Enjoy Florida living at its finest at the Jewel of Solana. Our villa has a custom outdoor poolside kitchen with an 8' granite bar, a 65" 4K poolside TV and a theater quality 7.1 Dolby 6 speaker outdoor sound system.

The villa is very private with no rear neighbors, and tall hedges on both sides.

Solana is a 24 hour guard gated resort in Davenport, 10 miles from Disney.

Our luxurious 3200 sq. foot villa has 4 master bedrooms, all with memory foam mattresses. 2 rooms have king beds, and 2 have queens. 2 bedrooms have 2 twin beds. The living room has a brand new sectional with a pull out bed.. The 4 master bedrooms all have a 55" wall mounted 4K TV . The twin rooms both have a brand new wall mounted 43" Roku 4K TV.

The family room has sectional sofa with a chaise lounger, a 65" 4K TV and Sound Bar, Play Station. Wii, games, and a 100 movie DVD library. The game room is air conditioned, with an 8' slate pool table and a high quality ping pong table.

There are his and hers golf clubs, puzzles, and games. There are portable chairs and a beach umbrella for a trip to the beach!. Restaurants, stores, and golf courses are nearby.

Excellent stay

Beautiful house, pool was nice and warm and the outside area was perfect. We pretty much stayed outside the entire time. Lots of room for 3 families and the owner was quick to respond. No issues whatsoever and would 100% stay again.

Outstanding Property

My golf group and I had an outstanding stay at this property. The owner is very helpful and responsive. The house is clean and well-appointed. Pool/hot tub was perfect for some of us older guys after golf, and being able to watch the Masters from the pool was wonderful. We've stayed in the Solana resort before and always had a good experience. It's well run and very quiet. Would definitely repeat. Thanks Mike!

Family Christmas Holiday

We have stayed in the Solana complex for the last 3 vacations, and all the houses were the same layout. We enjoy the area, as it is close to all the Parks and other attractions. This year we had no major issues with the house other than the house could use a cleaning and some TLC.

Budget friendly Family Thanksgiving get away

Our family decided on a relatively late trip to Orlando for Thanksgiving. This house exceeded our expectation. We arrived on Wednesday and noted that the TV in the back was being repaired. The property management team worked diligently to get that repair fixed and we had no issues with it during our stay. I also want to call out that Mike is the most responsive owner I've ever spoken to on the platform. He even responded to my questions on Thanksgiving day so that I could ensure I had a few things setup correctly. Even communicating with the property managers to handle a request on the Friday after Thanksgiving. The house is well appointed including lots of baby items (stroller, high chair, playpens etc). Our group of 9 including an infant had plenty of space to unwind and enjoy the great weather. The neighborhood was quiet and morning walks have a nice route to walk. Overall- I'd most certainly visit this property again. Very happy with this last minute booking!

Survived a hurricane

I love staying in solana this is our 6th stay in this area and love it ! Loved this rental and all the things it comes with. We were hesitant about going due to hurricane milton but it turned out to be be a great trip. We were safe in had plenty to do around the house including the game room and the great movies inside they have provided comes in hand when the wifi went out. Owner get back to you super quicl which is so amazing ! Will be back to this rental for our next trip for sure ! Dont double guess go ahead and book this rental ! !wi

Perfect Vacation

This villa has absolutely everything you’ll need for the perfect vacation in Orlando. Spacious and clean. Outdoor kitchen is on another level, nothing at all like this in the area. Mike was a fabulous host. Our family will return to his home again.

The best vacation rental this far has all the comfortd of home

The minute we walked into this vacation rental we knew it was different than any other that we have stayed in. The owner didn't miss a beat making sure that their guest had all the comfort of home. Everything that was listed was there and some. We were there for our family reunion and this home did not disappoint. The outdoor kitchen was definitely a bonus.The children loved the gaming system and the outdoor TV and the surround speakers by the pool.The gaming room was awesome and was equipped with air conditioning. If you are traveling with small children everything is there stroller high chair crib car seat plenty of flooties. We will definitely be returning but for 2 weeks next visit.. Thank you for opening up your beautiful home to my family.❣️ Home was very very clean and tidy 😊

Place was nice and roomy with lots of bathrooms. Overall great place and pretty close to everything with plenty of shops around. Had a miscommunication at the end but we still enjoyed our stay. Will totally recommend

Loved the house

The pool and patio are are absolutely wonderful here. If you enjoy cooking outside, whether it be on the grill, the flat top, or the outdoor stove burners you'll be in heaven as I was. The property was clean, not spotless but clean. The check in and out could not have gone easier. Mike was a wonderful owner to rent from. The sound system outside was updated due to Hurricane Ian, and it now has bluetooth connectivity, which the property manager was nice enough to show me when he saw me setting up my Alexa device. As a word of advise. We were traveling with a group of 10, ranging in age from 16 to 55. The twin beds in the two upstairs rooms, I was told, were not all that comfortable for adults. The original plan was for the 4 girls (ages 16, 22, 25 and 26) to share those rooms. Instead they ended up crashing in the living room most nights watching horror movies. It all worked out, just a cautious tale. As most people have said cooking devices (Pots and Pans) are a slim stock in this rental, but where as we where for thanksgiving time, we bought a bunch of disposable pans anyways. The hot tub was a warm tub, not nearly as hot as my wife and others would like it. Myself I thought it was fine because usually I can only stay in for 10-15 minutes, but with this one I was able to sit and relax to my hearts content (so no it was not HOT). Also one other note just in case someone gets confused like I did. When we originally looked at the unit we thought there were 2 bedrooms with bathrooms that had seperate showers and tubs. That is not the case. Only 1 bathroom, the downstairs master, has a separate show and tub, all the others have tub/shower combinations. Only reason I mention it is my sister in law is an avid bather, and we though she was going to have a separate bath in her room, but that was not the case. And no she was not getting my room!! After all I rented the place.

The Family Loved The House.

This was the best house that I have ever rented. Great game room with air. Four master bedrooms. Outdoor kitchen is awesome with a TV. The mangers are the best. And are there when you need them. We will rent this house again.

Great place for large families

This is perfectly laid out for large families to enjoy. The furniture is super nice and all the beds are comfortable. Outside space for grilling is perfect except make sure you bring your own cooking storage supplies. Very limited cooking pots and pans and virtually no serving or storage items for large groups. No biggie for us though we just went out and bought disposable trays and things to work with. Mike is super responsive and quick to remedy. Also make sure you have your own daily living items like laundry detergent dishwashing soap paper towels and trash bags if your staying more than a few days. The gate staff are super friendly and it’s very easy to get in and out of the neighborhood. Highly recommend overall. We loved staying there!

Awesome Family Friendly Home

This property exceeded every expectation! My family was so happy here! After long days at the park it was such a blessing to lounge in the hot tub or play in the pool. The family room couch is the most comfortable ever for a quick nap too! The kids had a blast playing pool, visiting the clubhouse and being near everything. We used delivery services close by as well with no problem. This is a gem! We will be back!!! Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!

Hospitable and Very Responsive- Florida Vacation Home

The house is exactly as pictures describe. The beds were very comfortable- we didn't use the two twin rooms.) The interior is very clean and well stocked, the furniture is a bit worn, but that's to be expected in a vacation home. Well appointed kitchen inside, though would recommend you bring some larger bowls for bigger families. I am sure if you requested it, the owners would rectify this.. We lived outside in the beautiful and luxurious lanai with the outdoor kitchen. It was wonderful! We had a few minor issues during our stay, (GFC needed to be replaced in the kitchen and a shower door needed to be fixed in order to be able to use it) and before we could even call the property manager, the owners had contacted them and they arrived asap- they live across the street!) They were very friendly and helpful! During our stay, it rained (quite a storm) and caused the pool to be unusable due to the amount of worms in the pool and hot tub. Again we contacted the home owners and the management company and within a few hours it was taken care of. We would definitely stay again, though it is a bit further than where we usually stay, but was still close to all the parks etc... (Lots of traffic during March break...) It's too bad the house is completely booked for the duration we would be coming back next year, or we would have booked it again!

The house is not a usual rental home, as we have amenities such as the outdoor kitchen and outdoor TV/sound system that are pretty unique.
We have a terrific local property manager with their office less than a mile from our home.
