Hilton Head Island is both a golfer's paradise and a beach goer's dream in an eco-friendly environment. Whether it's Islander's and Folly Field Beach, the championship-grade golf courses, the Wildlife Preserves, the outlet shopping, the miles of bike paths for bikers or joggers, lagoons for fishing and wildlife viewing or just the beautiful weather it's a memorable vacation spot to enjoy with friends and family.

Our renovated villa 14A is located in a tranquil setting of pines, oaks and tropical palms named "The Links" in Port Royal Village. The villa overlooks the seventh fairway of the Barony Golf Course. It offers a private community pool(April-October) and is also convenient to the Oceanfront Westin Hotel.

Our villa is one level with an open floor plan with a clean, relaxing and welcoming decor. Some of our updates includes new wood-vinyl flooring, new furnishings and freshly painted throughout. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Full size washer & dryer. Large dining room table. Two master suites with newly purchase king-size bed (same mattresses used in Marriott Hotels) each with private bath. One bedroom with twin beds and private bath plus an inflatable "Dream Series" Queen size bed to accommodate additional guests. The screened in porch is ideal for the morning coffee or simply relax, read a good book or watch the golfers hit from the seventh tee.

We use a keyless entry system so you will not have to go to a management company to pick up or drop-off keys.

Our rates include: All linens, departure cleaning, beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys for the kids.

As an extra amenity for our guests, we offer a four person golf cart. The golf cart doesn't have a beach parking pass so regular meter parking is necessary. The golf cart is not a guaranteed part of the rental, no refunds or cancellations if not available.

Our carport can park two vehicles.

We are flexible regarding arrival date and number of nights during the low season. Feel free to inquiry.

Love the Links!

Wonderful unit with very thoughtful hosts! They left bottled water, salsa and chips as a welcome. Although we always bring beach chairs , an umbrella and towels they also provided them as well as stocking the bathroom and kitchen with necessities. Would definitely return!

Relaxation on the golf course

Well-maintained condo with beautiful views of the golf course. Our favorite spot was the screened porch overlooking the fairway. Hosts were incredibly quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. Stocked with everything we needed. I would stay there again!

A Summer for Memories

Words cannot express how thankful we are to Richie and Renata for this wonderful home in Hilton Head. The South Carolina shoreline has long been a family favorite for many years, but this was our first time at this Villa. It did not disappoint!!! Beautifully appointed with everything a person could want. We would always remark that there was always some tool we have to buy to get our family situated but not this time. The house had everything we could have ever needed and than some. That goes not just for the kitchen, but everything in the house down to the beach supplies. And the owners were fantastic. Always quick to answer any problems we ran into and also very generous. Our eldest son was recently given the working diagnosis of ALS, hence our need to go for a great summer vacation, never knowing when it could be his last. For this reason we wanted to get him a floating vest so he could go into the ocean. The Snells, upon hearing this, got the vest for him and set it aside for us. In short we have been to many rentals and worked with many owners, but one trip here has topped our list for both categories. A lovely home, a great location, and a fantastic owner to work with.

An excellent home away from home

We enjoyed our stay at the Links villa so much! The bedrooms are large with comfortable beds, and the kitchen is well-supplied with everything we needed (we cook A LOT). There is even a garlic press! Plenty of beach chairs/umbrella, boogie boards and sand toys, as well as a beach bag and cooler. There are lots of games and puzzles for indoor fun (which we needed due to Tropical Storm Debby rolling through). The golf cart was an amenity I never would have expected, and we used it every day. The owner is very responsive. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this villa.

Best EVER!!

We have spent many summers in Hilton Head but this by far was one of the best. This villa comes stocked with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We drove the golf cart or biked to the beach every day. The location is amazing and very quiet. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay with their family near the beach!

Could easily live there!!

By far, the overall nicest place we have stayed in 15 years of vacation trips with our closest friends. Who else put ID stickers on lights switches in kitchen and living area. Attention to every detail in the house. Never seen so many kitchen utensils. House was spotless. Screen porch ideal for early morning breakfast and lunch. Golf cart was excellent. Bed great. Location excellent. Within 15 minute drive to most all restaurants and shops, etc.. While we didn’t meet our hosts, they responded to numerous questions prior to arrival. I happened to mention my birthday was during our stay. When we arrived, our hosts had left me a birthday card, wine, candy, and water. Can’t say enough about our stay. Will stay again when we return to HHI.

Beach Trip

This property has more amenities than we had expected. The owners went out of their to make sure we had everything we needed! Location is great and less crowded than the southern part of the Island which we enjoyed, but still plenty of things to do.

Great location in a really cute villa!

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. It had everything needed for your beach vacation and so convenient to everything! Our first trip to Hilton Head and we loved it! The only thing I would suggest is paying the fee for the golf cart at the state park, raise the rent to cover the cost and it would be an added bonus for the renters. Overall loved our stay!

Great Family Vacation Spot

Our family of 7 including a two year old had a great time in the Villa on Hilton Head Island. The Villa was clean and updated. Great location to go to the beach or the pool. The golf cart was an added bonus. The screened in porch was a great place to play games. Renata was extremely responsive to a couple of issues. Looking forward to a return trip. Excellent stay!

We loved everything about our stay. The home was comfortable for everyone, loved the screen porch, and loved being able to take the golf cart to the beach. Would absolutely stay again. Unfortunately normally Tuesdays a day where I can come drag my feet get in late but I can’t this time right now I should be able to get out of there and I’m gonna shoot to be out of there by like three 330 just to be home anytime Wednesday Wednesday as a potential of being a really long day possibly dinner afterwards at work.

Lovely updated home

This property met our needs in a superior way. We look for cleanliness, updated decorating and furniture. Beds are very comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Many extras. We have been visiting HH 50+ years and this rental rates 5+ on 1-5 scale.

We had a fantastic stay!

Loved the property. The golf cart was awesome to take to the beach. Lots of beach toys, chairs, etc which was very helpful. Our family LOVED the screened in porch. We played games and had meals out there multiple times per day! Super sweet owners with great communication. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location … spotless home…. Great host

This is the only home I will consider when returning to Hilton Head. Extremely comfortable, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The screened in porch was great for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails and watching the golfers on the 7th fairway. Having a golf cart was so convenient to carry everything down to the beach area. If you’re into golf, the beach or just sitting by the pool, this is the place for you. M Murphy

Perfect Vacay Stay

Absolutely everything about the description of this home was spot on. It was very spacious for the whole family including my 3 year old. It was quiet, at the end of the neighborhood which has a nice view of the golf course from the screened in porch. Lots of board games, cookware, bedding, and a sweet tote bag of goodies! They have a very thorough manual with suggestions on the island and maps to help navigate through the neighborhood. The beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, AND golf cart was the icing on top! The pool was perfect and never busy when we went. The AC worked beautifully in the home, and the shower/bed in the master was wonderful. There were so many little details in this home which made our stay just that much smoother and just perfect! I can’t say enough great things about this home and the easy communication with Renata. Honestly, the best place you’ll stay on the island! Thank you!!

Wonderful home and location!

There is so much to love about this home! Spacious, clean, convenient and comfortable, we had a wonderful stay here. The beds are all very comfortable, the showers have excellent water pressure and the location cannot be beat. The golf cart made everything so much easier too. Quick drive to the beach and the pool on the golf cart, both of which are honestly within walking distance (pool 5-7 min walk, beach 10-15). Would definitely stay here again!
