The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

the unit was very nice and accommodating for the 9 of us. it was vary large, comfortable and spacious..but, we have stayed in 3 other Tupelo Bay units and i will say this was the least supplied. only the roll of tp on the holder,only 1 extra trash bag, 2 dishwash pods, only 1 set of 8 silverware (for nine people we were washing after every meal,numerous chipped plates and bowls, only 4 bowls, no small glasses, only 4 nice coffee mugs. not sure why 2 pieces of crown molding of 8 to 10 feet were left in the living area against a wall. no beach chairs to use. too may area carpet runners on top of carpet for tripping hazards. filters needed changed on frig. washing machine should be checked for a loud noise. again i am comparing this to other units that we have stayed in at this same location and what they provided.
