The room itself was laid out very nicely, and although there was some stains in the carpet and some wear and tear items like knobs coming off, closet, doors, etc., it was a very nice room. The two balconies were very nice to have especially when the sun is beating down on one side or the other there were a few very annoying things.1) The door lock was extremely temperamental even when you figured out how to use it. In my opinion, a 10 digit code is completely ridiculous. A 4 digit code gives 10,000 possibilities, so I donât see the need for 10 digit code.2) The doorstop would not stay up and every time you tried to close the door, it would fall down and jam against the tile. Every time you had to close the door, you had to hold it up in the air.2) The air-conditioning was not the greatest. It wasnât really even that hot during our stay, only in the upper 70s. I cannot imagine would it be like their on a very hot day. And then you were told to not put the air-conditioning below 70. People in the bedroom closest to the air conditioning were very cold, but the master bedroom which is farthest from the air-conditioning unit was warm .4) There was no direct elevator access to the most important level which provides access to the beach, pools, and tiki bar area.You had to go down to the ground level and go up a flight of steps, or get off at the first floor and go down a flight of steps. This was very hard for the two people we were traveling with. We would not revisit.
