Avec un plus de 660 pieds carrés. Terrasse sur le toit, plus un pont hors de la salle de séjour, les clients séjournant dans l'océan 38 bénéficient d'une vue exceptionnelle sur l'océan Atlantique et sa plage de sable blanc. Marchez jusqu'à un vol à entrer dans cette maison de ville en bord de mer à deux étages avec vue sur l'océan Atlantique depuis le salon et son balcon, la chambre des maîtres, et 2 chambres. Maison de ville en bord de mer peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Roi dans la chambre principale, roi dans la chambre 2, deux jumeaux dans la chambre 3. Suivez la passerelle en bois à côté et de la plage ou faire un plongeon dans la piscine de la cour sur place à quelques pas. Ocean Club dispose d'un parking en face de chaque copropriété. Il est situé dans South Forest Beach et à distance de marche de Coligny Plaza & Beach Market, un centre-ville pittoresque qui offre à ses clients une large sélection de restaurants, des magasins et des divertissements pour tous les âges. Cet endroit calme en fin de groupe fait de l’Ocean Club 38 l’un des préférés de nos clients assidus.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and floor plan can’t be beat! We loved the third floor patio! The kitchen needs updating, the water pressure was weaker than we’d have liked in the master shower, and the blinds were heavy to move and could be updated to cordless for safety and ease of use. The furnishings were comfortable and nice, and Seashore Vacations was very responsive to anything we needed during our stay.

Lovely Townhouse

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fun four days in HHI. The townhouse was lovely, the location excellent. Kitchen was a bit tiny but well equipped. We were not planning on fixing big meals, so the size was manageable for us. There were plenty of games in the credenza to help pass the time on a rainy day. The location was perfect and the rooftop patio a huge benefit. The only weird thing was no bathroom door for the commode. There was a door for the water heater, so we opened that door for a bit of privacy but it wasn't full privacy. Since the space is limited perhaps adding a bifold door would be a privacy benefit. However, even considering that inconvenience, I would still recommend the stay and intend to remember this listing for my future visit to HHI!

Perfect Weekend Stay

This was perfect for a quick girls trip away! The condo was clean, spacious, and only steps from the beach. The rooftop deck was our favorite place to spend time in the mornings and evenings. I would definitely recommend staying here and will again!

Perfect Place!

This condo was perfect for our family of 4! Both teens had their own room and bathroom, parents had 3rd story bedroom with private deck, overlooking the ocean. All beds were very comfortable with great mattress support! Kitchen and living area very nice with comfortable and stylish furniture. Everything was immaculate and the condo was very close to the beach and shopping. Gated, quiet neighborhood was nice-with friendly and respectful tenants. Highly recommend!

Can’t beat the location!

In choosing our location for Hilton Head, we knew we didn’t choose the newest or most updated condo… so we knew it would feel a little older- but it was clean and very comfortable. Our four kids (16 to 8), slept comfortably, had places to hang and most importantly, were able to come in and out of the beach easily because it was right next to the sand. We chos this home just for the location. And it didn’t disappoint!! Between the sunrise views, breeze from the ocean and sounds from waves crashing, it couldn’t have been nicer. It was a perfect vacation in so many ways, and the house played a large role. Thank you!

Beach front Townhome

We had a great time at Ocean Club. We picked this property based on the views and the proximity to the beach. It did not disappoint! We were steps from the walkway to the beach. We loved sitting on the top deck in the morning and evening when it wasn't too hot. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. My only complaint would be the kitchen is pretty tight and not equipped as nicely as we are used to....but there is a lot of restaurants close by! It was more than sufficient for breakfast and lunches. The thermostat was also limited to not go below 68 and I am not sure how accurate it was. The bedrooms - particularly the twin bedroom - could get pretty warm even at night.

Great location. Rough condition & dated

The location was wonderful and the grounds were nice. The unit was pretty rough. Blinds were old and not secure. Linens and beds were old and needed updated. Kitchen was worn out and it was pretty average for a beach condo. But it’s priced ok and I didn’t expect much more. Back patio is very hot and located upstairs off bedroom and isn’t very easy to use. Could really use an umbrella or two for some shade. Would probably seek another option on our next trip.

A week at Ocean Club

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo has a wonderful location and view of the beach. It is a bit dated and worn looking. We did call the rental company about a leak in the hall bathroom - from the upstairs bath. Looks like that has been a problem for a while. The deck upstairs needs an umbrella so it can be enjoyed more. We brought an open sun tent and put it up and someone complained that it could be a projectile and cause hurt. It was better secured than an umbrella, but we took it down. The A/C had trouble keeping up - especially in the lower front bedroom. The box fans and ceiling fans really helped move the air and were critical. We would rent here again and over all were very pleased with the unit and location. The pool was terrific and surprisingly not crowded. The beach was outstanding.

Beautiful Week on HHI

It had a beautiful view from the small porch and the full rooftop deck. It was spacious and each bedroom had privacy. The ac was not cooling very well, however the rental co quickly delivered fans when we called. Some of the furniture was in disrepair and very hard to open drawers. Also, the bathrooms and kitchen needed updating with broken cabinets and shower handles not working properly. The vents and returns were dirty.

My entire family enjoyed the rooftop balcony or we could get together in the evening and enjoy the view of the ocean. I would highly recommend Ocean club and Seashore Vacations for their hospitality. I plan to contact Seashore again and hopefully get the same villas for another state.

I wish there were grab bars in the showers and the kitchen was not clean and it definitely needed access to a umbrella for the table on the top deck. Besides that it was very nice, gorgeous views, great porches, comfy beds and so easy to get to beach .I’d go back if some of those issues were fixed. The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating.most importantly the pool is perfect snd the reason we go there!!!

Not as nice as it used to be

Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Hilton Head Island for 31 years and have stayed at Ocean Club for many of those visits. Our stay this year in unit 38 was disappointing. The kitchen was extremely dirty, the refrigerator is rusted, there were roaches on the counters, and the hallway bathroom shower was not usable. In addition, we found stained sheets on the upstairs bed and disgusting pillows with blood stains. For the amount of money we are charged for that unit, we expected better.
