Wonderful stay!

My stay was amazing! Beautiful views located near many things. Very walkable area. Hosts were very responsive and nice. Seamless check-in and check out. Definitely recommend and will stay again!

Amenities were a miss but location was ideal.

We choose the this unit based on location and amenities. Upon check in we were told the gym and spa were out of commission due to a fire. This was disappointing. We were given guest passes at another building that was about a 10 min walk. Our unit was clean but not immaculate. The first night our AC unit was broken and temps reached uncomfortable sleeping temperatures. This was fixed by around 2pm on our next day. All in all this unit was a good stay in a great location of Miami.

Review

The property itself was in a great neighborhood near all your needs. Shopping, nightlife, great restaurants, and only a 10 minute drive to the action in south beach at your leisure. Building amenities were great, beautiful pool, spa and a pretty decent gym. The apartment was well styled. The balcony was beautiful and the kitchen we didn’t use much but it was very well kept and modern as well. Few concerns with this apartment were the cleanliness of the living room. The couch and pillows there were stains on them and we had to reach out to the property manager to advise we did not cause those stains should there be any fees for such a thing. The bathroom sink was great as it was very spacious and easy for two to get ready simultaneously. One big issue was the shower/tub. It was not practical! As a person who is 5’2 it was quite dangerous for me to get in and out of the tub I had to jump in. You cannot turn the water on without getting completely soaked made taking a shower a whole extra process. The check in and check out process was quick but a few things came up that were a little inconvenient. There is a fee to check in later than 9pm. Upon checking out the property manager was accommodating and nice enough to let us check out a half an hour later however, house keeping was there super early and had all her stuff and was upset to wait outside so we just left. We wanted to use the building’s amenities after check out given that we had a late flight but we were advised we could use the amenities an hour or two after our check out time and we had already left. Overall nice property and would highly recommend to anyone who wants to be away from the tourists in south beach but still get the action of the beautiful city of Miami.

After having lived all over the world across four different continents, my husband and I decided to return to Miami, a city we have always loved. We came here to rent out luxury apartments with the "boutique" flavor that defines us. Personally, I am an avid traveler and enjoy decorating, cooking ethnic food and meeting like-minded people. I have used VRBO abroad and I want to offer my guests a real “home away from home” experience.

Silvia is critical to our success. She oversees bookings and leads the customer service side of the business. Together with the on-site manager she routinely delivers the best experience for our clients.

We started off as property owners and from the beginning, we have helped investors manage their apartments, always in authorized buildings and in accordance with county and state laws. I hold a Master in Tourism Administration and an Interior Designing degree. My husband is a Ph. D, an MBA, and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, and together we speak six languages, which allow us to interact with our clients like no other company. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished by owner, an interior designer. We love what we do and it shows in every aspect: cleanliness, decoration with original paintings, full service, extras (wine waiting for you upon arrival). Yes, our apartment is very well equipped, uncommonly so.

You will be able to access the spa and swimming pool and receive towels at no additional cost. You may also visit the large gym and enjoy the selection of Technogym machines, or you may decide to take one of the many free classes available (spinning, yoga...).
