The home boasts all new fixtures and furniture and is adorned throughout with Oregon-made art. A cozy living room, centered around a gas fireplace, offers strong natural lighting and stunning views. The included TV and Bluetooth stereo with a record player and vinyl collection are sure to provide hours of entertainment. Enjoy the full chef’s kitchen with updated stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare a family feast or serve local restaurant takeout in style. This family-friendly home comes chock-full of amenities for younger guests including beach toys, board games, and puzzles. Head out to the two-tiered deck for even more incredible views and furnished outdoor living. Kick back on the porch swing or one of the Adirondack chairs with your favorite morning brew and later, fire up the gas grill for a family cookout. As the sun starts to go down, head to one of the bedrooms, all of which feature ocean views, and blissfully fall asleep!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
