This lovely 2BR/2BA condo offers amazing canal views, a private balcony with alfresco dining, and access to two sparkling pools. Leisurely stroll to the coast or walk to gorgeous Northside Park for an afternoon picnic.
Located in the Blue Marlin Building, your condo is within easy walking distance of shops, dining, and attractions.
LIVING AREA
Unwind on plush furnishings in the welcoming living area. A 43â flat-screen TV sets the scene for movie nights.
KITCHEN & DINING
Create delectable meals and beach snacks in the pristine kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances as well as ample counter space.
Keep the chef company at the four-person kitchen bar. When itâs time to eat, gather at the four-person table.
BED & BATH
This condo sleeps up to six guests in two bedrooms.
The tranquil master bedroom has a king-size bed, 40â TV, and patio access. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.
Sleep soundly in the second bedroom, furnished with an XL twin-over-queen bunk bed with a twin-size trundle and a flat-screen TV. The second bathroom is appointed with a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREA
Take in canal views on the private balcony. A table seats four to alfresco meals.
EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer.
Parking is available for two cars (one assigned spot in the covered parking area and one unassigned spot in the open parking lot). Trailer parking is prohibited.
This unit is located on the third floor. Elevators are available.
The fireplace in the living room is not operational.
The pools are open seasonally, from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

This conveniently located condo allows you to easily walk to the beach and Northside Park. Stroll to local eateries and popular shops.
For additional entertainment, schedule a deep-sea fishing excursion or a parasailing adventure. Attractions include Ocean City Beach and Fenwick Island State Park in nearby Delaware.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 3.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
