This gorgeous property has been listed on VRBO for several years and has 93 reviews with a five star rating. We are thrilled to have purchased this home in January of 2021 and look forward to providng the same level of service that repeat guests have come to expect.
Enjoy golf course and water views from this 3rd floor elevator-accessible waterfront villa in the heart of Harbour Town. This villa backs up to the sun-sparkling waters of Calibogue Sound and the edge of the 18th green of the famed Harbour Town Golf Links...perfect for the Heritage! All rooms have water/and or golf course views. Watch sunsets, yachts sailing into the harbor, dolphins swimming in the sound, and golfers photographed on the 18th green.
*** COVID-19 Update: Your safety and peace of mind are out top priority. Hilton Head Island continues to be a viable vacation destination if you are comfortable travelling. Our cleaning company is using the strongest EPA recommended disinfectants. They are wiping down all hard surfaces and spraying with disinfectant. We offer self-check-in and keyless entry. Our kitchen is well-stocked with every kitchen gadget including a convection oven with warming drawer allowing you to prepare your meals, or order take out and enjoy a water view while eating from the dining room or deck.
This updated villa is a spacious 2100 square feet on a single level â perfect for the whole family. The layout is perfect for a family of 6. The villa boasts hardwood floors, stylish upscale furniture and neutral dĂ©cor with splashes of color. It is awash in natural light. A true home away from home.
The living room has a comfortable sofa, recliner, 2 comfy chairs, a 50 inch flat screen television, and Blu ray player with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu and other streaming services.
The master bedroom has a Stearns and Foster king bed, 48" flat screen TV, and a private bathroom with whirlpool tub and shower. The master bedroom has a desk with a 24" computer monitor for work or study. The 2nd bedroom has a Stearns and Foster Queen bed, small flat screen TV, a bathroom with shower, and view of the 18th green and Calibogue Sound. The 3rd bedroom has 2 extra long twin beds, flat screen TV, and a private bathroom with tub. All bedrooms have flat screen televisions. The laundry room has a full size washer/dryer.
The kitchen is fully appointed with every major appliance and kitchen gadget, solid surface countertops with an adjoining dining area. The covered porch which overlooks the 18th green of Harbour Town Golf Links and Calibogue Sound has a table and 6 chairs. You can enjoy a meal with family or friends on the outdoor patio overlooking the golf course and water - you will really enjoy this view while having morning coffee!
The fantastic shops, restaurants, recreation, and entertainment of Harbour Town are just steps from this Villa. The Sea Pines Beach Club is 5 minutes away via trolley or car.
Other amenities include access to the Harbour Town swimming pool (complementary), and the fitness center, tennis, golf and spa (fee required). Bike rentals, beach access, walking distance to jet ski, sail boat, paddle board, and kayak rentals.
This villa is located within the gates of the semi-private Seapines gated community. The gates have 24/7 security and access is controlled to owners, renters, and paid guests.
PLEASE NOTE:
During June, July, and August we discourage Saturday to Saturday Rentals due to the labor shortage (cleaning staff) on the island. If you are looking for a 7-day rental during summer months we encourage you to try Sunday to Sunday 7-day rentals. It is much easier to get on/off the island in the summer if you arrive and depart on a Sunday! We are also renting for shorter stays this summer!
The RBC Heritage PGA golf tournament takes place on Harbour Town Golf Links in April each year. Expect extra activity, fun events, and grandstands surrounding the 18th green. The view will be partially obstructed during April, yet still wonderful!
Sea Pines is a gated community. You will be required to purchase a gate pass. One week passes are available as you enter the gate for $22 summer, $20 Sept - March.
The gated Sea Pines community does not allow the following: Motorcycles, mopeds, motorized or e-bicycles, segways, motor-homes, large vans (10+ passenger vans), commercial vehicles, trailers of any kind, personal watercraft or similar. Only cars and light duty SUV's and similar vehicles are allowed within the Sea Pines community. Your vehicle cannot have any advertising or similar signage displayed on the exterior. If you have any questions, please contact us ahead of time.
For security and protection, this property is equipped with a Ring video doorbell.

Dave and I are from the Pittsburgh area. Our family has been vacationing here on the Island and in SeaPines since the early 90's. We love what the Island provides by way of nature and wildlife and particularly love spending time in Harbor Town taking advantage of golf, boating, watersports, the nature preserve, Lawton stabels and our favorite activity of all...bike riding on the beautiful bike paths in SeaPines.
