Nouveau tapis et laveuse / sécheuse haute capacité Maytag que vous venez d'installer. L'endroit idéal pour se détendre dans le luxe pendant que les enfants explorent la magie de Disney Castle. Les chambres de l'impressionnant princesse, pirate, et Superhero enfants, robes de princesse, Costumes héros, et des tonnes de jouets dans notre salle de jeux climatisée ne manqueront pas de ravir les enfants de tous ùges. Les adultes seront choyés avec nos meubles extravagants. La salle de jeu de stand up pleine arcade de taille qui propose 75 jeux différents, avec une pleine taille de la table de billard, table de hockey sur air, pleine grandeur cuisine en bois, Etape 2 Cuisine et maison de poupée, PlayStation 3 et 2, et trop nombreux jeux et extras oublier , faire de ce l'endroit parfait pour divertir les enfants de tous ùges. Toutes les chambres adultes sont luxueusement aménagées avec des matelas et la literie haut de la ligne. Il ya 9 TV dans la maison, y compris le grand écran dans la salle familiale.
Il y a un patio avec moustiquaire, une table à manger, des chaises longues et une piscine avec bain à remous (Spa). La chaleur de la piscine est incluse dans le prix. Notre société de gestion fournira une grille pour 65 $. 00 par semaine. Chaque jour supplémentaire est de 7 $. 00.
Nous avons aussi des tonnes de trucs pour les tout-petits, y compris: plusieurs poussettes, un-n-Play Pack (crĂšche), une chaise haute et un siĂšge d'appoint.

Warm heat in the pool was wonderful- recommend paying 50! 12 minute drive to Disney World was a plus!The layout of the house was perfect for our family of 11. Kids LOVED the game room & toys, too.

This was our second time at this exact house. We loved it so much we came back. So close to the parks. A Walmart down the street. Gated community and activities to do at the community water park/pool. We love that we also get our own private pool and hot tub with booking a house.

The best of Kissimmee VRBOs for us so far. Wonderfully located and appointed for our whole family. The beds were so great that we actually ordered an identical mattress after we returned home. Home and pool were very well maintained. The neighborhood was peaceful, quiet, security staff were super friendly, amenities center\water park was wonderful and the staff there were all great as well. This one is at the top of our favorites list and we visit the area couple times of year on average.

I definitely enjoyed my stay at Windsor Hills. This is my third experience staying in the complex and I will continually go back. The location to Disney and Walmart are amazing, and the water park is a lot of fun. Check in is easy and there are always helpful gate guards available.This particular home was clean, spacious, and had a lot of great qualities. The kids especially enjoyed the pool. It was very clean and well maintained. It also had plenty of life vests and towels available (wish there had been some pool toys like diving rings or squirters). The kids also loved the themed bedrooms and we all appreciated having our own space at the end of a long day in the parks. The fridge was clean, worked well and had an ice machine. We used the provided stroller, and booster seat (It should be noted that technically, the booster seat expired in 2024), and overall were very happy with our stay.However, a few things could use improvement. The couch was quite saggy and wasn't the most comfortable. Only one roll of toilet paper was provided per bathroom, so we needed to purchase more halfway through the week. The princess beds need to be tightened. The super hero bed was very squeaky. The silverware was lacking teaspoons. Finally, while there was plenty of kitchen seating, there was not a place where we could all sit at the same table together (6 people).Overall, I would stay here again, but the above could use some improvements. Geoff was responsive to all my messages.

Location of house is close to parks, shopping and restaurants. The house was very clean and had what you needed. You will need to purchase tp, tissues, paper towels and trash bags since you are only supplied one of everything. Themed rooms were nicely done. Pool is awesome and they have strollers, toys for all ages, etc. We really enjoyed our stay!

Host was amazing. Assisted with all special request. Went above and beyond. Home was large with plenty of room for 13 people to have space if their own. Kia and young adult absolutely loved the game room and pool. Location to different Disney Parks was perfect and commute time less than 20 minutes, even with heavy traffic. Kichen was equipped with all cookware, storage containers and small appliances you needed. Highly recommend and will return. Thank you Geoff

Great home and location

The location is great! Only 15 mins at most to Disney. Walmart is only 5 mins away also. The pool and hot tub were great. The kids swam all the time. The home was clean and there were many toys, strollers, play pen, and baby gates. I would definitely recommend this place!

Property accommodated our family of 10 nicely with plenty of seating in living room for all members to watch TV (NBA finals were on) and pool patio area where everyone could seat and enjoy morning coffee together and talk. Disney was about a 10 minute drive; however, traffic was a nightmare at times.

Magical stay

We loved every minute of it! The house is very spacious. It actually took us some time to remember which room was where. We LOVED the playroom. It was very entertaining for my 3 and 1year old and it was very helpful to keep them busy. The pool and spa was very nice. We went in every day. The house has everything you need! We went once to the community pool... It was nice but we prefered the pool at the house. The restaurant is very nice also and the staff was very friendly. Host is quickly to respond also. We would definitely go back. After 2 days my son wanted us to sell our house and stay there instead haha !

We rented the house with our best friends and their kids and had an amazing time! It was very nice to have all of your basic needs- kitchen dishes, pots/pans, utensils, pool towels and regular linens and towels already available. Will be booking next year again for sure!

House was plenty big enough for the 10 of us and the drive times to the parks were short- afternoon traffic made the return trip about 30 minutes. Everyone took advantage of the pool and hot tub nightly. Kitchen was great for cooking

Exceptional Vacation House!!

We all had an amazing time at the Princess, Pirate & Super Hero Room House. This vacation home exceeded our expectations! So comfortable and spacious for our family of 7, and could easily accommodate more. Geoff was so nice and the best host ever, always getting back to my inquiries quickly. My husband and I have stayed at many vacation homes and this one was by far the very best! The pool and hot tub were perfect temps. and so relaxing after our long days at the parks. Beds were super comfy, with more than enough blankets and pillows. The home was very clean and nicely decorated and we all felt very much at home. The Disney parks and Universal Studios were all very close. If we ever come to Orlando again, I would not hesitate to stay here again. Absolutely Loved It!!

Impressed and would stay again!

Everyone in our family was impressed with the property! We can’t say enough good things. It perfectly accommodated our party of 12, ages 8months- 65yrs for week that included Disney World. Everything was very clean, host was responsive when we needed help finding a couple random things. Community pool and playground were a big plus on down days!

Great experience

My family and I had a great experience. The property was very accommodating. The only negative thing we could say, and it’s nothing major, is that the security guards at the front gate seemed to be a little much. For example my fiancĂ© wasn’t on their list, and we took separate Ubers. The guard gave her a hard time and then informed me that he wouldn’t have let her in if she didn’t have my children with her in the vehicle. Overall very happy with the property and manager. We would definitely come back, and recommend it to families of all sizes!

Awesome Disney Themed Home

We had the best time staying here! The home was clean and had everything we needed. The princess, spider man and pirate themed rooms were perfect! The game and toy room was perfect for our kids aged 2-6 years old. The pool was perfect. The eating areas were perfect for our large group.

Wongerful place

Everything went as planned. Nice clean house with tons of extras. Kids lived the stocked toy room and hot tub. Id have no problem recommendind it to anyone.

Great theme rooms

We booked this over a year ago and were not disappointed, the princess, pirate, and Spider-Man rooms were exactly as described the home is in a great location, the pool is fantastic, having a hot tub is a bonus and this home has plenty of space .

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Many properties have games rooms with pool tables and air hockey, but ours also has the full size 75 game stand-up arcade along with tons of stuff for the little kids. These include a doll house, princess dresses and superhero costumes and tons of fun toys for infants on up. We haven't seen many other houses that really have fun stuff to keep the little ones busy while the adults recover from a day at the parks.
We also wanted a place that was much nicer then ours at home, so we went all out with a professional decorator who insisted on very high end furnishings and Disney themed rooms and a fully equipped games room. She even insisted that we re-engineer the Air Conditioning and provide additional insulation so that the game room would be nice and cool.
