Weekend float trip

Checked in Friday evening,Floated Saturday drove home Sunday morning.Nice place to stay enjoyed having air conditioning and a shower after getting off the river as opposed to camping we’ll definitely do this again.

Senior citizen float trip

We rented this condo with the larger front rental. It was absolutely perfect. There are 2 beds in each of the 3 bedrooms and an additional bathroom! Our bedrooms were very clean and spacious. We’ve been taking a float trip on black river for over 30 years and this place was pure luxury.

Family friendly space

We rented the condo space as an add-on to the area we were using at The Shepherd's Place for our family reunion. It was helpful to have the extra kitchen space and the families with kids appreciated having both King and Twin beds in their rooms. Super time had by all. I've heard only positive comments from my group.

Good property and close to parks

We enjoyed our stay here. We had 8 people on the property (my family plus my parents) and had plenty of room to spread out. We appreciated the bathrooms in each bedroom.

Nice place to stay in Lesterville.

A good property for families. Each bedroom has a bathroom. Small kitchen was stocked with dishes and pots and pans. We have stayed there 3 years and will go back if available.

Great place to stay with family or friends

This is a great location for staying in Lesterville. We were there for a float trip and the location is very close to the float company. Also very nearby are a few restaurant options, a gas station and a Dollar General. Every room has its own private bathroom which is awesome. The beds are comfortable, and the full kitchen is stocked with just about everything you need.

It was a grandparents with grandkids trip. Had a great time. The house was clean with great furnishings. The owner had detailed instructions which made everything easy.

Great place to stay

This was one of the best places we have stayed for our annual float trip. The place was very clean and we loved that there was a bathroom in every bedroom. The property manager was quick to answer any questions we had ahead of time. Was a great experience overall. We used Franklin Floats for our canoe outfitter and they came and picked us up and dropped us off. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Very nice place and convenient location

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and the 3 bedrooms were very spacious. Each had their own bathroom and shower and the beds were very comfortable (we did bring our own pillows though). The kitchen was stocked with dishes, utensils and pots and pans which was good for cooking meals. The location was excellent and conveniently located for our float trip.

We have booked this place the last 2 years and it has always been great. We love that there is a big bathroom in every bedroom. We float with Franklin Floats and they come pick us and drop us off which is awesome. I highly recommend this place

Property was very good, bedrooms and bathrooms very nice. I wished there was a common area for family to gather other than kitchen, inside of the property. It was raining and the porch was used very little. Speaking of the kitchen, there was not enough pots and pans or utensils to use. We had steaks and had to share steak knives. Other then that it is a great place to stay and we all want to go back.

We rented this condo to stay with another family. The rooms were spacious and each had their own mini fridge and sink along with attached bathroom. There was no main living room space but there was a large kitchen we hung out in. Two of the king beds were overly firm (not our preference) and one room didn't have black out curtains so the utility light show in. Overall the space clean and suitable for our party of 9 people. We enjoyed our visit and were able to visit Elephant rocks and Johnsonville shut ins which were just a short drive from the condo. There is also a DG right down the road for any last minute necessities.

Plenty of room

Overall for the price and what we needed this was fine. Some of the beds were not comfy, the dishes had dust all over them so we bought paper products (however they do charge a cleaning fee and I would expect this to be included) the internet was spotty so none of the tv's would work because they couldn't connect to any wifi. The wifi did work for the kids that brought all their devices for slow times when we weren't busy. The toilet in one of the rooms was really hard to flush that you felt like you were going to break the handle so you had to take the tank lid off and flush it that way. Please note the only reason I gave three stars on cleanliness is from the dust on the dishes. The rest of the area was kept up. One other thing... the directions were stated that you take the sheets and pillow cases off and drop by laundry room. We had no clue where that was at. Nothing was labeled as such so we did pile them up in the hall by a door. I would stay here again.

Amazing Accomodations

This is truly an amazing place to stay if you are interested in hanging around the Black River or going floating or doing anything else in the area. It was clean, reasonably priced, and very comfortable! Most necessities were provided leaving little for us to have to bring ourselves. We will definitely be back!

Great location for floating the Black River

3 couples stayed here to float on the Black River. It was a great location for that. Kitchen was great. Having a big clean bathroom for every bedroom was ideal. We would stay in this house again. Thanks!

Great, unique spot

Super close to Franklin floats. Rooms were great with each having their own bathroom. Fire pit out back was a nice spot to hang. Great price and great place to stay for a girls’ float trip weekend.
