With a spacious interior and a great location just one block up from the beach and across the street from the convention center and restaurant, this home is the perfect place to enjoy a beach vacation with someone you love. When you're not out on the water or enjoying a terrific hike, kick back in the living room to catch up with old friends. The full kitchen has all the appliances and counter space you'll need to prepare wonderful meals for everyone to enjoy at the dining table with seating for six. You can also enjoy breakfasts or a quick snack from the breakfast bar.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. St Patrick’s Day Parade

Location was great! Watched the parade from the balcony! Rooms are spacious. Kitchen was ok. Beds were comfortable.

Wonderful

This place was beautiful and a great location! The only issue I had was the carpets need scrubbed. Other than that this condo was great for my family and I! We loved it.

Good

First floor, good location to restaurants and beach access for families. Pool was clean and convenient. Noisy front bedroom from busy road and kitchen could’ve been more stocked if planning to cook.

good location

the pool was empty, we had to put the sliding patio door back on its rollers, are feet got black from walking on the floors , we were disappointed in the cleanliness, I sent a message to the people in charge about the cleanliness and got no response but we put that aside and had a joyful vacation

Ok, but not the best

This place was a great location, right across from the convention center. The noisy road was loud for the bedrooms facing this road. Also, the sheets were so rough and comforters need cleaning.

Check-in was an easy process and response time when communicating with property management was quick. The unit was very spacious and great size for my family and friends. We unfortunately did not enjoy the balcony as much because the car sounds from Coastal Hwy was supper load. However, we love the location and close proximity to things. It was a super short walk to the beach daily or bay side. The only downfall was the unit could have been cleaner as we ended up having to dust everything including vents and had to vacuum the unit.

Not clean!

This place is a great location and overall a very nice place! But it is NOT clean! There was so much dust all over the wall, ceilings, doors, cabinets everywhere! The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting! I called and demanded someone come out to clean them. Floors were dirty. Hopefully after this week they change the company they have been using and they get it taken care of!

Dirty!!!!

They charge a cleaning fee. But the condo was disgusting! Dirty rusty knives. Bloody pillows! Dirty trash can! Dirty dishes! Dirty toilet!!!!! Dirty dirty dirty!!!! The carpet was dirty and beat up! I ended up cleaning and disinfecting didn’t even enjoy my vacation super overwhelming! And disappointed.

Great location and layout. Too many things broken.

We had such a wonderful week together as a family of ten in this home that the broken furniture, clogged sinks, missing storage closet keys, and dirty carpets couldn’t put a damper on it! The property management was disappointingly delayed in their response to the list of disrepair and missing items. We checked in Sun and after more than 30min on the phone trying to get a hold of someone to acknowledge our trouble tickets, we did speak to a lovely person who set things in motion to get some but not all things taken care of. The location is PERFECT - a short walk to the beach and to just about any ice cream, breakfast, or shopping spot you could desire! The Inlet is a very short drive away and we enjoyed the porch overlooking ocean hwy very much! We would return again, hopefully not following a group that all but trashed the place before us.

Amazing layout

The layout had the bedrooms surrounding the common area, which gave everyone privacy and plenty of space to gather. Kitchen was well stocked and clean and there were plenty of towels. Right across the street from the convention center, so it was easy to go back and forth for our competition and not have to worry about parking. Only complaint is that two rooms had smaller than queen size beds, but the pull out sofa provided extra space.

Just okay

This condo is a great location because it’s Oceanside so just a quick walk to the beach. But it is located directly on coastal highway, I didn’t realize how very loud it would be on the balcony. I was excited for a large outdoor space to spend time but it was really too loud to be enjoyed. I loved the floor plan of the condo, very big open space for the common rooms and kitchen was large too. Beds were pretty uncomfortable, the carpets were very dirty and need to be replaced. Neither bathroom has a bathtub, so it was tough to wash the little kids. Overall, this condo had its pros and cons but we did enjoy our stay here.

It was big enough. BUT they didn't have queen beds. Also cleaning wasn't done well at all. Filthy refrigerator, we, me and my family had to srub before placing anything in it.

Great vacation stay

Check in and check out was as easy as it gets. The condo was clean but for the cost things like mold in the shower or ripped carpet could possibly be taken care of. Overall the location was convenient and the size of the condo was awesome for family and friends.

Lots of space but needs some attention

Condo is very spacious & the oversized balcony was nice! For what they charge to rent, the mattresses & carpet need replaced- a good Spring cleaning would have been nice too!
