In 1999. our son was about ready to leave the house, my husband and I always vacation in Ocean City Md, we thought what a great Idea to own a property in Ocean City, so we originally bought a one bedroom in the Pyramid, its a rewarding project so we ended up getting additional units to be able to accommodate more guests, since I love interior design and my husband is very capable of helping accomplish most of the projects this investment property has been a focus of our spare time, we live in a small town in Pennsylvania but the change of scenery and temperatures make going to the beach to work on the properties fun. Our son now lives in Ocean City as well and helps manage the condo's when we are in Pa.

We shopped the real estate market to great lengths before we decided on the Pyramid, we like the fact that the units are all ocean front and that the balconies are large and private. The condo itself has a great layout for privacy and convenience. The building is a unique structure and currently an Ocean City landmark, the location is perfect, its near the action, but not in the middle of it. This Property is especially clean and beautifully decorated. Its just been entirely remodeled and the new decor is comfortable and accommodating.

The location of this unit creates easy access to the pool and private beach. Plus the views are very tropical. There is a grocery store across the street, a quick mart next door, 7 different restaurants within walking distance . A variety store is also right across the street, if you enjoy running I run from the Pyramid up around North side Park and back, that is close to a 5 mile run and a fun course.
