This home does NOT have Air Conditioning. Most homes in Breckenridge (especially above 10,000ft) have heated floors and A/C is not possible. We regularly have temperature drops down into the 40s at night (even in the summer) at this high of altitude. There is also little to no humidity at this altitude. Provided you open the windows during the day, and close them at night this home will be comfortable all summer long.

Cucumber Gulch Retreat is tucked away in a town home complex near the Breckenridge Nordic Center. Safely observe wildlife in the gulch from the 2nd floor deck! Do not approach Moose! Stay at least 300ft or more from all wildlife.
