2 bed, 1 bath home complete with garage and privacy fenced in yard in convenient, central location.
The kitchen is fully equipped with basic cooking essentials and stocked coffee/tea. The living room features a leather sofa, large Roku TV and desk. Both bedrooms are complete with queen-size beds and Roku TV’s. The backyard features a stocked fire pit with adirondack chairs, grill and patio table.

Just what we needed

Check in was super easy and owner was communicative and friendly. Listing was accurate and amenities were plentiful. Backyard was super private and nice and there were accommodations for pets (we just needed a place to sleep, so we didn’t use any of these but it was nice that it was offered.) One tiny thing was that the couch seemed to be in rough shape, but we weren’t staying long so it didn’t affect our enjoyment much. Overall would recommend!

Perfect Little Home

We loved staying at this cozy home! My mom, maid of honor, and bridesmaid stayed at this home the day before my wedding to have one last ladies night before I got married. There was plenty of open space to pull my wedding dress out and the girls dresses to steam them, organize our decorations, and pamper! Having so few steps into the home made it easy for them to pack up the next morning and for my husband and I to come back to after our wedding. The location was also perfect for us to leave the next morning and head to Hemingways for our wedding brunch. The next time we come back, this home would definitely be one we will consider renting, especially if we choose to bring our dog. This home has all the travel needs for pets! Food bowls, kennels, a fenced in yard, and treats!

Great stay

Clean, simple, nice privacy fenced yard for the pups and morning coffee, lots of thoughtful items available in the house, even a colander and grater. Couch is worn in but still comfortable. Easy clean up and check out requirements. Close to everything in Springfield. Would stay again.

Simple, Clean, Just Right

The stay was short as we passed through town so we needed a place that was clean, comfy, and (large) dog friendly. Alyssa's place provided all that as well as great and friendly communication. I would stay here again.

Nice Place

We were in town for a wedding. Renting a house and making our own food was cheaper than getting a hotel and eating out. The place is nice, clean, and conveniently located. Aldi is just a few minutes down the street. There is also a propane BBQ which was great. That said, the couch is not comfortable. Its old and needs to be replaced. If you plan on cooking, bring your own pots and pans. There are pans and cooking utensils there, but they are not very good. I would recommend this place to a friend and would stay again.

Very cozy and Wonderful!!

The property was very cozy and felt like a nice place from home! The hostess was very communicative and tackled the technical difficulties with ease. The place is minimally furnished but it wasn't an issue. would recommend to anyone wanting a cozy place to stay in Springfield MO!

It was ok. Sofa warn out so living room not comfy. Furniture was cheap and flimsy. Hiwever, beds very comfootable.

Just what we needed for a short busy trip

They had a candy jar and doggy treats and a toy. Very nice touch! Huge private backyard was nice even though we were too busy to use it. Appreciated use of the garage.

Had everything you need to have a comfortable stay and located close to bass pro shop and many restaurants even has a grill and firepit in the privacy fenced in backyard! Will stay again next time in town!

Lovely home

Good location and a great price! The owner was very responsive to any concerns or issues that we had to address. I would recommend this place! We ended up spending a lot of time in Branson, MO that was a lot of fun! Thank you!!

Charming home with a wonderful host

The home is perfect for a quick getaway or longer stay. The refrigerator is a little small if you were going to eat in all week, but that is the only thing we had an issue with the entire time. The host is very helpful and quick to communicate, the property way nicer on the inside than we realized, and the beds and couch super comfy! Would definitely stay here again!

The property is really nice; we’ll stay again for sure. Despite asking to get door code and check-in procedures at least 3 days in advance, the door code did not arrive until we were on the road to the property on check-in day.

I was just in town for a weekend getaway and this is was exactly what I needed. The property was cute and well maintained. And the host was courteous and responsive with any questions I had. Would certainly stay again.

Great Stay

We did a last minute trip to Springfield and found this place it is exactly as described and very comfortable, clean and easy access to most of town and surrounding areas. The garage to park in was great with trying to get our toddlers in and out in the weather the only thing we really would have liked would have been to be able to enter garage from outside the house and not having to go in the house to open it up but that was okay. We also wished that there was a lock on the garage door in the house also But absolutely no doubt we would all stay there again. Wonderful!!!
