Welcome! We have spent close to 2 years designing and building our dream house on Lake Bomoseen. It will be completed in July of 2022. (These photos are mostly renderings other than the landscape.) It is a quiet spot on the north end of the lake, with no direct neighbors and calm waters.

It is located about 45 minutes from Killington, 45 from Okemo, and 30 from Pico.

The property has 285 feet of shoreline with a dock, a roof deck, front porch, fire pit, grill, central air, two kitchens, two sets of washer/dryer units, 2-car garage, access to tons of biking and hiking trails, and stunning views south down the lake with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Perfect for a relaxing getaway or a nearby wedding. (Please note that we do not have a motorboat available to renters, but you can rent them at Woodard’s at the south end of the lake, or bring your own boat and use our dock.)

This house is brand new so we’re wary of pets but since we have a dog ourselves, we’re also open to discussing it if your dog(s) won’t wreck anything…

We have a strict cancelation policy because it will be difficult to re-rent on short notice, but if you need to cancel and we can re-rent it, we will refund you in full. We also have a week long minimum booking (typically Saturday-Saturday) for peak and three nights for off-peak. Thank you!
