Le confortable appartement est situé dans un petit complexe calme avec belle piscine paysagée.
En quelques minutes, vous êtes au Vieux-Port, où de nombreux bars et restaurants.
La plage la plus proche (Playa Chica) est d'environ 850 m de là.

L'appartement dispose de deux chambres, dont chacune est équipée d'un lit double et une grande armoire équipée. La salle de bain verfüght une douche, machine à laver et un sèche-cheveux. La salle de séjour est très spacieuse et dispose d'une cuisine ouverte. Il est petit mais agréable; équipée d'un réfrigérateur, congélateur séparé, grand 4-cuisinière, cafetière, grille-pain et d'une bouilloire.
Sur le balcon, vous pourrez prendre le petit déjeuner avec vue sur l'océan Atlantique dans la matinée.

Lovely apartment

The perfect place for a great holiday

We had a fabulous time in Melanie’s apartment. All was as described, it felt like a home from home, with an absolutely lovely terrace, nice and clean pool, sun all afternoon, and immaculate conditions in the gated little complex of apartments. Internet was working like a breeze. Bus stop outside and short stroll into town and to bars, pubs and beach. If you have a problem with steep hills then you may need a taxi back up, but it’s cheap and quick. We will be back!

Clean, tidy, comfortable, lovely stay

Absolutely lovely apartment. Melanie was fantastic to communicate with prior to the trip and made the process of checking in very easy. 2 points to make that may be useful for future travellers, the apartment is up stairs with no lift, this could prevent those with mobility issues, similarly the apartment complex is up hill from Old town and the route to the strip, not an issue if you like a walk like we do, but something to bare in mind. No AC! again not an issue as the apartment comes with fans that were plenty for April, may be an issue in hotter months. Would I stay again. 100% yes.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit tollem Meerblick

Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock in einer ruhigen Wohnanlage oberhalb der Altstadt von Puerto del Carmen. Direkt in der Nähe der Anlage befindet sich eine Haltestelle von der aus man auch ohne Mietwagen die Insel erkunden kann. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants erreicht man auch nach wenigen Gehminuten. Die Einrichtung ist modern sauber und es ist alles da was man in einem Haushalt benötigt. Die Agentur kümmert sich sehr gut um die Gäste man fühlt sich gut betreut. Obwohl PuertodelCarmen ein quirliger Urlaubsort ist, fühlt man sich in dieser Anlage die etwas weiter von der Promenade entfernt ist wie in einer Ruheoase. Besonders gut hat uns der große Balkon mit dem traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer gefallen. Das schönste war morgens nachdem Aufstehen mit Blick auf den Atlantik eine Tasse Kaffee zu trinken. Für Busfahrer interessant sind die Linien 3 und 161. Mit der Linie kann man über Arrecife( weitere Umsteigmöglichkeiten) bis zur Costa Tequise fahren. Die Linue 161 führt direkt vom Flughafen bis fast vor die Haustür und bis nach Playa Blanca zum Fährhafen nach Fuerteventura. Wir waren 22 Tage in dieser Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Goed appartement voor een verblijf met kinderen

Een goed, ruim en schoon appartement voor een gezin met 2 kinderen. Alles direct binnen loopafstand zoals een supermarkt, bushalte en taxi's. De ontvangst door Melanie Schmidt was heel goed geregeld, nog bedankt Melanie! Ook bij vertrek konden we tot eind van de dag verblijven zodoende, kortom zeer goed geregeld. Het is een klein blok met appartementen en een goed onderhouden zwembad met tuin. Fam. Meijer uit Nederland

Schöne Ferienwhg in Puerto Del Carmen

Wir haben das Appartment als Familie mit zwei Kindern genutzt und uns total wohl gefühlt. Das Appartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet, gut geschnitten und mit einem sehr schönen Ausblick. Einkaufmöglichkeiten sin ca. 5min entfernt. Kurz gesagt: Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Lovely apartment in a quiet area

The apartment was lovely and had everything you need. It is very peaceful nd quiet block. Grounds and pool were also lovely. The apartment was well equipped and spacious. The sea view was a bonus. Apartment is up a steep hill so not appropriate for everyone.

Completely relaxed, had everything we needed, felt safe and secure.

The accommodation was better than expected, so beautifully decorated, clean, tidy, cracking location, lovely view and had so many creature comforts that made it feel very welcoming. The pool area is also spotlessly clean, the pool guy comes every morning and another's tend to grounds, keeping it all clean. There are plenty of sun-loungers by the pool, however some stick towels on at the crack of dawn and don't actually sit on them until tea time. Can be quite an amusing sport watching them over your balcony, scurrying in their PJ's as the sun rises claiming their territory! We've stayed in the area before so knew the lovely Purple Turtle was just round the corner. Perfect for a local bite to eat, marvellous breakfast and a beer. It's nice stroll down to the Harbour area to all of the lovely restaurants for more traditional meals and fresh fish dishes. Unfortunately our stay crossed over with the dominating annual fair. Very loud rides which unfortunately completely alters the usual tranquil sea view and relaxing atmosphere. The fair is great for the kids for a day or two but it's around for 2 weeks, can be draining on the pocket as well as your ear drums! The property owners Melanie and Suzanne had great communication during our booking process and welcomed us at the resort and the beginning of our stay. All in all, a great holiday, we felt very relaxed in a very short time.

Nice apartment in Puerto del Carmen

Apartment was exactly as expected. Very clean, warm welcome from the local agent & the pool & garden areas very well kept & tidy. Only negative - if you're from the UK don't expect too many English channels from the TV. Not a problem for us as we hired bikes & we're out cycling every day & don't watch much TV anyway. No oven but we coped without that also. All in all a good apartment nice location in a quiet area but only a short walk to supermarkets & restaurants.

Zeer net, compleet appartement

Met 2 personen in het appartement verbleven. Het was zeer compleet qua keukenapparatuur en voldeed aan onze verwachten. Zeer ruim, netjes en op een hele fijne locatie.

Comfortable, clean & spacious

Had a lovely week in the apartment, beds very comfie, loads of space, large balcony. Immaculately clean as well. Pool area was very quiet so lovely to relax and read by. Melanie was easy to reach for check in/check out and very nice. Few points - v high temperatures on our week so a fan/air con would have been a bonus. Also the sea view is to the side so straight on your looking at busy bus stop/roundabout but noise wasn't an issue for us. There is a hob but no grill/oven/microwave so keep that in mind if you prefer to cook at home. Defo recommend a stay here - family or 2 couples would really enjoy it

Modern, very clean and all mod cons.

Lovely location, beautifully maintained communal area and pool (which was cleaned daily), large patio, excellent WIFI, comfortable bed, powerful shower. Don't expect loads of english SAT programmes (e.g. SKY) but didn't really watch anyway, as took some downloaded films on iPad. The only things I missed were air conditioning, and an oven. But the windows were left fully open as there there is a thin clear mesh lining built into the frames so no bugs got in - really great invention... and we ate out every night as restaurant prices as cheap as buying ingredients and cooking! Used a car and loved the fact there was always spaces outside the apartment and no charges/pay and display anywhere! If you are a fan of football/F1, this resort is a sportsman paradise with large TVs in most cafes/bars. We used Playa Chica beach - small, cove shaped and safe for swimming. Multitude of colourful fish in the shallow waters - great for snorkelling and scuba diving. We even had a flock of small green monk parakeets which used the local palm trees every morning - beautiful and chirpy! For restaurants, we loved Nico's Restaurant for tapas by the old port, the blue turtle round the corner for an english tea (scampi and apple crumble) with friendly service, the hipodino supermarket for fresh bread and provisions. All in all, a relaxing retreat, quiet area, handy for buses if you need them, but the infirm take care as it is on a hillside.

Super appt

A lovely appt. Very spacious, well equiped but no oven. Very close to harbour but a short cab fare to the strip (4-5 euros). A couple of nice restaurants and bars close by. Lovely pool and gardens. 0.9 metres at shallow end. We didnt need 2 bedrooms but gave us plently of room and wardrobe space. Only 1 bathroom. Would not have booked if 4 of us. Only 2 hand and bath towells supplied. There was no problem getting more. Although property found on Owners Direct paid a fee to Booking.com. Don't know how that works but will be more careful in future. Appt owned by a German. Details that were sparce were mainly in German only. Appt is looked after by an Agent on the Island. Agent (Melanie) was very accommodating. Appt is recommended but be sure location is right for you.
