Welcome to this charming, updated second-floor condo in North Coast Village, with easy access to everything Oceanside has to offer. Start your day with a cup of coffee on your private balcony, and then once you’re sufficiently relaxed, head inside to make breakfast. The well-equipped, modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the gadgets you need to whip up a feast. Or just a bowl of cereal – you’re on vacation, after all.

After you eat, head out to enjoy the community’s shared amenities, including mini-golf, a resort-style pool with tropical landscaping and a separate hot tub, a gym, two saunas, shared grills, and a recreation room with ping pong and pool tables. The condo complex is beachfront, so you’ve got easy access to the ocean as well. Finally, you’re just under a mile away from Oceanside Harbor’s shops, restaurants, and boat excursions. At the end of the day, turn on your gas fireplace and relax in your living room while you stream your favorite shows on the flatscreen before drifting off to sleep to do it all again tomorrow.

On the beach

The grounds are remarkable. It is like staying in a rain forest! The fitness center is well maintained, the laundry facilities immaculate, and the beach is steps away.

Nice little condo

Our stay was great! We spent 10 nights here and had a great time. I had read other reviews complaining about train noise but I feel like this is common in many places in Oceanside and it was not a problem for us. Our kids loved being able to go the pool and feeding the fish and ducks on the property. The reason I took a star off is because the unit is above the laundry room and there were two different times during our stay where one of the industrial washers were off balance or something and we could feel and hear it in our condo- one time at 6 am waking my toddlers :-/

This is great Huge fabulous apartment! But last day of staying our refrigerator turned off and nobody helped to fix. Future tenants should know HOA will not help and you should contact agent to resolve some issues. Overall is so good. THANKS

Not a marriott

Disappointed with the unit. Not very clean. Kitchen not well stocked. Had to go out to buy a can opener that would work. Only supplied with two rolls of toilet paper for 11 day stay of two people. Stools at counter not stable. Accident waiting to happen. Couch old and lumpy. Are members of Marriott for years and thought this would be similar to a Marriott property. Very disappointed.

So many small irritations = just plain irritated

1) not enough toilet paper for our full stay 2) the only knife in the apartment was a dull steak knife 3) the fold out bed is unsleepable. The springs are palpable by hand - you don’t even have to lay on it. 4) the table chair feels like it was going to collapse 5) the shower door is broken and swings out. 6) the front door lock is unreliable. Sometimes took 6+ tries to get it to open or lock. 7) the trains are so loud and so frequent that you cannot enjoy the night air - must sleep with them closed. .

Excellent location - Room issues though

This property is in an excellent location within walking distance of restaurants and other attractions. The room we stayed in was decent but there were some issues. A lower cabinet door was hanging when we went into the bedroom. I noticed someone in a review a few months ago said the same thing and it appears it still has not been repaired. There was hair on the shower walls when we first went into the bathroom. The paint on the back wall in the shower was bubbling up when taking a shower. The shower wouldn’t drain properly until the water was turned off. Wasn’t able to stop the sink in the bathroom for shaving. I went to make breakfast on day 2 to find that both pans had not been washed, they both had cooking spray and food residue on them so I washed all the dishes before I was able to make the family breakfast. The kitchen faucet handle would lower on its own periodically which would be annoying while drying to wash dishes or hands. The refrigerator took a long time to cool off after putting our items in it, I have never stayed somewhere that had this issue. Frozen items weren’t as frozen as they should have been either and the freezer was set to the coldest setting. The handle on the stove stuck out too far so you can only open the drawer that houses the silverware about 8” or so, that was annoying, just poor planning (measuring) on whoever installed it. We did not use the dish washer, I washed everything by hand so I’m not sure how that worked. In all, the vacation was a blast but the room we stayed in should have been better for the price we paid. There were just too many issues that should have been addressed between renters. I didn’t bring any of them up to the property management because I didn’t feel like it was necessary to see if they could come up and do what shoudl have already been done. Next time we will either choose a different unit or a different property all together.

Nice Unit - Not great for small children.

This unit was very nicely cleaned and decently appointed. A few issues are that since they don't tell you what unit it is unit you're confirmed and even then it's just about impossible to know where in the complex the unit is, it was unbeknownst to us that we were train adjacent. Naps with a toddler were a struggle and it would have been nice to be notified that we were. We only heard it at couple times at night so at least it's not an issue throughout the night. Also, the bathtub appeared to have been refinished and was peeling so we couldn't use it for our 2 year old. There was a cabinet that was ground height that had a broken hinge so we had to be sure our kiddo didn't get to it. The last thing that was difficult is that there is no dresser. There are two large closets with hangers but that doesn't quite work with a little one, and not really any place (except on the furniture) to put our luggage. We made it all work and just tried not to be in the unit too much. For two adults the unit would have been just fine. The complex is fantastic. Would stay here again but would do things a bit differently knowing what we know now.
