Great experience. The location is within walking distance of downtown and German Town for a lower key experience. Great view of river, quiet complex and lots of nice touches to make us feel welcome.

Great condo and location

This condo was perfect. Just two blocks from the Sounds stadium, lots of great restaurants and coffees spots and short walk to the farm market.The bed was super comfortable and we had everything we needed. Loved having coffee on the balcony with a river view. Will definitely book again!

Staying on the Cumberland River in music city

Your overall experienceClean, comfortable, quiet. We saw Cardinals, groundhog and other birds near the deck. The dishes were new, linen’s comfortable, water in the fridge and snacks on the counter upon arrival. Nice touch.It is a 15 minute walk to Broadway along a Greenbelt on the Cumberland river. Beautiful walk.

Great Place!

I can only say nice things about this property. It was just right for 2 people, decorated beautifully, with a nice little patio with a view of the river. It really was within walking distance to downtown as advertised (even for us old folks) & most of the activities we had planned were maybe 10 minutes away by car. The price was reasonable compared to other places in that area, & the little extras (food & drinks in the fridge, toiletries, area brochures) made it a terrific stay!

Anniversary getaway

Great property and location. Anything you need or may have forgotten is there!On the bottom floor so no stairs. I was able to park right by the door so loading and unloading was easy. Short walk to downtown..6 min scooter ride! Would definitely stay again!

Weekend Getaway

I stayed here with my mother when meeting with a group of friends. It was a good location away from all the craziness of downtown, but also a very close commute. There were also several places in Germantown within walking distance. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities you would need. I would stay here again if I was in town!

Perfect Downtown Nashville Condo

Location was great. Walking distance to Downtown. Condo was emaculate and very comfortable. Everything you need included! Covered FREE parking was awesome. If this isnt a SUPER HOST then it should be.

Not walking distance to Broadway

There is alot of construction around this apartment. The backdoor has a view of the lake. Overall the apartment is very nice and has everything you would need. The only downside is it is NOT at all walking distance to broadway. You will need to drive or take an uber.

Clean Condo

Condo was clean and smelled fresh. Very homey and cozy. Was perfect for my wife and I. Uber/lyft pretty much every where in a short time. I dont have anything negative to say except for one thing, the view of the river is blocked by lots of bushes and trees. Probaly not allowed to but cutting that back for an afternoon drink on the back deck would be even better!!

Amazing Experience

First time VRBO user here and I definitely would stay at Brittany's place again. She thought of everything to make a stay amazing from coffee and creamer to water in the refrigerator. Toiletries from shampoo, feminine necessities, to sunscreen and pool towels. I know some people complained about the construction. We didn't hear anything but we discovered there was construction all over Nashville not just here! The only suggestion we had for the owner which we left for her. The person who slept on the pull out said it would have better to have darker curtains in the over the patio door even though the curtains were gorgeous just a heavier weight would be better for an east facing door. The interior decorating of the place was amazing. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. I hope to be able to stay at your place again when I visit Nashville next. Simply a beautiful and amazing place and wonderful host!

Would definitely stay here again

The condo was cozy and inviting with ample space for my brother and I. The owner has furnished it nicely. The entire unit was very clean and well-stocked with whatever one might need for a brief stay. While in an older building, the owner has maintained it very well. The deck overlooking the Cumberland River was a bonus. The location of the condo enabled us to either walk or drive less than five minutes to several very good restaurants (e.g., Saint Anejo, Monell's and Puckett's) as well as museums, Ryman Auditorium, and other points of interest. Communication was excellent, as the owner responded quickly to my questions, and was very interested in receiving feedback. Both check-in and check-out procedures were as efficient as any of my previous 20-25 VRBO experiences.

Clean. Ice maker. 45.00 to park downtown. Uber for 6.00Great shower! River life! Check out the Pontoon Saloon. Owner is quickly responsive. Door is tricky to lock from the outside. Double-check yourself. Not far from Broadway. We would return here. That's how I rate a place.

Nashville Stay

Great location and responsive host. Bed was super comfy and condo was clean and exactly as the pictures show. We were able to park right in front of the condo and it was covered. That was so nice because it rained hard. Beautiful view of the river and enjoyed watching boats on the river. We had a momma and baby beaver visit us while we were there. We will definitely stay again when we come to Nashville.

Nice location, great little condo

We visited Nashville for 4 days traveling up to Mammoth Cave National Park and to Fall Creek Falls State Park. This location is close to many activities if you don't have a car. The condo is well stocked with everything you could need (except a sharp knife or scissors and we could have used more hangers). I appreciated how much thought the owner has put into making guests comfortable. (Mirrors in bedrooms and hooks for hanging towels). We used the pool which is nice for cooling off and the river makes a nice backdrop. We felt safe although we didn't walk around at night. We saw a few sketchy people in the parks but it is a city. While the condo is clean, it does need a deep cleaning to get the dust bunnies under things and on light fixtures, grime on light switches, door jams, top of mirror in bathroom, etc. Also the stadiums had fireworks most of the nights we were there. Not a big deal for us, but may be for others. Overall a great place and communication was fast and easy. Again alot of thought has gone into making guests comfortable and enjoy their stay. I would recommend to others and would stay here again.
