Start vacation days with morning coffee on the covered balcony, featuring seating for four. A comfortable sleeper sofa and two armchairs set the scene for relaxation in the living area. In the evening, settle and stream a movie on the smart TV.

Let your culinary skills shine in the pristine kitchen, equipped with granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating for four. When it’s time to eat, gather for delicious meals around the six-person dining table.

We loved staying here! Everything was so nice. We had everything we needed to spend a week. If I had any questions they were answered very quickly by the Vacasa team. The Big Chill was nice across the street. We spent multiple evenings over there for dinner.

We had the most relaxing week at this impeccable condo! The open floor plan made it perfect for family meals and lounging around. We had enough room for 6 people to spread out and have our own space but still enjoy each other's company. One night we grilled down at the pool and a couple of nights we just hung out at The Big Chill. Deer Lake State Park was where we spent most of our time on the beach. What a great vacation!

Beautiful home

The home was absolutely beautiful. The bed was comfortable, the shower was amazing, we fit five people comfortably. The neighborhood was safe and beautiful and quiet. There are very limited kitchen supplies. If you plan on doing any cooking bring your own spices, containers and any special necessities you may need.

Great clean and quiet townhouse on 30A

This is our second time staying at this townhouse. What we like about it is how clean and well kept the place is. Plus there are no carpets (all hard surfaces), this helps with allergies. Wish we could use the 1 bay garage, other than that we have no complaints.

Great house!

We stayed here for a quick fall break trip. It was great. 1 mile drive to the public beach access. We enjoyed using the very nice pool. House was as described and very nice! I enjoyed the two shower heads in master shower. My only complaint was there were no curtains in bedrooms and the street lights shined VERY BRIGHT into bedrooms. It was like having a light on at night. Curtains would be a nice addition to bedrooms. Otherwise the house was perfect and I would recommend.

Disappointing experience

We expected a lot more from this stay, especially for the price we paid for this rental townhome. 1. Cleanliness a. Plenty of dust/dirt under the chairs and sofa. b. The bed sheets were in the worst condition we experienced ever, stained and ripped. c. Furniture covers stained 2. Unit condition a. Broken balcony handle b. Broken light switch cover c. Stairway walls in need of a coat of paint d. Not-functioning microwave 3. Amenities a. All other townhomes tenants had access to the garage, not for this unit. Some even had access to golf carts included in the price. b. We did not receive access to the community pool.

Nice property

We liked this unit. The location was ok and the Prominence neighborhood was very well kept. However there were two disappointments here. First, if you like to sit outside this property isn't for you. We visited here in July and the afternoon sun shines on the balcony. It is way too hot to sit outside and honestly the furniture is uncomfortable. It was a nice place to have morning coffee but that's about all we could use it for. Second, midway through our stay the microwave quit working. I emailed Vacasa to report this and no one replied to me. It wasn't that big of a deal we made do but a response would have been nice. Otherwise the property was nicely furnished and very clean.

Amazing House!!

This is a great option to stay in 30A. The house is great. It has everything you need for your stay and is modern, clean and well decorated. The only problem we faced was that we had problems to check in because there is another house with the same number in the street besides this one that has the same name. Just pay attention because Google takes you to the wrong one. I'd suggest the owners of this house to include some bikes with the rental and maybe some beach chairs. Most of the other houses included this, and given the location it would've been useful

Great Location, beautiful home

The house was beautiful and in a great neighborhood. My only complaint was that the TV was very hard to use. I don't typically watch TV on vacation, but it would have been nice to be able to watch the news in the morning and know the weather. I like to think I am a tech person, but we could not even figure out how to watch basic cable stations.

Very clean and new but no beach access

The place is comfortable and mew. When I looked at the location it seemed great since I’m familiar with Alys and Rosemary. However it was not clear enough that you CANNOT go to the beach at this development. Only owners and beach club members can even step foot on the beach! What a joke. So you have to go 1.5 miles to the public beach. I feel like you should know this in case you’re like me and book at place at the beach so you can easily go to the beach.
