We truly appreciate you bringing the minor maintenance items to our attention, and we’re glad we were able to quickly arrange for the refrigerator water filter to be replaced. Thank you as well for reporting the existing wall damage upon your arrival. We sincerely apologize that the condo was not cleaned to the standard you expected. Cleanliness is extremely important to us, and we appreciate you letting us know right away. While we were happy to offer an additional housekeeping visit, we understand you had already taken care of it yourself.
