Nouveau tapis et laveuse / sécheuse haute capacité Maytag que vous venez d'installer. L'endroit idéal pour se détendre dans le luxe pendant que les enfants explorent la magie de Disney Castle. Les chambres de l'impressionnant princesse, pirate, et Superhero enfants, robes de princesse, Costumes héros, et des tonnes de jouets dans notre salle de jeux climatisée ne manqueront pas de ravir les enfants de tous âges. Les adultes seront choyés avec nos meubles extravagants. La salle de jeu de stand up pleine arcade de taille qui propose 75 jeux différents, avec une pleine taille de la table de billard, table de hockey sur air, pleine grandeur cuisine en bois, Etape 2 Cuisine et maison de poupée, PlayStation 3 et 2, et trop nombreux jeux et extras oublier , faire de ce l'endroit parfait pour divertir les enfants de tous âges. Toutes les chambres adultes sont luxueusement aménagées avec des matelas et la literie haut de la ligne. Il ya 9 TV dans la maison, y compris le grand écran dans la salle familiale.
Il y a un patio avec moustiquaire, une table à manger, des chaises longues et une piscine avec bain à remous (Spa). La chaleur de la piscine est incluse dans le prix. Notre société de gestion fournira une grille pour 65 $. 00 par semaine. Chaque jour supplémentaire est de 7 $. 00.

We had an amazing stay at this location. The host was great with communicating, and the house was very clean when we arrived. The neighborhood seemed nice, and is gated.

Great property and owners!

Property was very clean, warm and home like. The owner was amazing and responsive! Our volleyball team had a great time and we would definitely recommend this property. So much better than a hotel!

Great theme rooms

We booked this over a year ago and were not disappointed, the princess, pirate, and Spider-Man rooms were exactly as described the home is in a great location, the pool is fantastic, having a hot tub is a bonus and this home has plenty of space .

Wonderful getaway!

The house was amazing with extremely comfortable beds and tons of extras! Super clean and well stocked with so much for the kids to do we stayed mostly at the house enjoying the beautiful pool and playgrounds in the gated community. This was one of our favorite vacation homes to date!

Great Disney experience

What a great property with plenty of room and super close to restaurants and shopping. The owner was super responsive to all messages. I will definitely look up this property again in a few years when we come back to the area.

A Home Away From Home

Extra Roomy and Comfortable. The youngest girl loved the dresses. We all enjoyed the game room and pool. The host was very thoughtful.

Magical family moments

We spent spring break with our extended family. It was a magical time for everyone. The house is extremely well maintained and clean. The pantry was stocked and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the game room. The owner was very prompt to reply to all of our questions and ensured that everything was to our satisfaction. We'll definitely stay again!

Great Experience

Hi Tracey, we greatly enjoyed staying at your beautiful villa. The house was very clean and we felt very safe during our visit. The property management team were extremely helpful, and arrived at the house to help us within minutes to solve our minor issues. We would definitely stay here again.

Multi-Family Vacation!

This was the perfect place for us! We had four different families there, six adults and seven children. There was plenty of space for all of us. They were short on kitchen towels and the management company brought more out right away. The owner was also very easy to get a hold of an answered any questions that we had.

This place was amazing!

We had a great time! Very accommodating for families with small children which was so nice. We spent a few days at Disney, took a beach day, and did a couple other things and still everyone’s favorite was hanging out at the house by the pool and hot tub. Property owner was super great. Had one issue with pool lights/hot tub and he resolved it promptly. 10/10 would come back!

Amazing!

This is our 2nd stay at the home and we love it! The home has everything a family could possible need! Plenty of baby equipment: strollers, high chair, baby gates, crib, multiple pack n plays. The owner is always very responsive for the few times I contacted him. I have nothing negative to say about this house and will continue to make it our go to place to stay for Orlando trips!

We enjoyed our stay the house had a lot of games that the kids enjoyed. There was enough seating for all the family would like to have gotten in the pool, but it was a little too cold. But it was beautiful. Hopefully the next day we get to see more of the area. The cold weather kept the family in but we still have fun

Great stay, just ran out of time and energy

This was a wonderful respite after 3 days at Disney and 1 day at Universal. The kids would say, let's just go back to house and swim. We had 3 little girls, 5, 6, 7 and the dress up gowns (over 10) were a treat. I took one for the 7-year-old because I was concerned, they wouldn't have a big one. But they did! All the kids loved the game room! We would stay here again definitely.

Great property overall

Overall, this was a great property. There were a few things that were underwhelming in regards to the cleanliness. The property was great, I just think the cleaning crew was probably not as thorough as they should have been before we got there. (What appeared to be a towel with dried blood on it in one drawer, and a fork with dried sauce of some sort in the toy room, and a few cockroaches which we understand aren’t uncommon in the south). The pool was great, layout of the home was perfect for a family so you aren’t missing moments preparing meals or loading the dishwasher etc. Toy room was awesome!

Great for whole family!

We spent 9 days at this house in March 2023. Community is nice and quiet, resort amenities were great for the whole family. We utilized the heated pool for most of the day as it had full sun. Patio was shaded all afternoon which was important tobuse. Lots of space in the home, number of washrooms and lots of things geared towards kids of all ages - toys, bowls/spoons, high chairs, crib, playpen, double stroller, Netflix, puddle jumpers, small picnic table, etc. I would highly recommend them installing a railing on the pool steps for everyone's safety. It may be nice to have a walk-in shower on the first floor for people with mobility issues. Garbage process was a little confusing if you have more than one bag. We didn't know about the compactor by the park until our last day. Overall all, very happy!

Great place for a family

My family and I had a great time at this property. The house was clean, it had everything we needed and had a great layout. We enjoyed relaxing both inside and outside. Inside, each room has a TV, so it was easy to go laydown and watch a bit of TV and grab a nap. Outside was great! The pool is awesome, the deck and patio furniture are perfect. You can go for a dip, then go either sit in the sun on a lounge chair or go sit at the table in the shade. I was worried about the pool for my little ones, but the lock and alarm on the patio door as well as the poolside removeable fence reassured me. The screened in patio and pool make it so you don't have to worry about bugs, even at night if you're sitting around the table chatting. The house is close to many restaurants and stores to do shopping at that are no more then 5 to 10 minutes away. I would definitely stay here again as we had a blast and the kids (and us) loved the themed rooms. Thanks again. Mike.

The pictures are pretty accurate, thankfully, because we chose this house partially because of the decorations! The house does need a bit of work but nothing horrible and we'd consider staying there again. Getting into the property was a pain - only the front gate works with the visitor's pass and the line can get VERY long, especially on check-in day when half the community's houses are getting new guests for the week. Positives: Cute kids rooms Great game room Short drive to Disney Comfortable mattresses Clean pool and nice patio area Ample dishes, pots, pans, and utensils Gated community; well-kept neighborhood Negatives: Pans were sticky and needed to be washed before use, Water line in refrigerator was broken so we couldn't get filtered water. Orlando water is an "acquired taste" so we bought bottled water while we were there, The dryer takes FOREVER to dry - allow at least 2 hours for mostly dried clothes no matter which setting you choose, The closet doors in the princess room are messed up and push in toward the closet. The little girl in our group got a bit smacked when she fell against one and had it swing back into her. It's certainly not enough to cause harm but keep it in mind if you have little ones playing. In all, I think it was a good choice and the house met the vast majority of our wish list!

House was not clean, worn out furnishings, very close to Disney.

We decided to rent in Windsor Hills because it had such good reviews. We chose this house because it said it was a luxury home with upscale furnishings and plenty of space and toys for kids. Not so. The furnishings were worn and the house was dirty, especially the carpet on the stairs and the throw rugs in the living room. The couches were literally falling apart, the mattresses were hard, the towels were dingy and stringy, and the kitchen was not even stocked with enough cups for us! When we first arrived we had to go to the local stores to purchase lightbulbs to replace all the burned-out ones in the kitchen and the lamps, some of the lamps werebroken so they didn’t even work, and we called the rental company to let them know there were not enough towels, no washcloths, not enough pool towels, and not enough cups for our entire family. The next day they showed up with target bags full of plastic drinking cups and towels with the tags still on them and left them in the house for us. There was also a discarded old rusted out washing machine in the middle of the game room doorway, which they did come and have removed right away. The Jacuzzi had green algae growing all around the top rim and there were broken pool noodles and broken pool toys spread all over the space. The pool furniture on the patio was rusted, there were cobwebs covering everything and there were several discarded lamps and pieces of furniture that Had been left back there. The curtains in the princess bed room fell off-the-wall, and the curtains in the living room obviously had not been dusted for months. The trundle bed in the pirate room was broken and unusable. When we first entered the master bedroom the night we arrived we were greeted with a pee stain on the carpet next to the bed and dried Cheerios scattered all over the carpeting. I could go on, there were several more things that needed attention. I do have to say that the man at the rental company that we dealt with was very kind and he did try to get someone in to clean the house and to give us towels. He left us two bottles of wine as a gesture of apology. But all in all I would never stay in this house again and I would not recommend it to anyone who was going to Disney on a big family vacation. The pictures must obviously be from a long time ago and although it has a nice write up as being a luxury home with upscale furnishings, that is not the case when you get there. It is very close to Disney.

The best of Kissimmee VRBOs for us so far. Wonderfully located and appointed for our whole family. The beds were so great that we actually ordered an identical mattress after we returned home. Home and pool were very well maintained. The neighborhood was peaceful, quiet, security staff were super friendly, amenities center\water park was wonderful and the staff there were all great as well. This one is at the top of our favorites list and we visit the area couple times of year on average.

I definitely enjoyed my stay at Windsor Hills. This is my third experience staying in the complex and I will continually go back. The location to Disney and Walmart are amazing, and the water park is a lot of fun. Check in is easy and there are always helpful gate guards available.This particular home was clean, spacious, and had a lot of great qualities. The kids especially enjoyed the pool. It was very clean and well maintained. It also had plenty of life vests and towels available (wish there had been some pool toys like diving rings or squirters). The kids also loved the themed bedrooms and we all appreciated having our own space at the end of a long day in the parks. The fridge was clean, worked well and had an ice machine. We used the provided stroller, and booster seat (It should be noted that technically, the booster seat expired in 2024), and overall were very happy with our stay.However, a few things could use improvement. The couch was quite saggy and wasn't the most comfortable. Only one roll of toilet paper was provided per bathroom, so we needed to purchase more halfway through the week. The princess beds need to be tightened. The super hero bed was very squeaky. The silverware was lacking teaspoons. Finally, while there was plenty of kitchen seating, there was not a place where we could all sit at the same table together (6 people).Overall, I would stay here again, but the above could use some improvements. Geoff was responsive to all my messages.

Location of house is close to parks, shopping and restaurants. The house was very clean and had what you needed. You will need to purchase tp, tissues, paper towels and trash bags since you are only supplied one of everything. Themed rooms were nicely done. Pool is awesome and they have strollers, toys for all ages, etc. We really enjoyed our stay!

The host was amazing the vila is actually better than the pictures this vila had every thing My family and I have been vacationing in windsor hills since 2012 we stayed in condo town houses this was first we tried a vila and it was amazing my children had so much fun we didn’t want to leave we definitely be coming back to same vila and host next year thank you so much

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Many properties have games rooms with pool tables and air hockey, but ours also has the full size 75 game stand-up arcade along with tons of stuff for the little kids. These include a doll house, princess dresses and superhero costumes and tons of fun toys for infants on up. We haven't seen many other houses that really have fun stuff to keep the little ones busy while the adults recover from a day at the parks.
We also wanted a place that was much nicer then ours at home, so we went all out with a professional decorator who insisted on very high end furnishings and Disney themed rooms and a fully equipped games room. She even insisted that we re-engineer the Air Conditioning and provide additional insulation so that the game room would be nice and cool.
