Fernandina Beach is a community of "easy living," and is located on Amelia Island. The town is known for great golf. The beaches are expansive and there are many outdoor activities to take part in nearby. You'll be near several state parks and ecological preserves where wildlife can be observed. Peter's point state park is adjacent to the property, know as a fun sandy beach for fishing and vehicles. Enjoy many shopping and dining options.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home, with exception to the storage space on the first floor. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.


Step outside to the sound of waves and the scent of salt in the air. From your balcony, the horizon stretches endlessly across the Atlantic, and a private walkway leads you to the sand where morning strolls and ocean breezes await. After time by the shore, return to the townhouse for quiet afternoons by the pool or relaxed evenings on the patio.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms with 5 beds. The primary suite features a king bed, private balcony, and an en suite bath with a walk-in shower. A second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the top-floor room offers a queen bed and two singles, paired with sweeping ocean views. Memory foam mattresses, soft linens, extra pillows, and room-darkening shades are provided for comfort.

Bathrooms
There are 2 bathrooms, both located on the middle floor. One adjoins the king suite and includes a walk-in shower and vanity. The second offers a combination tub and shower. Essentials such as towels, bed sheets, soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and hair dryers are supplied, along with cleaning products.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, hot water kettle, coffee maker, and wine glasses. Cooking basics and dishes are on hand, with a dining table that seats 6. A stacked washer and dryer are tucked into the kitchen for added convenience.

Living spaces
Sliding glass doors connect the central living room to a covered patio. Inside, a comfortable sofa faces a widescreen TV, and an upright piano adds a distinctive touch. Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace allow you to stay connected when needed. Heating, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and portable fans ensure a comfortable setting throughout the year.

Outdoor living
The back patio includes outdoor furniture and leads toward the beach. Upstairs, the balcony off the master bedroom is a peaceful spot to greet the day. A pool is also available for guest use, and beach essentials are provided. Free parking for 2 vehicles is included, and self check-in with a keypad offers a smooth arrival.

Safety & security
The property is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and exterior security cameras.

Neighborhood
The townhouse sits beside Peter’s Point State Park, a sandy stretch known for fishing and wildlife. Golf courses, ecological preserves, and expansive beaches are nearby. Downtown Fernandina Beach, with its shops and restaurants, is a 10-minute drive, while Jacksonville International Airport is about 40 minutes away.

There are several ways to get around on the island - walking, golf carts, Segways, etc. A car is recommended depending on your plans.



***PLEASE NOTE*** May 1st to October 31st marks Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Please follow Nassau County's guidelines in the property guidebook to protect these cherished creatures. Thank you for your cooperation!

Please be advised parking is limited to 2 full-size vehicles or three compact cars in the driveway only. Towing laws will be strictly enforced. There is no parking allowed on the grass or in other areas of the neighborhood. Recreational vehicles, campers, boats, trailers, trucks above 1/2 ton, commercial vehicles of any size, and buses should not be parked at this property.

Please take out all trash at the end of your stay. All household trash must be secured in sturdy plastic bags and placed inside the dumpster located at the south end of the property. All other items must be disposed of at the owner's expense. Please do not litter.

Due to strict HOA policies and rules, no pets or grilling are allowed.
• Bringing a pet will result in a minimum fine of $500. However, ADA service dogs are allowed. Please notify us first as we will need to inform the Homeowners Association.
• Gas Grills, Charcoal Grills, Electric Grills, Hibachis, or similar electrical devices are prohibited, and use of these may result in a fine. Grilling devices can only be used by named owners of the property under the Community Home Association guidelines.
