The condo was cozy and inviting with ample space for my brother and I. The owner has furnished it nicely. The entire unit was very clean and well-stocked with whatever one might need for a brief stay. While in an older building, the owner has maintained it very well. The deck overlooking the Cumberland River was a bonus. The location of the condo enabled us to either walk or drive less than five minutes to several very good restaurants (e.g., Saint Anejo, Monell's and Puckett's) as well as museums, Ryman Auditorium, and other points of interest. Communication was excellent, as the owner responded quickly to my questions, and was very interested in receiving feedback. Both check-in and check-out procedures were as efficient as any of my previous 20-25 VRBO experiences.
Clean. Ice maker. 45.00 to park downtown. Uber for 6.00Great shower! River life! Check out the Pontoon Saloon. Owner is quickly responsive. Door is tricky to lock from the outside. Double-check yourself. Not far from Broadway. We would return here. That's how I rate a place.
Great location and responsive host. Bed was super comfy and condo was clean and exactly as the pictures show. We were able to park right in front of the condo and it was covered. That was so nice because it rained hard. Beautiful view of the river and enjoyed watching boats on the river. We had a momma and baby beaver visit us while we were there. We will definitely stay again when we come to Nashville.
We visited Nashville for 4 days traveling up to Mammoth Cave National Park and to Fall Creek Falls State Park. This location is close to many activities if you don't have a car. The condo is well stocked with everything you could need (except a sharp knife or scissors and we could have used more hangers). I appreciated how much thought the owner has put into making guests comfortable. (Mirrors in bedrooms and hooks for hanging towels). We used the pool which is nice for cooling off and the river makes a nice backdrop. We felt safe although we didn't walk around at night. We saw a few sketchy people in the parks but it is a city. While the condo is clean, it does need a deep cleaning to get the dust bunnies under things and on light fixtures, grime on light switches, door jams, top of mirror in bathroom, etc. Also the stadiums had fireworks most of the nights we were there. Not a big deal for us, but may be for others. Overall a great place and communication was fast and easy. Again alot of thought has gone into making guests comfortable and enjoy their stay. I would recommend to others and would stay here again.
The property is awesome the location and ease to all the venues that we wanted to visit were all withon walking distance to the condo.Thr condo was furnished with everything that we would have needed in the case we would have forgotten anything. We will definitely be returning to this condo when we go back to Nashville.
This condo was perfect. Just two blocks from the Sounds stadium, lots of great restaurants and coffees spots and short walk to the farm market. The bed was super comfortable and we had everything we needed. Loved having coffee on the balcony with a river view. Will definitely book again!
Your overall experienceClean, comfortable, quiet. We saw Cardinals, groundhog and other birds near the deck. The dishes were new, linenâs comfortable, water in the fridge and snacks on the counter upon arrival. Nice touch. It is a 15 minute walk to Broadway along a Greenbelt on the Cumberland river. Beautiful walk.
My wife and I did a weekend getaway for a concert and loved this place. It was super clean from top to bottom. We only needed to contact the property manager about one thing and that was how to get there because they had a lot of roads around it closed the day we got there but it was all cleared up by Sunday when we were leaving. They called us right away to help navigate us in a different way. The water pressure for the shower was just amazing and neither of us wanted it to end. Overall we would certainly stay again and would reccommend this place to anyone.
This condo was ground floor. So easy access for anyone with bad knees. Only one small step to get into condo. Once inside the condo we were welcomed with 2 cowboy hats and 2 umbrellas, a basket of a variety of chips, bottled water in the fridge,a variety of coffee and hot chocolate for the Keurig. Patio door opens to a small deck with a river view and birds and ground hogs in the yard. Bed was super comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. If you are in good shape it's within walking distance to Broadway St. There was lots of construction when we were here but still pretty easy to around.
I stayed here with a friend for my youngest sisters Bachelorette party. Im a bit older and more introverted than the rest of the crowd and wanted to find somewhere still close to Broadway but also wanted to be able to cook in and escape from the craziness of the strip. We made friends with the wildlife right off the porch, enjoyed a hot coffee and breakfast overlooking the river every morning and had such and overall amazing and comfortable stay!!! With all the construction around i didnt realize how far each walk would be which was the only downfall but the uber rides to where we had to get were so minimal and inexpensive id do it a thousand times over! The host was exceptional and i hope to rent this property again!!
This property is located in a perfect area of Nashville. You can easily walk to aeveral great restaurants and an uber to Broadway is very quick. Loved being right on the river
This property had everything needed to have a great trip! Could walk to many area attractions or short Uber ride. Enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again if back in the area.
The property is in a good location, about 1 mile from the main downtown Broadway area and close to other neighborhoods such as Germantown. Overall had a good experience.
We enjoyed spending three nights while exploring Music City. A short walk or even shorter Uber to all the music and nightlife. . Especially liked the covered parking and .
The condo was great, she really did a lot with the space to make it feel like home. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The deck was nice to sit and watch boats on the river and to just relax away from the crowds of Broadway. We were able to walk to and from Broadway each day, it was about a 20 minute walk. There is a lot of construction in the area and some homeless around the property but we had no issues. We would stay here again and would recommend the condo to others.
My partner and I really enjoyed our stay! The property is in a great location, in walking distance of nearly everywhere, and we absolutely loved waking up in the morning to have coffee on the balcony with the river view. Brittany is by far the most accommodating host weâve ever experienced. She supplied coffee cups, a little snack bowl (which saved us after a long day of travelling), and had a lot of thoughtful little touches to offer guests a comfortable stay. We would love to come back to Nashville next year and will certainly try to book with Brittany again. Thank you!
