An impressive oasis, the palm-studded backyard presents a stunning saltwater pool and spa. Youâll also love the outdoor shower, firepit, and huge covered lanai thatâs perfect for dining alfresco. The Sunrise Park setting is convenient to the cityâs hottest spots!
All on one floor, the stylish interior features designer furnishings at every turn. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with stainless steel appliances and ample stone counter space. A sleek gas fireplace awaits in the inviting living area. Enjoy a quiet drink in the walled courtyard (separate from the backyard).
Occupying an entire wing of the home, the primary suite provides direct backyard access and a luxe en-suite with a rain shower. On the opposite side of the common area, youâll find an additional suite with direct backyard access as well as two guest bedrooms - each with a private patio. Free WiFI, a private washer/dryer, and central AC are also provided.
THINGS TO KNOW
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-City ordinance requires check-in for all reservations. Only the registered guest whose name is on the rental agreement can check-in and they must provide their ID as well as the credit card that was used at the time of booking.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting âYesâ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 150 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
