Amenities: First of all, the BEACH! This gorgeous gated, oceanside community has multiple private access points to breathtaking Folly Field Beach. Wide and flat, perfect for relaxing, swimming, fishing, walking, biking or just taking in the view.

Provided items: Beach towels, some toys, beach chairs (at least 2), pack and play, bed rail, umbrella stroller, booster seat, starter set of personal care products and dish/laundry soap.

The centrally located multilevel pool complex starts with the upper level tanning pool and spa for the enjoyment of those 18years and older, overlooking a pair of har-tru tennis courts. A waterfall cascades down to the main pool level and includes an adjoining, shaded cozy conversation area. The next level offers a zero entry kidddie pool with mushroom fountain overlooking the lovely lagoon. Something for everyone in one beautiful area.

Island Club Tennis Center has abundant available courts for tennis and pickle ball, teaching pro's, daily clinics, mixers and a pro shop with equipment for sale or rent. One hour free daily court time included in your rental. This is also the location of the fitness center, basketball court and bike rentals.

Steps from our door, enjoy the beachfront grilling picnic/party area with cornhole, tetherball, playsets and ocean view sundeck.
Location: Island Club is located mid island. It is two miles from Shelter Cove Marina and Retail Complex, The hub for watersports and cruises, waterfront dining, shopping and live entertainment. With the easy connection to the 60 mile Island biking trail system right outside the gate it is a fun and easy bike ride away, or take the seasonal running breeze trolley.

This oceanside condo is perfect for couples, families or multigenerational gatherings.

Hilton Head has an island wide quiet time from 10pm-7am.

This is a beachfront property, outdoor lights must be off during sea turtle season.

Pools and hot tub are scheduled to open and be heated, March 1, 2025, weather permitting.

Beautiful, Clean & Great Location!

This was our first vacation as a family and Diane made it very easy for us to travel. She had a few baby items that we could use (highchair seat, umbrella stroller, books/toys) that allowed us to pack a little bit lighter. The condo was more beautiful in person than in photos! Access to the beach was super easy and the kids playground right outside was the perfect added touch. We loved staying here and hope to come back soon!

Great HIlton Head Beach Stay

Diane is an amazing host. Her communication was clear and made check in a breeze. She certainly wants to ensure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. The condo is beautiful and couldn’t be closer to the amazing beach. It is stocked with everything you need and decorated perfectly for that beach vibe. My family of 4 found it to be perfect and would stay there again with no hesitation.

I honestly cannot fine o e single flaw in this rental. Perfect location, communicative host, clean clean clean, perfectly stocked kitchen, beach chairs, comfy beds etc etc. Just fabulous. We had a wonderful time.

Perfect!

Our family (mom, dad, 3 teens) had a wonderful stay here! The condo is beautiful, clean, and wonderfully appointed. The walk to the beach took about 2 minutes! We enjoyed the pool and pickleball courts as well! Thanks for sharing your space!

Wonderful condo and location

We stayed here for a month and it was one of the best places we’ve stayed at. Everything was fresh and new, equipped with new appliances and cookware, spices, oil, storage containers, which has been an issue in the past with other condos we’ve rented. Right next to beach access, 2 gas grills nearby that are maintained daily. Our first stay this far north on HHI, it’s so nice with less traffic and crowds. Diane was great to work with. We would highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed.

Not a single detail missed!

Diane is the best host I’ve had for a rental! She is so kind and responds quickly. The condo is clean and all the appliances are all top of the line. The kitchen has everything you’d ever need for cooking and serving. The beach is beyond beautiful and the condo is a short walk there. It was the perfect rental for our family and we can’t wait to come back to HHI and Diane’s place!

Simply Amazing

This was the perfect stay to get ways from busy city life. It offered peace and tranquility. The beautiful beachfront was a dream to wake up to. The resort was amazing. Perfect Location

The condo is exactly as described. First floor and oceanfront so you are as close to the beach as you can get. We have been staying at Island Club for several years and this has been one of our favorite condos so far. Great communication, clean condo, comfortable, and convenient. We will definitely look at this one again for our next trip.

Fantastic communication and cleanliness

We loved our stay here! Everything was clean and well-kept, and the best part was the easy communication with Diane. She always responded quickly and helpfully when we had an issue or a question. Being on the first floor made it very easy for us to cart our beach stuff, especially since we have little kids. Beautiful views of the sunrise every day were the highlight of our stay!

Sisters Reunion

Five adults were very comfortable in this beautiful Island Club condo for a week. The condo far exceeded our expectations and the pictures don’t do it justice. Great location, loved the sun deck and gas grills and the hot tub was an added bonus. The condo was meticulous which is always the first thing I notice. Only bummer was our less than perfect weather but we still managed to have a great time.

This property was amazing from start to finish! Not only was it super easy to take our two toddlers to the beach but the ground floor made it even better when making a quick run to the bathroom or to come in and eat lunch (2-3 min walk). The host was beyond incredible and had everything you could possibly need in the condo. Everything was super clean. Highly recommend booking here! Won’t stay anywhere else if we take a trip back to HHI.

Great stay

The property was exactly as described: clean, well-stocked, and right on the beach. The kitchen was well-stocked and we were able to prepare several meals with ease. We also enjoyed the beach supplies; it was so nice to not have to pack, buy, or rent the basics from somewhere else. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Excellent location; it was easy to get around or off the island. And the beach: perfect! It was so convenient to get out for our beach days and run back if we forgot something. It was also nice to be able to sneak out quickly at sunrise to enjoy the views and check the nearby turtle nests. Communication was great with the host and she responded quickly. Thanks for a great stay on HHI!

The property is beautiful and check in was great. This is a property that is designed for an amazing vacation! Unfortunately, our stay was interrupted by the Tropical Storm. The hostess, Diane, was so interested in our well being and took a personal interest in our return. I can’t say enough about Diane and this property. Outstanding!

As Advertised

We had never been to Hilton Head but knew we wanted to be on the ocean. It’s .14 of a mile from the front door to the beach and has a beautiful view. Restaurants and groceries weren’t far away and was an easy drive from the Savannah airport. Resort felt secure and condo was easy to find and enter. Our sons (14 & 13) liked the spare room having 2 beds.

Perfect Getaway

For our family of 5 the space was perfect - well stocked, incredibly conveniently located and cleanest beach ever! Traffic is deathly slow and you do have to pay to get to other parts of the island but it was in our top 3 family vacations EVER!
