Cette grande maison de ville 4 chambres 3 ½ salles de bain est située près de la 7ème rue du centre-ville d'Ocean City et peut accueillir 10 personnes!

Vous serez le héros de vos enfants, car ils se rendront facilement à la plage, au trottoir, au parc d’attractions et au skate park, pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns. Vous adorerez le fait que vous pouvez laisser la voiture garée dans le garage et ne pas avoir à parcourir la ville pour trouver une place de parking! Vous serez à distance de marche de certains des meilleurs restaurants et divertissements proposés par Ocean City. C'est également pratique pour ceux qui participent à des événements sportifs / activités sur la plage!

Cette maison de ville spacieuse est joliment décorée et dispose de la télévision dans la plupart des chambres. La grande cuisine dispose d'appareils en acier inoxydable et est prête pour les nuits où vous voulez rester et cuisiner. Excellent OC Vacation Rental!

We had an amazing time staying at this location! Our group of 5 were very comfortable and would highly recommend to others given how close to the beach, boardwalk and downtown OC.

Perfect spot for family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great location, love the pool, love the check in/out process. Could have been cleaner, flosser left on dresser. Floors dirty. WiFi was spotty. Overall it was a great place. Would book again.

Perfect Stay

Property was great! Easy walking distance to a lot of things. We enjoyed our stay and will look into using this property again when we visit OC again.

We have a big family and this condo was great. Short walk to the beach and boardwalk. We noticed that somethings needed extra cleaning reached out to have them send some to clean up what was missed and they had a someone there to clean within 15 mintues.

Golf Vacation

Property worked very well for our golf group of 7 adults. It was very clean and comfortable, and was a great location for boardwalk access and many restaurants. We had a very nice time and look forward to next year.

stayed here with a group of friends for country calling this year ! it was a perfect location, 3 blocks from the boardwalk and PLENTY of room! Fully stocked kitchen with supplies and everything we needed. Did not include linens it was an extra fee which was a bummer, and some rooms and bathroom could have been a little bit cleaner but it worked for what we needed. Communication was great, and would totally come back again!

Awesome BEACH Vacation!!!!

Property was easy to find and access. Really liked the keypad to get in as there were numerous people coming and going at different times. Great location to beach-only about 2 1/2 blocks. Only draw back we went after Labor Day so pool was closed. Would recommend this property and book again.

great location!

Great location to downtown. Parking on the street is hit or miss. Only issue we had was the wifi… unable to work remotely from this property because wifi is not strong enough.

Lovely property

A group of 7 stayed at this place property so we could attend a friend’s wedding on 28th St. The house had a great number of bedrooms and a large common area. It was close to the bay and the ocean. We all agreed that we would stay here again.

Nice Townhouse. Would stay here again.

Very nice and spacious. Convenient location. It is nice having a garage. The carpets and hvac vents could use a cleaning, but not a deal breaker. We will be back.

Beach week non-optimal

Loud ruckus and police visits at surrounding units all night from down up to sun up most nights. Unit was great - lesson learned in choosing “beach week” as our time to visit. Master bed can use an update.

Great location and amenities!!

Located off of 7th Street you're walking distance to the boardwalk with ease of access to get around the boardwalk. The condo was setup nicely with a first floor bedroom/bathroom, second floor with a kitchen/living room/laundry and bathroom. On the third floor there were 3 bedrooms (King, Queen, and double bunks). Ample space for the 9 people that stayed.

Very nice townhouse and location.

We had a great week here. Loved the location and the townhouse was lovely. The pool was a little smaller than expected in the photos but it was still a great property!. The owners responded very quickly to questions we had the day we arrived. My one suggestion would be to add a full length mirror somewhere in the house- so we can check out our boardwalk outfits of course 🤣. Highly recommend this property⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
