Enjoy Beautiful Ocean Views in this Executive King Suite with Full Kitchen
This 1 BD and 1 Bath condo has a full kitchen and Angled Ocean views. The property has 18 hole putt-putt golf and 17 different pools hot tubs and lazy rivers. Resort is Beach front, Starbucks on the property as well as Hotel Bar, and Tiki Bar and Grill
It was a nice little place the shower needs a new head because it just drips out but we had a blast right on the beach had to go a couple days with out the tv in the living room because it broke but they came and fixed it.
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The condo was clean and well kept. It was an overall great experience.
It was exactly as listed. Beautiful condo. Great water access and view. It was our first time in Myrtle Beach and as a single mother it was worth every penny spent. My family really appreciates your hospitality Mr Gary. And we hope to be able to stay again in the near future.
This was a wonderful family trip. The Landmark was great for our family with two small boys. We were able to play at the beach and in the pools and go down the water slides. We walked to the neighborhood Walmart and picked up groceries upon arrival, and cooked meals in the unit. We were close to the boardwalk and broadway at the beach, and even spent a rainy day at the mall, however, we felt we were just far enough away from those to avoid the crowds.
Check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth, and the staff at the Landmark helped to answer any questions we had.

The Landmark is currently (Jan 2022) under extensive remodeling, but unless you plan on spending all day in your room, you won't mind. This grand old girl is showing her age now, but the staff is amazing, and everything was clean and followed Covid protocols. The owner was kind and attentive to our inquiries, and always available by phone if we had an issue the on site staff couldn't answer. Highly recommended, especially for the price!
All the resort employess were kind and friendly. They are doing some construction around the outside of the indoor pool area but it wasnt a problem. Room was simple and basic, with most of the supplies you need for the kitchen if you want to cook. Great side view from the balcony. Only complaint is that the unit itself could have been cleaner. There were tiny silicone star stickers stuck to the floor in living room and on the side table next to couch. Had to wipe kff most table tops because they had crumbs on them and dried water rings . Had to dig the cord for the lamp out from behind the headboard and the amount of hair, dirt and dust was gross... I'd stay there again if they pay better attention to the cleanliness ...
The location was perfect. The unit was clean. Right on the beach, it couldnât have been a better spot. The check in process was less than a desirable experience. Maybe the lady I spoke with at reception was just new but when I got there and gave her my confirmation code, she said that she couldnât help me that I had to contact the property manager that he should give me the code for the panel on the door to get in and she told me how to get to the room. There was no panel on the door to put a code in though. I reached out to my contact through the app and was told someone at the front desk would give me a key using the confirmation code I was given. I went back to the front desk and told the same lady what the property manager said and even showed her the confirmation code (again) with the âcheck inâ info. She seemed confused and instead of doing anything with the confirmation code, she asked me for my personal info and when nothing came up she then asked me for the confirmation code I had already shown her twice. When I finally got into the room I pulled up the app to let the property manager know I made it in only to have a message that said that I shouldnât have said anything about VRBO and that he had already given me the confirmation number to use to get in and he copied that message to me. It very much made me feel like he was blaming me for my issues with the check in even tho I did what it said to do and showed her the confirmation code twice (three times by the time it was all said and done). I responded to her telling him exactly what happened and to this day have not gotten a response back. The only reason I am still giving this place a 4 star is because we did actually enjoy the stay. Hopefully no one else has our issue.
