180 FIRESTONE DRIVE, PALM DESERT. Belle villa située dans la communauté de golf fermée de Desert chutes Country Club. Nouvellement décoré de trois chambres, deux ans et demi de bain avec plus de 1800 pieds carrés. Ce condominium de niveau inférieur dispose d'un salon spacieux avec une cheminée et salle à manger formelle, cuisine avec coin repas, grande suite parentale avec un dressing, douche, baignoire ovale. Lit king-size dans le maître pleine taille dans la chambre secondaire, des lits jumeaux dans la troisième chambre. La suite principale dispose d'un 36 'HDTV TV w / DVD, la salle familiale a un 58' HDTV w / Smart TV DVD, et le 2ème et 3ème chambre w / lits jumeaux ont intelligente HDTV.

Il est situé à quelques minutes de shopping, vie nocturne casino, El Paseo Drive, et le Riverwalk, complète avec salle à manger extraordinaire, shopping et de divertissement. Great option for any desert visit

The condo is great; it's near the 10 and still close to restaurants and shops. It's in a great location, was well supplied, had comfortable beds, and an easy check-in/out process. We usually stay at the Marriott but will stay here again.

Great location for the pool and easy access. Some updating would be nice but was what we wanted and expected. Manager(owner) was prompt to communicating with us when we had some travel disruptions and did a very good job of making our stay enjoyable.

Had a great time at this vrbo. Great location in this gated community. Pool is right behind the house and easily accessible. Would stay again 100%.

Nice Property

Mary was a great and very accommodating host. She was quick and easy to reach by email and text messaging. Her home was clean, very close to the pool, and her driveway was large enough for four cars. The only downside is that her HOA is very strict, so you may want to double check with her about any potential issues before booking here. Don't be afraid to ask, Mary was nice enough to ask her HOA multiple questions for me.

just steps to the pool

Perfect family vacation get away. We arrived and everything is here even the basket with sunscreen. We enjoyed a terrific week: played tennis, lots of pool time, loved the fitness centre and having lunch on the patio at the golf club.

We have committed to rent this condo for the 4th year in a row. It is an easy walk to the Desert Falls Club for tennis, gym, cocktails, dinner and, of course, golf. The pool right outside the door is terrific for our visiting grandkids. It is very conveniently located for restaurants, hiking, biking, stores, movies and theatre. The owners take care of everything. As long as we continue to go to So. Cal to escape the winter weather in PA in Feb/March, we will always rent from this condo.

Great vacation

We had a very relaxing time at Mary's condo. It had more than what we had expected, which made our vacation very relaxing and enjoyable. The description of the condo was very accurate. It was very clean and well maintained. The condo very roomy and having a washer and dryer was great. The kitchen was stocked with basic items. The condo unit was right by the pool which was perfect for our three kids. Mary was very helpful in answering all my questions. I would defiantly recommend renting fhis condo again.

A Great Week!

Mary was great to work with. The condo was better than the pictures and perfect for us with 3 adults and two children The proximity to Pool #20 could not have been better and most of the week we had it to ourselves. Desert Falls CC grounds are beautiful. Cooked on the grill 4 nights. All in all a perfect week; low 80's every day and never saw a cloud

My family loved this location, unit and amenities. We've stayed many different locations in PS and we will definitely be going back here. Perfect Get-Away!

We 100% plan to return to this condo and bring our kids and grandkids. We'll also plan to return by ourselves again. It is a very spacious, clean, and bright condo, and everyone we saw outside of the condo was friendly and kind. The pool is within site, the patio is roomy, and the vast lawn would be a great play area for any children. We loved our stay and can't wait to return!!!

Enjoyed our stay in Palm Desert, and really liked the condo. The place was nicely furnished and lots of room for us and two of our kids. Had Christmas there and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Would have preferred that the owners had left nothing for food except the basics, such as flour, sugar, salt pepper, spices and cooking oils, etc, and had put their stuff away on specific shelves. All in all, it was a good holiday, thanks.

Will Recommend to Everyone

My stay here was paradise. I had such a great time. All I can think about is coming back again! The condo is so spacious, beautiful and clean. Having the pool right outside the door was so convenient and it is kept crystal clear clean. Stores and restaurants are close by and convenient to get to. I will recommend this property to anyone I know planning to visit Palm Springs.

Everything You Want and Need

The condo was the perfect accommodation for our recent golfing trip, We found the condo to be very centrally located with easy access to golf courses throughout the Valley. The condo is spacious and well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the BBQ and close proximity to the pool and hot tub.

a relaxing holiday stay

The condo was quite spacious for our family of 5, and looked every bit as good as the pictures online! The pool was wonderfully close, and we used the spa every night when the air chilled. Mary was very responsive in answering any/all e-mail inquiries, and things ran very smoothly for us during our stay. A special thanks to Mary for arranging my use of the workout facility while staying at the condo! Would definitely stay again

Totally great place !

We had a wonderful experience staying in this condo. It is large and roomy, comfortably furnished with all the amenities needed for a stay in the desert. Bedrooms and bathrooms are large and nicely decorated as is the living area. The kitchen with a nice eating nook has plenty of dishes and all of the appliances necessary for a fun time. There is a nice patio with bar-b-que overlooking the very large pool which is probably the highlight of the complex for us. Plenty of room for our grandchildren to join us for a few days. Lower level, quiet unit, convenient to shopping, movies and restaurants.

Fantastic Location, great access to pool

We had a fantastic time staying at this property with 2 other couples. It is spacious and very well equipped especially the kitchen with every appliance & gadget you could need. Just pack your clothes. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated for a desert get a way. We slept in the 2nd bedroom and the bed was very comfortable. It was great to wake up in the morning with a cup of coffee on the patio overlooking the pool and large lawn area with mountains in the background. Being so close to the pool was huge bonus. Property was close to shopping, dining and golf. The guys all played Desert Willow several times and loved it!

We are from Seattle, so getting away to a hot sunny place is a must! We love a desert climate, and Palm Desert fits the bill.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We loved Desert Falls because our guests can use all of the facilities as renters and guests of our unit. The fitness center is a big plus and was recently updated along with equipment and classes offered during high season. Tennis is also quite popular with weekly matches on the schedule.
We have wonderfully friendly and resourceful neighbors too which is an added plus!

50 feet from the pool. Another large pool (#21) directly across the street. Golf courses all around and surrounded by beautiful mountains on 3 sides.
