Notre condo situé 1/2 mile au nord du Ritz Carlton est entouré par
Peters Point Park, Summer Beach Golf Course et à quelques minutes de la vieille ville
Fernandina Beach.
Notre non-fumeurs condo en bord de mer offre une vue magnifique de la
l'océan et l'océan avant patios sur deux étages. L'unité est à quelques pas
de la plage et le dos jusqu'à une piscine, il dispose de tous les
commodités nécessaires pour un séjour relaxant et mémorable.

* Les premières caractéristiques de sol, cuisine moderne, salle à manger, salon
manger et terrasse bordant l'océan
* Deuxième étage dispose devant l'océan chambre de maître avec lit King, le pont et salle de bain privée et une 2ème chambre à coucher, 1 Reine et lit de repos alcôve qui donne sur la piscine et le golf et partage une salle de bain salle
* Troisième étage dispose d'une très grande chambre avec 1 lit queen et 2 lits jumeaux Jour lit superposé qui surplombe le cours de l'océan et le golf.

Location, location,location

The location was beautiful with two decks that were in constant use by my family. This is a three story condo with lots of narrow steps and no elevator. We just didn’t realize the amount of stairs. The master was nice and clean with a fresh coat of paint. The public rooms were not as clean as they should have been. It could use a fresh coat of paint as well as a good scrub.

Great location for family vacation

This was a great location and setup for 4 adults and 2 young children. Access to the beach is very convenient and size of house and furnishing worked well. Fernandina Beach has great restaurants that accommodated the children. Went fishing and took our catch to the Salty Pelican who cooked it for us and served with fixings for fish tacos. The kids particularly enjoyed Fort Clinched and finding sharks teeth on the beach there. Would definitely book again.

Wonderful Stay, Easy Beach Access

The property offered perfect easy beach access and is a short walk just across the street from the beach. There were tons if towels and beach and pool toys, and we felt like we had everything we needed. Terrie was responsive and the process went smoothly. We would definitely rent this place again!

Great Stay

We had a wonderful time in Amelia Island. The condo was perfect for our family and it was nice for everyone to have their own space. The two porches are delightful and the upper level one has great views of the dunes and beach. The condo was very clean and was well equipped for almost a weeks stay. Host was very easy to work with.

Great house by the beach!

We loved our stay at Sandpiper; the location right by the beach is beautiful. The house was nice and clean, all instructions were clear and easy to follow. Our interactions with the owner were very pleasant. We would choose this place again. Recommended!

Not quite what I was expecting

The good: Great location for the beach, wonderful views from the patio and upper deck, comfortable outdoor seating, plenty of beach towels, kitchen mostly outfitted well, owner very responsive to questions or issues.The bad: Condo quite dated and in need of some minor repairs - ripped carpeting for example. Some cleaning issues in the kitchen. I felt the price for the condo was not warranted.

Beautiful space right off the beach

We had a great time staying at this property just a walk over the dunes to the beach! We needed to contact the property manager a couple times and we received a prompt and kind response each time. We had plenty of space for our large family (4 adults, 2 teens and 2 kids) to sleep comfortably and enjoyed the location of the property.

Great Location!

The location of this complex was fantastic. Grounds are well maintained and views of the beach were great from the deck and balconies. We loved sitting out to see the ocean. We felt that the interior could use some updating and maintenance. Cracked floor tiles, dingy paint and general wear and tear should be addressed. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Great floor plan for two families. It was also nice to have beach chairs provided.

Golf Trip

We stayed at this place for a golf trip and loved how clean it was and how close it was to the course and Fenandina Beach. I would recommend staying here to anyone coming to the area.

Amelia Getaway

We loved the proximity to the beach and enjoyed seeing a variety of wildlife. My wife and children rode horses on the beach, starting and ending their ride nearby at Peters Point Park. We found shark teeth at Fort Clinch State Park and found several great restaurants around Amelia Island. We went mini golfing at Island Falls and got ice cream at DeNucci’s. We even made a day trip to Saint Augustine. Our final day we went boating with a friend, and unfortunately we failed to catch any fish, but we did see sea turtles and dolphins!

Celebrating 45 years of friendship

We had a great time staying here. We loved having a covered porch where we could walk right out to the beach. Peter's Point was right next to us, so be aware that there are cars allowed on our part of the beach. There were 5 of us and all of us are able to walk stairs, so it wasn't an issue going up and down to the bathroom and bedrooms. The 2nd and 3rd floor views were awesome! We had everything we needed to cook at home. The washer and dryer in the kitchen was convenient, and there were plenty of beach towels and beach chairs for all of us. Searching for shark's teeth was our favorite and we found some good ones. It was nice not needing a key to get in and out of the condo. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

Fantastic Stay

We were in town for a family wedding. Our stay was fantastic. The condo was super clean and stocked with everything! The sun rises weren't provided but sitting on the 2nd floor deck, they were absolutely spectacular. We enjoyed the peaceful setting from both decks. Great access to the beach! We didn't want to leave.

Beautiful Dunes

Everything about the property was as advertised. Clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed looking for and watching the wildlife within the dunes. The plant diversity was also wonderful. Beach was a little crowded on the weekend but average during the week. Plenty to do in the area but we also made a trip up to Jekyll Island, very much worth the trip. Overall a great week.

Incredible location

Great beach. Close to public golf course. Quiet. Excellent property for family. Very convenient parking and walking distance to the Ritz Carlton.

Had my wedding here!

The condo was perfect for hosting a small wedding on the beach! My wife and I stayed in the main room and her parents upstairs, friends in the third room. Balcony was perfect for grabbing some tea and coffee in the morning to watch the sunrise. Located in a great spot for a short drive to anywhere.
