The Space:

With your very own elevator inside the townhome, you won't have any problems carrying your gears throughout the home. From the garage, head straight to the third floor, where you can relax and stretch out on the two plush sleeper sofas and armchair seating.

Cozy up with your loved ones in the family room next to the warmth of the indoor fireplace while streaming your favorite show on the flat-screen TV. The chef in your group will appreciate the fully-equipped kitchen with everything you'll need to prepare a gourmet meal for your family. Keep the cook company with the breakfast bar stools on the spacious center island.

Every room on the second and third floor of the home offers impressive scenery of the Breckenridge ski resort and snowcapped trees throughout. The master suite, on the top floor, boasts stunning mountain and forest views. This room features a beautiful king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, a warm fireplace, and an en suite bathroom you are sure to love. The master en suite has a modern walk-in shower and a separate tub nestled against a glass wall with the best view in the house. Soak your tired muscles, and take in the enchanting scenery as you feel the weight of the world lifted off your shoulders. This space also features a private outdoor balcony where you can feel the breeze of the fresh mountain air.

There are three bedrooms on the mid-level floor of the home, two of which are equipped with a door that will bring you straight outdoors. Take in the stunning alpine views as you partake in a family-friendly snowball fight. The second bedroom features a huge king-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a modern walk-in shower. The third bedroom, next door, has two comfortable twin-size beds, each with its own twin trundle, and a shared full bathroom across the hall, with a walk-in shower.

The fourth bedroom, on this floor, boasts a lovely king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, an indoor fireplace, and access to a private deck with lounge seating. Sit back, relax, and gaze at the gorgeous glow of the sun as it sets behind the mountains. There is an en suite bathroom in this room, with double vanity, and a modern walk-in shower.

Located on the lower level of the home, features a flat-screen TV, direct elevator access, and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available on the second floor of the house. There is a half bath for additional guests to use on the home's top floor. Please note that the elevator, on the first floor, is located inside the only bedroom on this floor. The elevator can be accessed from the hallway on the second, and third floors of the home.

Guest will have access to the entire home except the rooftop deck, outdoor deck, and free parking for up to 2 cars in the parking garage.

Getting Around:
Summit County offers the Breck FREE ride bus making it a convenient option, with the Gold Point bus stop on the Boreas Pass Loop a 9-minute walk from the townhome. The Breckenridge historic district is also within a short 10-minute drive from this stunning townhome. You will have multiple parking access downtown, with one of the bigger lots at the BreckConnect Gondola - a gateway to endless skiing options. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around downtown Breckenridge. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C. A 4WD vehicle is required during winter.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
