This stay was all you could ask for, for a budget friendly weekend get away. Close to DT clean and easy check in process and close to DT. Only complaint is you can hear everything upstairs but you can expect that with it being a lower unit. I would definitely stay here again

Condo was very clean and location was second to none. It was smaller than anticipated. There is some construction nearby and on the way, but that's not really unusual for downtown areas. The pool was clean and well maintained. Appreciate the extra touches like nice Shampoo and soaps, good TP :-P Overall great stay, especially for the price.

Great Location - Very Comfortable

Well appointed and in immaculate condition. Full kitchen with all the details covered. Less than a mile to downtown, easily within walking distance. Even a pool to cool off after a long day. Would definitely come back when returning to Nashville!!

Great experience

This was our first trip to Nashville. We greatly enjoyed everything about the accommodations and, for us, most of the sites were within walking distance. The only negative, and this would not always be an issue, is that there is another residence above ours, and we could hear every time they were walking up there, be it late at night or early in the morning.

It’s the small touches

Great place to stay with all the small touches included. We tend to sleep with a fan for noise and there was one in the closet. Need make up remover, shampoo, body wash, coffee, med kit
they have you covered! Broadway is walkable or a short Uber ride away ($5-$7). Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay in Nashville!

My husband and I really enjoyed staying in this property. Very clean and had everything we needed. Just needed to pick up a few food items at the Kroger just down the street. It was an easy 20 minute walk to Lower Broadway. Also, about 20 minute to walk to Monell's and 5th and Taylor, 2 local Germantown restaurants. Both were great. Also, easy to Uber or drive to other areas of the city. We would stay here again if back in Nashville.

Great Quick Rental

The place is very clean. Great spot for a quick stay and is super close to downtown everything. It is on the smaller side, you can touch both walls in the kitchen at the same time and the bathroom door barely clears the toilet so that leaves little room to maneuver in and out of the shower. There is a ton of construction going on all around this area so the gps was not accurate to find it but after the first day we figured out what roads we could take. The unit is on the bottom floor and there are units above and you hear every foot step that is taken. If you are staying for a few days it is a perfect spot to experience Nashville at a great price point compared to other units this close to downtown.

5th Year Anniversary

We met 5 years ago listening to a great band and had always talked about coming to Nashville so no better time than our special day. And it was a great experience all the music and more a person can handle and everyone was really great that we came in contact with. Other than the local construction going on in numerous places it’s was picture perfect time. But the room was really nice the only regret I had with it was I couldn’t take the bed and pillows home with me. When we travel that’s one thing I struggled with being able to rest comfortably away from home but I actually got better rest this time than at home due to the awesome bedding. The room had easy access also. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for some where convenient to all the downtown sites or any of the games at the stadiums really close to it. Thank you for everything.

We had a wonderful stay at this North Capitol condo! Being on the ground floor with a parking spot conveniently close made unloading our suitcases a breeze. The condo was spotless and, while a bit on the small side, it had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.The location was great — we could easily walk to Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park for our event, and it was only about a mile to Broadway and downtown Nashville. A fun bonus was being so close to the Nashville Sounds baseball park; on Friday night we got to enjoy fireworks after the game right from the parking lot in front of the condo. The host was excellent, clearly communicating all requirements and responding quickly to any questions. Overall, I’d give this condo 5 stars without hesitation! :)

Stephanie is a great VRBO host with her quick responses and information. The condo was very clean with a comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower! The host cannot control noise from neighbors coming and going, but the noise machine helped. We heard very little at night (actually just one night of 4). The listing was accurate and the free parking spot was perfect. We used Uber to get downtown and paid less than 10 for each ride. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. If we are ever back in the area; we would book again.

Perfect Location

Repeat guests as the property is clean, conveniently located and includes an assigned parking spot. The bed is comfortable with plenty of linens and kitchen utensils. We will be back again next year!

Clean Condo

Condo is very clean, bed is comfortable and it has a well stocked kitchen. Shower water pressure is good however the tub does not drain well. Condo is on the ground floor with good parking, the residents above were up walking around a lot late at night and the noise was loud.

Long weekend

The condo had everything we could have asked for and even within walking distance to our concert venue (Brooklyn Bowl). If you're on the fence, don't be and rent it.
