This condo sleeps four guests between the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living area. Partially open to the living area, the bedroom is furnished with a king bed. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Fabulous Condo

Tastefully decorated,& well appointed kitchen which contained every spice & utensil we needed. When we travel, like to enjoy the Condo as much as enjoy our home, and 302 exceeded our expectations.

Very clean with thoughtful special touches!

Visited for a weekend with my husband and two kids for and we had a great time! So many thoughtful touches by the host, including lots of cozy blankets, treats and extra toiletries. Beautifully decorated and well stocked kitchen. We made a few meals in the condo and it was a fun and enjoyable experience. The pool was lovely, great view from the in unit balcony. The location is perfect, close to everywhere, including downtown!

Nice condo and amenities but not as walkable as I thought. We ubered for the two days. Nice having a parking spot in garage but it’s for compact car/tight for an SUV.

Great spot for exploring Nashville

We stayed at Illume 302 for five nights. Our daughter recent took a new job and moved to Nashville. We wanted to visit her and explore the city. She lives in the Gulch, about a 10 minute walk from the apartment. We were able to walk to Vanderbilt, to Nissan Stadium, The Country Music Hall of Fame and Broadway. The apartment is exactly as pictured. It is clean! The appliances are new and functional. It is comfortable. We were able to sit and relax as well as set up computers at the dining table to work. The owner has added some lovely touches including water bottles in the refrigerator, coffee in the freezer and basic toiletries. The building itself is interesting. It appears that most units are used as short term rentals. As the residents change frequently, every stay will have a different vibe. The lobby renovations should be finished in the coming days. While it did not impact our stay, it would have been nice to have known upfront that the lobby was being renovated. It was a little unnerving to arrive to find the lobby ripped up. By the time we left, it looked fantastic! We did not use the pool. Many of the other residents did use the pool which is technically open dawn to dusk. One group chose to use the pool on Saturday night in the midnight hour. They were very loud! It would have been nice to have had security there to quiet them down. Periodically there was late night noise in the hallway and in the apartment above us. We plan to return to Nashville for future visits. We would absolutely stay at Illume 302 again.

Loved our stay

We loved this unit and the location within the building. The location of the complex itself is great as well. Easy walk to everything. The home is clean, super comfy, view of the pool, lots of toiletries, tv options and more. Nicely decorated and well equipped overall. The building is receiving updates to the common area carpets which is great. The pool is well maintained. Some of the common areas (stairwells and pool restroom) could be better cleaned but overall this was a perfect place for us for the week! Thank you to our host who made things easy and lovely.

A perfect Nashville spot to feel just close enough, and just far enough from the location.

My partner and I really loved this vrbo. We didn't spend too much time in it as we spent a lot of our time exploring the city, but when we were there, we felt as though it was our home base. My only complaint is that the hallways can be noisy at night, especially Saturday night from 3-5a when the bachelorette parties are coming back. It was a minor issue, one that the property manager had very little control over, and thus probably couldn't fix. In the end, the location isn't overly walkable, though there are some restaurants within walking distance. However, it is only a 10-15 minute drive to just about everything in the city, and I was happy not to be in one of the the overly crazy areas of town. I will recommend this spot to everyone I know heading to Nashville!

Great space, larger than expected, great location, nice pool.

We enjoyed our time in Nashville and our home base only added to our experience. With a little time, downtown activities are walkable. While the building seemed to be full, it was quiet at night. Our family enjoyed it!Only downside was that when we arrived, it appeared that the cleaning service was cut short. The trash was not taken out and the floors were not clean. The issues were quickly resolved. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Mostly positive experience - local staff care team was a let down

The turnkey team was great with all the communications and reservation experience leading up to my stay. However once I arrived, I was disappointed to find that the inside of my unit had not been cleaned. There was mold in the toilet, soap residue in the shower, no sheets on the bed, and beach towels scattered throughout the kitchen. For some odd reason, the unit’s decorations had been taken off the walls, rugs piled in the corner, etc. I was able to set up the unit and had brought cleaning supplies but it took 4 days to get enough sheets and towels for the 2 beds and guests. The security team were very nice and community areas were generally clean except the few times bags of trash were left near the elevators. WARNING - this particular unit is assigned a single compact car parking spot! There was no note about this and I was not able to get an alternative spot. My only option would have been to park on the street. Location of the property is convenient to music row & the Gultch. Was able to easily scooter or walk 1-2 miles to get to Broadway. The pool noise and upstairs neighbors steps were very loud at all hours of day. Don’t expect this to be a sound-proof experience.
