Beautiful ocean front one bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bathroom at the Pyramid condominium with kitchen and appliances. Comfortable living room with queen size sofa bed. Two TVs and wifi. 8th floor. Fantastic view of ocean and steps away from beautiful sandy beach. Outdoor pool. Walking distance to great restaurants and grocery store. Renters need to provide their own paper products, soap products and food. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator and dishwasher as well as all utensils and pots and pans Parking is 40.00 which must be paid at the Long and Foster office on first floor where you will also obtain a pool pass

Great location

Hi, we enjoyed our stay. It was cute; the perfect size for a couple. We were also able to sit on the porch with our children and their friends. We loved the pool, view, and location to beach and Bull On The Beach. The negatives wereThe sand on the floor, a broken broom, the vacuum blew the sand, and the bed was not flat, but angled.my husband had to sleep on the bottom bunk the last night as his back was feeling it. If they upgrade the mattress I’d definitely stay again.

Fourth of July get away

Had a lovely stay for the Fourth of July! We stayed Thursday-Monday and didn’t arrive until about 8 at night Thursday and check in was still very smooth! Condo was very clean and linens/towels were ready for us when we got there. Location was perfect and enjoyed the pool attached to the condo as well as walking next door to the pool bar Jolly Jellyfish! My 5 year old loved the bunk beds! Easy walk to and from the beach with convenient bathrooms within walking distance! Great communication with the owner as well! Over all we would absolutely stay at this condo again!

Great location, clean, excellent view from spacious balcony. Only surprise was that the bottom bunk bed rested on the floor. Not a huge deal, but made getting out of it difficult.

Amazing Views

This was a very cute place. Was perfect for the 3 of us. Clean and had everythjng we needed. The views were amazing. The location was also great. Restaurants nearby. Grocery store and coffee shop across the street. Would definately book this condo again.

Excellent beachfront getaway

We loved our stay here and hope to come back again next summer! The view was perfect and we loved sitting at the balcony table for meals. My 3 and 6 year old loved the bunk beds. The heated pool was nice and relaxing as some days were breezy and a little chilly at the beach so we always ended our day at the pool. Great location close to grocery store and restaurants. Very family friendly location.

Amazing view and stay!

This condo was perfect for our family of 6 (4 kids ranging 5-10). It had everything we needed and more (e.g. beach gear and toys for the kids)! Location was great and the views were even better. Check in was seamless and instructions for linens, appliances, etc. were all clearly displayed. It was a great experience overall!

Weekend Away!

Perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Overall the place is great just some minor cleanliness concerns probably more related to the cleaners. I would rent this condo again in the future!

Country Calling Festival

Nice location. Beautiful beach front with a gorgeous sunrise view. Walking distance to restaurants, Acme and coffee shop. Very far walk to the boardwalk. The room itself could have been a little cleaner. There was mold in the shower and on the shower curtain. Bed wasn't super comfortable but was doable for the 3 nights we were there.

Amazing Stay

This property is lovely. The ocean view and roomy porch are wonderful. The decor is lovely and it was very clean and up to date. The property owner was a delight to work with… very responsive and helpful. Of course, the perfect beach weather added to the wonderful stay we had here! We will definitely be returning to this property. Kudos to a well maintained and managed property!

Amazing stay!

The location was just perfect for our family and stay at the beach. The property manager was responsive and easy to work with. Location was beautiful and convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. The best was having the convenience and access to the beach within steps. Following the beach we’d take a dip in the pool to cool down. The unit was clean. We loved it!

Perfect beach condo

I recently stayed at a charming beachfront condo, and it was an experience worth sharing. The condo, though small, is beautifully designed to make the most of its space, providing a cozy and comfortable environment for a beach getaway. Location: The standout feature of this condo is its unbeatable location. Nestled right on the beachfront, you can enjoy stunning ocean views from the living room and balcony. Waking up to the sound of waves crashing and the sight of the sunrise over the water is simply magical. The beach is just a few steps away, making it incredibly convenient to take spontaneous walks or enjoy a day in the sun.

Perfect Space

This was our first time upgrading from a hotel room with our preschoolers. It was PERFECT! The bunk beds were a huge hit, amazing balcony space, great location! We were very impressed with how clean the whole building was kept. Owner was quick to respond if we had a question. Will definitely be back!

Nice property for a small family

We had a great oceanfront view in this very clean condo. All appliances worked well. We did wind up not running the dishwasher because we did not see any soap there and we did not bring that kind. Easy walk to the beach. No problems parking at all. We would rent this unit again.

Best condo we’ve stayed at

This condo was beautiful. It was very clean and the owner had so many little convenient things to make our stay even better. Like book lamps, extra power cords, extra pillows and little shelves by the beds. She seems like she genuinely cares about families having a good time and being comfortable. My family of 5 stayed and there was plenty of room. My husband and 2 sons even slept in the living room one night to wake up to the view of the ocean and were very comfortable. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Balcony / view of ocean the best asset of condo

Property owner is responsive and helpful in fixing problems in timely manner (WiFi didn’t work initially). The ocean view is a delight. Condo was smaller than we expected and hadn’t internalized the bunk beds and double bed in the one bedroom which made the bedroom feel small and closets hard to use. Worked fine for a few days and only being a couple - expect it to be tight for any more people unless you like it very cozy.

Amazing views in a very cute condo

My family had a wonderful Labor Day getaway in this cutely decorated condo. The views are stunning - from the balcony, you get direct view of the ocean, sunrise, and moon rise, with sound of the wave, and on the corridor right outside the door, you get beautiful view of sunset and the bay side. The place is equipped with everything you need. A supermarket is located right across the bldg, suggest to first check out the place, and get everything you need from there. We were able to use left overs from previous renters. Communication was very quick with the host. I highly recommend this place, and will definitely stay here again.

Very nice

Owner really goes above and beyond. Little hidden jems all over the unit. Took me a day to get used to the layout and low hallway ceiling, but the living room is bigger than I thought and the view is just as beautiful as advertised. Personally I would ditch the bunk bed because it is a bit tight in the bedroom, but no one is spending that much time in a bedroom with a view like that and the beach literally downstairs. Very easy going and I would recommend this host anytime

Unresponsive property owner

The location was excellent and the oceanfront view was beautiful. The washer and dryer were great to have so beach towels could be washed and fresh for the next day. The pool on the property was very nice and our 6 year old daughter loved it. Unfortunately, the room was not as clean as we expected. There was a large stain on the queen bed mattress pad and also stains on the bed comforters which also smelled. The shower was dirty so we had to disinfect/scrub it ourselves. There was some confusion as to where the sheets/linens were as they were not on the beds. I called the property owner to ask her where they were and left a message. She failed to return my call. We eventually located them outside the front door in a bag. We will not be returning to this property.
