The house was exactly as described. It was truly cozy. We had everything we needed for our stay. It is well decorated and updated. Just right up the street from Bear Village apartments too for those families with kiddos at Missouri State. Would highly recommend and would love to come back and stay again.

Perfect location

This is the perfect location for everything that you want to do in Springfield. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. I brought my granddaughters for a girls trip and they loved the house.

Family visit for MSU registration

My husband, daughter and I stayed at the Cozy Mansion (mine and my daughter’s 2nd visit). This home is very close to Missouri State University. It is super cute, comfortable and clean. Very accommodating and I hope to stay here again for our next college visit. Lastly, the owner, Brittany is very responsive and helpful.

Few things missing

TV remote missing, no sponge in the kitchen, no soap in one shower, fire alarm went off and shower curtain was NASTY like it hasn’t been changed out in 10 years. Owner tells me that I should bring my own “essentials”(referring to soap) when soap is listed as an amenity.

Great Stay in the Cozy Mansion

The Cozy Mansion is adorable. We were a party of 5 all over 50 years of age, in town for a graduation. As others have mentioned, the beds are low, making it challenging for older guests to get in and out of, but overall, the house is aesthetically pleasing and has everything you need for a long weekend stay. Brittany is welcoming and accommodating. are. low

Christmas Stay

Had everything we needed, it was “cozy” as advertised.With the wet weather, it got a bit muddy around the front entrance. With no pavement leading up to door it was a bit tricky.Everything else was great, communication with the owner was easy, the house was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Family Spot

We came to Springfield for a family Thanksgiving and the Cozy Mansion housed Grandpa and two of the three daughters and their spouses (in our 60s). The open living space was great and having two bathrooms is always a plus. Only one minor complaint - platform beds are low to the floor and were difficult for my 92 year old dad.

Cozy Mansion!

Loved it! Quaint, charming and perfect location if visiting a student at MSU! Lived the decor, amenities and everything about it. Would definitely stay again! The only thing I would change, possibly add a step going up to the porch to make it easier for older folks.

Super Cute & Cozy

We loved our stay at the cozy mansion. Don’t let the small appearance fool you. It has everything you need and plenty of space. We stayed with three adults and two small children. The home is spotless and well maintained. It was stocked with coffee. We also found some great restaurants nearby. The only complaint is that the bedroom curtains are sheer, which limits your privacy and gets you up with the sun. It also makes it hard for the little ones to nap. The communication throughout the process was helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Getaway

My sisters and I enjoyed a great weekend getaway. Our host was attentive and quickly responded to all questions I had. The property was cute, clean and quiet. It was as advertised, and I highly recommend!

Perfect location!!

We loved this place! It is clean and had everything we needed! There are 3 bedrooms, so we were all able to have privacy. (We traveled with a teenage daughter). All questions were answered quickly (within an hour)! Highly suggest this cute spot. Quiet location & easy access to most everything we wanted to do! Stay here, you won’t regret it!
