Cette maison est décorée avec goût par un groupe de designers pour créer une ambiance cosy mais chic. Appareils de cuisine ultramodernes, laveuse et sécheuse dans l'unité. Very Nice Rental!

Townhouse was very nice/clean. Super easy to reach property owner. However, the rules of the community are prettt strict(no fault of the townhouse owner). If you rent a golf cart...its a bit of a hassle getting the golf cart out of the garage (you have to move your vehicle everytime). Also, there is little to NO golf cart parking at the beach access locations! You will get a ticket if your golf cart is not parked in a parking space at the beach access lots! Believe me...we know this from a personnal level!

The property owner is AMAZING! She was very accommodating with our crazy schedule. She has the property stocked with everything you would need and then some. Our favorite thing was riding the bikes the property owner provided. I would highly recommend this property!

Spring Break 2024

What a great place to stay for vacation. The condo was amazing and our host was always there to help when needed. The unit has everything and easy location to beach and food. Very clean and everything looked new. Loved it.

Spring Break Getaway

Our first trip to 30A and it was FABULOUS! My family visited for Spring Break and had a blast! The property is absolutely beautiful, gorgeous furnishings and decor, and fully stocked with anything you could need. Loved the location with The Big Chill right across the street, close to the pool and a short golf cart ride to the insanely beautiful beaches. Loved having the bicycles as well. Check in/out was very easy and the owner is very helpful and quick to respond if you have a question. We will definitely be coming back for another visit.

Nice place

This home was very clean, nicely decorated and had very comfortable beds. They had everything we needed in the kitchen and more. Our only issue was the internet service/streaming service. It was constantly disrupting the shows or movies we turned on which wasn’t ideal for our cool rainy weather. The owner was, however, very responsive when notified of the issue and tried everything in her power to do what she could to fix it.

Everything You Need

I can see why this property has such high ratings. It was extremely clean and you can tell the owners really take care of it. We appreciated the beach chairs and bikes and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area. Hope to come back soon!

30th Anniversary

My wife and I stayed here for our 30th Anniversary. The home is pristine and located in the middle of a lot of fun things to do. The fact that bikes were provided was a plus for us. The owner was very quick with communication and this was a great stay for us.

We had a great stay! Location convenient to beaches, shops and restaurants! The property itself was very clean and comfortable for our family of four. Amenities were perfect and useful! Wonderful Place!

Daniela was so easy to work with and to get in touch with. This place was so beautiful and it truly was immaculate. I love a clean place and this place was clean! Kudos to the cleaning crew! We had a great time and would definitely rent from Daniela again. The pool is within walking distance and The Hub across the street is a great addition. Would highly recommend this rental!

Wonderful Week!!

We had a great week while visiting with friends who were also in Prominence. This property is exactly as advertised. Very well appointed from kitchen to beach towels, chairs and bikes. Danijela was very helpful with quick answers to our questions and other info. We will definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone looking to book in this area!!

EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS!

Danjela, property owner, went over and above what is expected when offering a nice vacation spot. The touches of home and cleanliness was so appreciated and her communication was excellent. Location was excellent to food, live music, 2 pools etc.. We had a perfect stay and would highly recommend it to any spring break, summer or fall vacationer!! It was definitely home away from home and we thank you!! We hope to stay again!

Best stay in Prominence yet !!

We like Prominence, and we LOVE CLEAN!!! We have stayed in several units in Prominence, and this c unit was the best so far !! You can tell the owners care about this unit. We also appreciated the well equipped kitchen.

Perfect Getaway

This property is great spot for a beach getaway. My wife and I really enjoyed staying here. The property is as advertised and is very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed at the property and communication with management was great. We felt like we were in a great central location and was close to everywhere we wanted to visit while we were there as well. We absolutely had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place. We were really sad to leave and wished we could have stayed a few more days!

Family Vacation

This was our first stay at Prominence. The property was extremely clean and has every amenity you can think of. Communication with the property manager was prompt and excellent. The pool area is fabulous especially if your kids love the pool more than the beach. Food at the Hub across the street was very good. The 4 star for location is due to having to either go to Watercolor or Panama City for grocery shopping and food needs. However, a new Publix nearby will be there soon. And also, beach access is really not accessible by walking. But the property complimentary shuttle, bicycles or golf carts are options to get you there. We've vacationed at 30a several times in the last seven years and found this year to be extremely crowded. And sadly, the beach was yellow/red and purple flagged the entire week. There was plenty seaweed on the beach and in the water. We still had a great time and managed to make some great memories.

Perfect for family of 4

This property was perfect for our family of four. The condo is in a prime location by the pool and across the street from The Hub. Beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we needed for cooking/beach and fun! Look forward to booking again next summer.
