This is a really lovely property but we experienced some negatives. The fridge in our unit was broken and although an attempt was made it fix it, they realized they needed to buy a new compressor. We rented this apartment because we wanted to make our own food and needed a fridge. Little attempt was made to provide an alternative, until the final day of our stay when a mini fridge was provided. This is something which should have been provided immediatley, especially when they are available in any electronics store for less than 100 dollars. The spa is amazing, but it is in the nearby building and the hosts failed to register us meaning a time we had set aside for the spa. We had to contact the hosts to get them to register us, this was qutie dissapointing.

You were right to expect a working refrigerator for a stay where you planned to cook. After the initial repair attempt, a new compressor was required, and we apologize that a temporary replacement wasn’t provided sooner. We’ve reviewed our maintenance and housekeeping procedures to make sure temporary units are available immediately and that urgent appliance issues are prioritized. I’m also sorry about the spa registration mix-up and the time that cost you. We’ve reinforced our check-in checklist and our coordination with the building so registrations are properly logged before guests’ scheduled visits. Thank you for sharing these details, they help us improve. We appreciate you staying with us and hope to have another opportunity to provide a smoother stay

Great Views

He had a great time and loved the view we enjoyed watching all the boats come and go as well as the huge cruise ships. The condo was in a great location, was the perfect size and had all that we needed. Check in was super easy and we will definitely come back again.

Stunning views in a great location!

This condo was amazing! the views are unobstructed which makes one's experience of the Miami's water front a memorable stay. Great location with walkable distance to restaurants, groceries, shops and more. We will definately stay again. Highly recommend.

Amazing

Loved staying in this amazing condo. The layout, the decor, the views all amazing. The unit is well appointed you can feel comfortable having guest over , working in the unit or just relaxing. The location is also fantastic for working, shopping and rests. We were able to get to meetings, Starbucks and Brickell City Centre all with a 5 minute walk. I was so happy to have rented this unit after all my travels. Will stay again!!!

Absolutely amazing views and location

Amazing location and views. The apartment is gorgeous and Francisco was very easy to reach. Negatives, only having 2 keys for the elevator for 4 people and the nuisance to have to carry the key for the elevator and the card for the pool/gym to move around the building. The access to the building when you arrive by car is also problematic, particularly if you don't want to spend a fortune in valet.

Dear Maria, Thank you so much for staying with us :) Guest satisfaction is our top priority. We apologize, per the building regulations only 2 fobs are provided for each apartment. Additionally, we provide 1 amenity card per person. The building requires the amenity card to assure only authorized guests can access the largest pool in FL, along with the amazing 28,000 sq ft Spa and the state-of-the-art fitness center.
