Maison de ville neuve de deux chambres et deux salles de bain dans le quartier très recherché de Prominence. Immense piscine communautaire ainsi que centre de fitness disponibles. Cette maison est décorée avec goût par un groupe de designers pour créer une ambiance cosy mais chic. Appareils de cuisine ultramodernes, laveuse et sécheuse dans l'unité. Smart TV 4K dans chaque pièce. Deux vélos pour adultes, chaises de plage et parasols inclus. Courte distance de la plage, directement sur 30-A, en face du Hub. Beautiful Condo with several very nice amenities!

We stayed here for a week and it was wonderful! The pools and The Big Chill (multiple restaurants, shopping and different activities every night) were both a very short walks away which made fun family time very convenient. The condo provides multiple bikes, chairs, beach umbrella, and toys to use which made planning our beach days SUPER easy. Beds were very comfortable and the HUGE two person shower in the master bedroom was beautiful! The area has sidewalks so taking bikes everywhere was convenient and safe. The only thing I think we were missing was an iron and ironing board but besides that we had literally EVERYTHING we needed. Host was just a txt away for any questions and responded promptly. 10/10 recommend.

What a great place to stay for vacation. The condo was amazing and our host was always there to help when needed. The unit has everything and easy location to beach and food. Very clean and everything looked new. Loved it.

Wonderful Trip

Our family really enjoyed our time here. The house was nice and just as listed. Communication with the owners was easy and great. The shuttle service to the beach was very reliable and nice to have. Would stay here again in the future.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a great stay! Location convenient to beaches, shops and restaurants! The property itself was very clean and comfortable for our family of four. Amenities were perfect and useful! Danielle was very responsive and was a pleasure to work with. Thank you for a wonderful stay, a quick beach trip to our favorite vacay spot, 30A before school starts!

Everything You Need

I can see why this property has such high ratings. It was extremely clean and you can tell the owners really take care of it. We appreciated the beach chairs and bikes and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area. Hope to come back soon!

Perfect family getaway to 30a!

Our family of 4 traveled down to 30a for a vacation and this property was perfect! Very clean, spacious, well stocked with everything you need from kitchen supplies to beach gear, and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed going to the pool and beach every day and walking over to the Hub. Communication with the owner was easy as well!

The property owner is AMAZING! She was very accommodating with our crazy schedule. She has the property stocked with everything you would need and then some. Our favorite thing was riding the bikes the property owner provided. I would highly recommend this property!

Perfect Getaway

This property is great spot for a beach getaway. My wife and I really enjoyed staying here. The property is as advertised and is very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed at the property and communication with management was great. We felt like we were in a great central location and was close to everywhere we wanted to visit while we were there as well. We absolutely had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place. We were really sad to leave and wished we could have stayed a few more days!

Wonderful Week!!

We had a great week while visiting with friends who were also in Prominence. This property is exactly as advertised. Very well appointed from kitchen to beach towels, chairs and bikes. Danijela was very helpful with quick answers to our questions and other info. We will definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone looking to book in this area!!

Wonderful Place!

Daniela was so easy to work with and to get in touch with. This place was so beautiful and it truly was immaculate. I love a clean place and this place was clean! Kudos to the cleaning crew! We had a great time and would definitely rent from Daniela again. The pool is within walking distance and The Hub across the street is a great addition. Would highly recommend this rental!

Spring Break Getaway

Our first trip to 30A and it was FABULOUS! My family visited for Spring Break and had a blast! The property is absolutely beautiful, gorgeous furnishings and decor, and fully stocked with anything you could need. Loved the location with The Big Chill right across the street, close to the pool and a short golf cart ride to the insanely beautiful beaches. Loved having the bicycles as well. Check in/out was very easy and the owner is very helpful and quick to respond if you have a question. We will definitely be coming back for another visit.

Stunning condo!

We had a great time staying at the beautiful condo over spring break with our 2 teenagers. The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kids loved riding the bikes around the area. The Hub across the street was a fun area to visit and shop. Appreciated the towels and beach chairs to use. Owner was very helpful and responsive to answer questions and provide recommendations for the area. We would love to stay here again!

Beautifully decorated brand new unit with everything you could need

We loved this unit and the area! Unit was perfect down to the towels and bedding to the kitchen dishes and and pretty matching utensils. It had everything needed to be a very comfortable, luxurious stay. The HUB area was great with lots of good food at good prices. Owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We rented a golf cart which worked out well getting around since we had driving age kids.

My family really enjoyed the location and the home was in perfect condition. The kitchen was utilized for breakfast and snacks but it is outfitted for any meal. The neighborhood is really nice and a one minute walk to the pool or The Hub. It was perfect for my wife and I and our 25 yr old son and his girlfriend. The home is also perfect for a family with young children. The Hub accommodates any age and was a nice way to finish an evening after dinner. The Beach access is not a problem since any public access is fine and we went to several Andy they are all perfect. We would definitely stay again

Very Nice Rental!

Townhouse was very nice/clean. Super easy to reach property owner. However, the rules of the community are prettt strict(no fault of the townhouse owner). If you rent a golf cart...its a bit of a hassle getting the golf cart out of the garage (you have to move your vehicle everytime). Also, there is little to NO golf cart parking at the beach access locations! You will get a ticket if your golf cart is not parked in a parking space at the beach access lots! Believe me...we know this from a personnal level!

Liked so much, looking into buying real estate!

This place was great! Perfect set up for two couples, close to everything, clean and comfortable! Communication was good and very responsive. As a traveler, the place had everything you need to enjoy the beach. We had towels, umbrellas, chairs and bikes! Internet was out for most of our trip and in general internet was slow everywhere on 30A. But that didn’t slow us down. Highly highly recommend!!! If we don’t buy, we will be back! Thanks again!

Nice place

This home was very clean, nicely decorated and had very comfortable beds. They had everything we needed in the kitchen and more. Our only issue was the internet service/streaming service. It was constantly disrupting the shows or movies we turned on which wasn’t ideal for our cool rainy weather. The owner was, however, very responsive when notified of the issue and tried everything in her power to do what she could to fix it.
