Relax and enjoy the beach life in San Diego in this beautifully decorated 2 bedroom oceanfront condo in Pacific Beach with fantastic light and views of the Pacific Ocean from the unit. The complex features a pool, hot tub, courtyard and bbq. This property is just steps from the ocean and fully stocked with beach items for your use. There is an excellent surf break directly in front of the condo. All the amenities of Pacific Beach are just a couple blocks away including Crystal Pier, restaurants, bars and shopping. During the day, enjoy views of the ocean and palm trees and watching people surf by the pier. At night, enjoy views of the city lights while you listen to the peaceful sound of waves crashing.
This two bedroom corner unit on the third floor gets excellent light and has a fantastic view of San Diego, the ocean and Crystal Pier from the living room. One bedroom has a king bed and one has a queen bed with a sink and vanity. The full bathroom has a shower over the tub with fixed faucet and a removable sprayer. The couch is a day bed (twin size) and there is a twin trundle bed under the couch. There is also a bean bag chair and a couple other comfy chairs in the living room. The modern updated kitchen is fully stocked. The coffee table lifts up to the size of a regular height table and is the perfect instant workspace or dining table. We have 4 padded folding chairs in the closet of the master bedroom to use with this table. We also have a small folding table in the closet that can be used as a desk or additional small table.
Both bedrooms have flat screen smart TVs and there is another flat screen in the living room. All TVs have channels and streaming services available so you can log in to your favorite streaming services. The living room TV also has cable.
The property is on the boardwalk in Pacific Beach with walking/biking path directly in front of the complex. For your beach days, we have beach chairs, beach umbrella, and boogie boards in the garage storage cabinet for your use as well as sand toys and a variety of balls and beach games. There is also a large laundry room in the garage that takes coins and credit cards.
There are tons of dining options within walking distance including fast food, casual dining and fine dining. There is also a lively nightlife scene in the area that is walking distance from the condo - dive bars, sports bars and clubs. There are a number of clothing shops in the area such as Urban Outfitters and Brandy Melville only a block away as well as surf shops and other local boutiques. This is a non-smoking property and very strict about noise. HOA rules require that you keep noise levels to a minimum so that nothing can be heard outside of the unit. Only people who are staying in the unit with you are allowed at the property. Only guests who are staying on the property are allowed in the pool and hot tub area. Children under 15 must be supervised at all times in common areas. Any violation of the rules may result in a fine that you would be responsible for paying.

I provide a starter kit of items but if you are staying for an extended period of time you will likely need additional toilet paper and other supplies from Ralphs grocery store which is just 4 blocks away. I provide: a roll of paper towels, 3 rolls of toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, body soap, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, 1 kitchen sponge, dish soap, dishwasher soap, trash bags, Keurig K-cup pods, coffee filters, all bedding and beach towels.

I have been renting vacation homes with friends and family for decades and have always loved the experience of having a home with a gathering area and kitchen to use rather than a hotel room. Iâm thrilled to be able to host other guests so they can enjoy memorable vacations in our oceanfront condo in Pacific Beach.
Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
The location of this property is amazing. The beach is steps from the unit. There is a walking path and bike trail directly in front of the unit that goes all the way to the end of Mission Beach. There are restaurants, bars and shopping all around. Everything is convenient and you donât need a car to enjoy all that the neighborhood has to offer. The rooms are spacious and the property is beautifully decorated. This corner unit gets excellent light and has great views from all the windows. From the living room you can see the beach and crystal pier. From the bedrooms and other living room you have views of the rest of San Diego including city lights at night. The coffee table raises up to become a dining size table which is a perfect work space and we have padded folding chairs in the closet for you to use. We have beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys for your use. There is secured underground parking, a pool, small jacuzzi, courtyard, gas grill and paid laundry in the building.
