Long weekend

The condo had everything we could have asked for and even within walking distance to our concert venue (Brooklyn Bowl). If you're on the fence, don't be and rent it.

Very pleased with everything about our stay. Great communication with our host. Place was clean, tidy, comfortable and met all our needs. 25 minute walk to Broadway St. Perfect place to stay!!!! We would definitely stay here if we are in Nashville again. Thanks for a lovely experience

Great experience

This was our first trip to Nashville. We greatly enjoyed everything about the accommodations and, for us, most of the sites were within walking distance. The only negative, and this would not always be an issue, is that there is another residence above ours, and we could hear every time they were walking up there, be it late at night or early in the morning.

Excellent. About a $18 Uber ride to downtown or the Gulch. Lime Bike or Bird Scooters regularly available within a block of the house.

Great Location - Very Comfortable

Well appointed and in immaculate condition. Full kitchen with all the details covered. Less than a mile to downtown, easily within walking distance. Even a pool to cool off after a long day. Would definitely come back when returning to Nashville!!

Perfect

Great condo for my husband and I to spend a three night weekend during our first trip to Nashville. Quiet & clean. Condo provided nice towels, coffee, ice, and everything needed to enjoy our stay. The pool was nice too. We did not have a car. Used Uber for some of our outings. We walked a lot too. No restaurants or shops Nextdoor. Germantown is a nice area close by.

Great Nashville Location

The condo is clean, cozy, and conveniently located near downtown. We rented a car and appreciated the free parking. The communication was awesome and overall a great stay!

Great condo in a great area!

This condo was so adorable and clean! It was walking distance to Germantown and the Nashville Sounds Stadium. We even walked to Broadway and Nissan Stadium along the River. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean property in a great location

Stayed here for more than a week. It's clean safe and close to downtown. The unit is fully equipped with everything you might need. Stephanie was great and even checked in with us half-way through our stay.

Fantastic stay just minutes away from Nashville’s Broadway.

This was a fantastic place for my siblings and I to stay while we visited Nashville. It’s only minutes away from Broadway or Nissan Stadium. The property was easy to access with a key code. It was also extremely clean. I highly recommend this property for a small group of 2-4 people.

Clean, updated condo

We were in town for a long weekend and wanted to be convenient to the Germantown area. This property fit the bill for us. We were walkable to a lot, and the condo itself is nicely updated and perfect for 2 people. Check in was smooth and seamless, and we had all the essentials we needed. I look forward to our next trip.

Great place

This was a perfect place for my husband & I to stay. The walk to broadway took only 15 minutes. Took an Uber home for $9. Very quiet at night also. The condo is very clean & very cute!

A nice and quiet place

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean, the towels were very soft and it was fairly quiet at night. This is a 1st floor apartment, and there is an anpartment above, at times we could hear the people above walking. We connected with the hosts a couple times before we travelled, and discussed walking to and from Broadway. We had no problem during daylight, but after 1 night walking back after dark, we decided to take Ubers in the future, which was $10 one way. We never felt unsafe, but there was no one around. We would also not be surprised that in a year from now, that would change, because there are tons of buildings and developments being built. This is a great location is you are going to Nashville Sound games. We would definitely recommend this place as a quiet place to stay.

5th Year Anniversary

We met 5 years ago listening to a great band and had always talked about coming to Nashville so no better time than our special day. And it was a great experience all the music and more a person can handle and everyone was really great that we came in contact with. Other than the local construction going on in numerous places it’s was picture perfect time. But the room was really nice the only regret I had with it was I couldn’t take the bed and pillows home with me. When we travel that’s one thing I struggled with being able to rest comfortably away from home but I actually got better rest this time than at home due to the awesome bedding. The room had easy access also. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for some where convenient to all the downtown sites or any of the games at the stadiums really close to it. Thank you for everything.

It’s the small touches

Great place to stay with all the small touches included. We tend to sleep with a fan for noise and there was one in the closet. Need make up remover, shampoo, body wash, coffee, med kit…they have you covered! Broadway is walkable or a short Uber ride away ($5-$7). Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!
