This single family mountain home is the ultimate exhale, tucked away in a peaceful Durango neighborhood. Overlooking the Florida River valley and nestled in the pines, relax and unwind on the deck after a day of skiing, hiking, biking or fishing in and around the area.

Fishing access directly from the property, along with additional access points in the neighborhood. Hiking and biking trails nearby and throughout Durango, along with access to Lemon and Vallecito Reservoirs just down the road. The hot tub is the perfect setting to unwind in the evenings after a beautiful day exploring.

The main floor bedroom has all of the luxuries of home with a recently upgraded king size mattress, steam shower and soaking tub. The additional bedrooms are both located upstairs in the loft, with access to a shared bathroom. The third bedroom with bunks, also has a twin sized rollaway available upon request.

The deck has ample seating for dinner and enjoying the beautiful sunsets. In the summer, you can grill and relax with the hummingbirds each evening. Situated on 3 acres, there is plenty of space to get outside and explore, or relax and unwind!

Parking available in front of the house for up to 2 vehicles. Renters will have access to the main living area, with the exception of the garage during your stay. We have chickens on the property, which is why we don't allow pets.
