Beautifully positioned at the meeting point of the Androscoggin River and Merrymeeting Bay, this sunny home in Bowdoinham enjoys views of the water and easy access to the beauties of Midcoast Maine.

This two-level, bay view home is located between the town of Bowdoinham and Baxter State Forest, close to Pleasant Point on the water and a few miles' drive from the many restaurants, shops, and conveniences in Topsham and Brunswick. As you enter, you'll be greeted by wood-paneled walls, a living room with a flatscreen cable TV to your left, and a dining room to your right. Towards the rear of the home is a fully appointed kitchen with every essential; it connects to an enclosed sun room with another dining table, a game table, and views of the bay in the distance.

In the evenings, you'll find one bedroom and one full bathroom on the main floor and two bedrooms and one more full bathroom upstairs. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer and free WiFi throughout the house.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
