This oceanfront condo with outstanding views from almost every room is fully renovated for added convenience. The private balcony and deck enable all to enjoy the incredible sunrises on the Atlantic Ocean. Everyone can dine comfortably on a custom farm table located in a large well-appointed open concept kitchen. Whether cooking for a crowd or just relaxing while watching one of the four Smart TVs, this large, four-zone air-conditioning condo will keep everyone comfortable. Music enthusiasts will also enjoy the superior sound from the surround sound found in the penthouse and living room. Spotify streaming is provided throughout. There are ADA-rated handholds in all bathrooms for seniors’ added safety. The hot/cold outdoor shower is perfect for a rinse-off after a day at the beach or the nearby pool. There is a large capacity water heater and soft water for your added comfort along with a washer/dryer.

You will be an easy beach walk to Ritz Carlton and several golf courses are also nearby. The historic and charming town of Fernandina Beach filled with boutiques and fine restaurants is only a short drive away. The renowned natural treasures of Amelia Island abound nearby and can be explored by bike, foot, or car. This property has it all to make your stay a truly enjoyable and memorable one.

fantastic family vacation

loved our time in a beautiful decorated and well thought out vacation rental. From beautiful sunrise to deck time, movie nights to family dinners in a gorgeous kitchen and of course beach and pool time. Highly recommend! Enjoy

Good but stressful and smelly

The place was really nice and good location. Little stressful with three 2 year olds running around. Alot of steps and the bar over looking the living room has nothing under it to prevent falling 3 feet. Other than that the place was really nice and very easy beach access. All of that is minor as we knew what we were getting into. One big major complaint is that it smeller like raw sewage the whole time.

Beautiful property

The property was amazing and exactly like the pictures. We enjoyed our stay and the property was centrally located to everything! The kitchen had all of your cooking needs including spices. One of the best rentals we have rented on vacation.

Girls Trip!

We loved the townhouse! It was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen , the beds were very comfortable and it was very spacious for the four of us. The bathrooms and showers were amazing. The beach was a very short walk down the boardwalk. The Vacasa team was awesome and quickly responded to all my questions. Highly recommend !!!

Perfect Location!

We really loved the layout of the townhouse, everyone had their own level and bathroom. The space was super equipped and beautifully decorated. There was an abundant amount of random utensils, pots, pans,etc. The location is 3 mins from Harris Teeter which was a huge plus as well. The walk to the beach was very easy and the outdoor shower/hose was also very beneficial. Property management was extremely easy to text with prompt response. We would definitely stay again!

Nice view, quiet, relaxing stay

It was a nice property. Quiet and close to historic downtown, Fort Clinch and other attractions. Comfortable beds, wonderful warm showers, plenty of pots, dishes, cups, utensils and spices to add to your cooking experience. Beautiful view of the ocean. Liked watching the critters in the sand dunes (tortoise, rabbits and even an armadillo!). Loved going to sleep to the sounds of the ocean right outside the windows. Would stay there again.

Wonderful Oceanside Retreat

Our stay at Sandpiper Townhouse couldn't have been more perfect! The house was clean and comfortable, and had everything you could need for a relaxing stay (including an abundance of paper products!) The multi level house has a bedroom and bathroom on each of three separate levels. While there are many stairs in the house, the benefit of this floorplan is that it creates a nice amount of privacy for guests. We loved the peaceful, quiet location right at the edge of the dunes. It's just a short stroll over the boardwalk to the beautiful beach. You can see and hear the ocean from the house, and you can watch the sunrise over the water while sitting on the upper deck. Communication with the property management team was excellent. We received multiple texts and emails giving us needed information and asking about our stay. They were wonderful to work with. Sandpiper Townhouse is a comfortable, well cared for property in a beautiful location. If you're looking for an oceanside retrrat, this is definitely the place. I hope maybe to return one day.

Nice but not worth the price

I liked it had beach front views/access but the public beach access was right next to the condo so cars and trucks covered/crowded the beach. I loved the mattress in the master bedroom. The kitchen was newly remodeled and well done but the kitchen seating was only bar height - not comfortable for me. I liked that the washer and dryer were on the second floor.

Wonderful condo

Everything about this condo was excellent. It was extremely clean, well-stocked kitchen, nice outdoor spaces, including a balcony off one bedroom. Two master bedrooms both facing the ocean was a real plus. Quiet community. Lots of stairs so that might not be great for some but for us it was perfect. We will be back!

Great house great location

Loved the house. Recently renovated and showed nicely. Felt like we were in a hotel! Superb location with beach outside the back door and Downtown only 15 min drive. Running path right outside culdasac entrance which was utilized daily. Plenty of restaurants/shopping near by. And most of all…great price for what you get! Had to call management about broken fan and no beach towels and they jumped on it immediately. We will be coming back!

Great location! Great condo! Easy walk to the beach

This is by far the cleanest vacation rental that I’ve had in the last 10 years. Truly it was immaculate. The place was well supplied with salt and pepper and spices. Although it could do with a cookie sheet or two The kitchen was otherwise very well equipped. Perhaps the best thing about this wonderful place is that each room had the ability to have different climate controls we could keep the living area a little warmer and the bedrooms a little cooler. All my children amazed at how comfortable the beds were. In fact I am one that believes in comfortable sleep so they have comfortable beds at home however they wanted to take these beds home with them. I will be booking here again.

Best Beach Retreat

This condo is even more amazing than in its wonderful photos. The location at the beach is so convenient and the ocean views from the 2 outdoor spaces as well as the master bedrooms are beautiful. The kitchen is large and stocked with absolutely everything, even an Instant Pot. We loved the coastal decor, high end appliances and finishes, lighting with dimmers, and very comfortable beds and furniture that are rare in most vacation rentals we’ve stayed. It also has really nice surround sound in both the family room and the penthouse! You’re close to bike trails, downtown Fernandina for shopping and dining, and the sprawling state parks for shell hunting and exploring. Our family felt right at home here on our first visit to Amelia Island and would love to stay here again in the future.

Amazing Stay

The house was the perfect location right on the beach and only a few miles to downtown, it was perfectly decorated and stocked with all of the items we needed and the view was incredible from all bedrooms. We will definitely book again.
