"Always on Vacation" is the perfect poolside getaway villa located in Ocean Club, a private gated oceanfront community with direct access to the beach.

Ocean Club is located in the highly sought after South Forest Beach area within walking distance of Coligny Plaza which includes shopping, dining, movies, and grocery stores. 31 Ocean Club is located all on one level so pull your car into your assigned parking spot (1 spot assigned per unit) and walk ground level right into the front door for easy access (Front door Ring Camera for security purposes only). Guests staying at Ocean Club 31 enjoy a beautifully landscaped courtyard with 2 great patio areas facing the pool for dining or for relaxing right off of the living room or main bedroom.

The space:
This unit is bright, airy and spacious with all the comforts of home including a washer and dryer in the unit and a fully stocked kitchen.

The primary bedroom has a king size bed along with a private newly remodeled bathroom and walk in shower. The secondary bedroom also has a king size bed which is next to the second bathroom in the hallway. In addition, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room along with 2 twin size tri-fold mattresses for younger kids. There are 3 flat screen smart TVs , one in the living room and one in each bedroom. There is ample closets and storage for all your belongings. Enjoy your days either pool-side which is just steps from the patios or take a 2 minute stroll down the private path to the beautiful beach. Ocean Club is a gated community with a seasonally heated pool (March, April, October, November). This first floor flat 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo is the perfect retreat for your stay on Hilton Head Island!

** NO PETS ALLOWED on the property or in the Villa. We love our fur babies as well, but we have to enforce this rule. Guests will have to vacate the premises immediately with NO REFUND if this rule is not respected plus a $250 deep cleaning fee. We respectfully ask that you seek out another property that will allow pets.

** NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE VILLA OR PATIO. Daily fines will apply. If you enjoy smoking we politely recommend you seek accommodations at properties that allow smoking.

** I WELCOME guests who will treat the Villa with the same TLC and respect that was given in creating this perfect paradise for everyone to enjoy! Thank you in advance for your consideration and gentle use.

Cathy is the best host! This property is close to everything and is stocked with everything you could possibly need. This was our family’s first time to Hilton Head and SC, and this was the perfect condo for our trip. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay! This was by far the best-stocked condo we’ve ever rented. Everything was thoughtfully labeled, making it so easy to find what we needed and feel at home right away. The host was fantastic—communication was quick, clear, and friendly from start to finish. The beach was beautiful and just what we were hoping for, and the entire area was incredibly family-friendly. We truly appreciated all the little details that made our vacation so relaxing. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone, especially families!

I would absolutely recommend staying here! Our trip was even better because of the fantastic location and the amenities provided by the host. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, and the condo is conveniently located just minutes from anything you might need. The beach is only a short walk away, making it incredibly easy to enjoy multiple times throughout the day. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return!

The host was very responsive with questions, offered us suggestions for things to do/places to eat in the area. The place was very clean and had everything you would need. Including beach towels, sunscreen, sand toys, chairs and even a buggy to transport it!

This was our 2nd summer staying in Cathy's place and it was amazing, just like last year! Everything that we needed was provided, even things we didn't think of. Our accommodations were super comfy, our teen and 21 yr old daughters were happy (which is amazing by itself!). The complex itself is great - perfect distance to the beach and shopping/restaurants. This condo right by the pool but just a short walk from the beach (even with pulling a wagon full of beach gear, which is all provided). The kitchen was well stocked, the frig was amazing - ice maker worked great, lots of room. We used the washer/dryer every night. Plenty of hot water, easy check-in/out process. Cathy is a great host - she checked on us and had a handwritten card and snacks available when we arrived. Can't wait to stay again next year!!

This condo was excellent. Nicely renovated and decorated, it is equipped and supplied INCREDIBLY WELL! Everything from complete kitchen utensils, appliances, and coffee supplies to everything needed for a good time on the beach. (Chairs, cabana, cart, toys, towels). Owner Cathy really put a lot of thought and effort into this. Would we stay again? ABSOLUTELY.

Wish we could give more than 5 stars for this amazing condo! From check in to check out Cathy provided excellent communication with tips about Hilton Head. This condo comes equipped with everything you need for a great vacation! Fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms and living spaces. Short stroll to the beach with the provided chairs, shade and a wagon to carry it all. Cathy has thought of absolutely everything! We will be back- hopefully sooner than later!

This is the perfect condo for a beach vacation! The beach is just a quick walk down the private boardwalk for this condo complex and the owners have the place perfectly stocked so that you could basically show up with just your bathing suit. We would definitely stay here again!
