched up. Garbage disposal blows fuse if you use it. Had ted stain on sheet, blood or makeup I presume, they did bring new sheets but THIS WAS VERY DISTURBING AS NOONE KNOCKED ON DOOR BUT SHEETS WERE ON KITCHEN COUNTER IN THE MORNING WHEN WE WOKE UP. This MEANS SOMEONE CAME INTO THE CONDO UNANNOUNCED AS WE SLEPT!!!!!!!!! THIS IS HORRIBLE!!!!! We never used pool as it was not well cared for, very cloudy.. but lady at pool gate was very, very rude when we did not have the paper pool passes on. We did not know we needed them to go to beach. My son tried to explain that he thought they were just for pool access and the lady said” open your eyes and look around” which was very rude. Lost one paper tag in ocean and same lady made my son go clear to room to get extra pass, thank God we had extra or she was not going to let me come on the grounds from the beach, even though she had already hasseled us several times and knew who we were and knew we had passed. I am in my 50s, not some kid. None of us drink so believe me it wasn’t an issue of us being inappropriate. I have never been treated like this anywhere I have ever been. I doubt management is aware of these behaviors by staff. There are old cookies under the bunk bed .. they were there when we arrived , we were not going to crawl under the bed to get them. You are charged a cleaning fee, then given a list of chores with the threat of extra charge if you mess up . For example, if you were to leave a dirty sheet on the floor instead of on the bed.. there would be a CHARGE, for what reason? No reason was given. Seems they are looking for reasons to charge as it this is some elite property but it is not. The property is dirty, crowded and staff is rude. Condo itself is nice but second bedroom is more the size of a closet without a tv for my grown children to watch at night. Not at all worth the price. I will head back to other places where I can get 3 bedrooms for the price of this place . I just wanted to try a new place and wish I had not. Very disappointed
