The Ivory Tower unfolds across three thoughtfully designed levels. On the ground floor, the primary King suite offers a serene welcome with Serena and Lily furnishings and a King bed dressed in luxurious Peacock Alley linens. The space includes comfortable seating, dual nightstands with pendant lighting, a built in desk with WiFi, a Frame Smart TV, generous storage, a Nespresso coffee station, and an under counter refrigerator. The marble bathroom is spa inspired, featuring a glass enclosed rainfall shower and plush bathrobes for relaxed evenings after beach days.

A sculptural spiral staircase leads to the second floor, where a spacious open living area invites connection and comfort. Filled with natural light and accented by Gray Malin artwork, this level includes seating for four and a Juliette balcony overlooking the beautifully landscaped Court Lawn. A half bath on this floor adds convenience for entertaining or quiet nights in.

* The Court is a 2-night minimum year-round and a 1-night minimum in Winter. The Court's yearly calendar is only open to book up to one year in advance to the general public. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. No occupants under 25 years of age allowed.
