Paradise Retreat est parfait pour toute occasion. Avec sa grande cour arrière, ses terrasses spacieuses et sa piscine rafraîchissante, la décision de rester à l'intérieur ou de profiter de l'atmosphère de la plage est facile. Cette maison est adaptée aux enfants et aux animaux domestiques. Nous avons un beau terrain de volley-ball et barbecue sur la propriété.

Exactly as described

The house was wonderful, the host was even better. With hurricane Beryl there were some possible delays but we were able to follow through. The pool was perfect for the littles and the porches were my fav spot! We stayed at the house majority of the time and cooked in the kitchen, which had everything we needed. Definitely would return if this is a destination again if available!

Great place for family

My family enjoyed the stay. The pool was a bit. I was not a fan of the narrow stairs but the young adults had no problem with them. There was plenty of spaces for the family to gather and play games. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Great place, especially if you have kids!

The home was clean, backyard was a dream!! Was able to bring our service dog without any issues was a huge relief! We were able to also save some money on not going out as much since there was plenty of entertainment there. Will definitely stay here again!

Great Trip

Perfect place for a weekend getaway! The house is exactly as described with the pool being the highlight of it all. Perfect communication with the host. Would definitely recommend this house!

Where do i start

Sad to say i wont be staying at this property again. The weekend we stayed had high winds which caused a plant to to tip over in the back yard and branch broke in half. Owner charged me for damged fees which was not caused by us. The property has cameras all over the front and backyard and she refuses to see the footage. Not to mention the owner lives in the backyard in a RV to monitor the home in person not just by camera and still blames me for what the high winds caused. Inside the House had termites and bed bugs in the upstairs beds. Master bathroom has rats in the walls that you can hear while using the restroom. All in all i dont recommend staying here.

Birthday Party

Everyone in the group had an amazing time. The pool was great and the volleyball net was a hit. We enjoyed the pool tables as well. The house was exactly as they described it. We would definitely book here again.

Week of family fun

The house was clean and ready for us to just start our week. It had everything we needed. It was spacious and comfortable, the yard was great and of course the pool was a hit with the kids. The property manager was extremely responsive. It was a great week, we had a blast.

We had a wonderful time and the kids loved it. The kids actually preferred to stay at the house versus staying at the beach.

Cleaning ladies are liars!!!

My family stayed in the house for 7 days, 7 days!! Paid over good money for the stay. We made sure the kids cleaned up after themselves everyday inside and outside. We cleaned every single room (with the exception of a ketchup bottle, a box of Ritz crackers, salt and pepper shaker and a cup) that was left on a dresser, and a French fry and small piece of chicken that my 1 year old daughter dropped as we were leaving. We washed all the towels, etc and left bedding on the end of the bed. The cleaning ladies lied to the owner saying the house was left extra filthy, with no proof other than the pictures of those items listed above. We left that house in great condition considering we had 10 kids with us! Oh and my nephew left his potato salad in the fridge. I felt the cleaning ladies did NOT want to do their job or they expected no a speck of dust anywhere which is ridiculous being that we were there an entire week! The only thing I regret not doing is taking pictures before we left, I just didn't feel we would end up needing to prove to the owner that we left her house clean. For someone who spent thousands, I didn't expect to be lied on, especially to lie and say there was smoking in the house and they had proof, which was a picture of an empty cigarette pack that my husband had in his pocket that he took out while he was looking for his keys and forgot to pick it back up to throw away before we left because we were busy making sure all the kids had their belongings. He's a heavy smoker so his clothing and belongings always smell of smoke. We would have really loved to stay again next summer but we are gladly taking are money elsewhere. And I'm NOT paying the extra cleaning fee to people who only should have spent not even an hour cleaning after we left and who obviously didn't clean well before we arrived because we swept all kinds of things from under the bed the day we arrived, in the master bedroom while I was looking for the television remote that fell, but i didn't even make a big deal out of it. I'm starting to wish there were cameras around the house as proof that we left the house more than clean!

Weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The entire family enjoyed the pool. The yard is large and we'll kept for your pets to run and play. The bedrooms were comfortable and the loft was perfect for the grandsons to have their own space and bed. We will definitely stay there again. The house is a little older but was very comfortable and spaceous .

Great house for large groups

We had a great visit. The house was clean. Location is great. Quick access to nice beach. Pool was wonderful. It could have been stocked better as there were no extra garbage bags, dishwasher soap and very little dish soap. There was only one key to property which was concerning when different groups wanted to go different places. All in all had a great trip!

The way it was described (5 bedrooms) 3 baths & 1 half bath is deceiving as well as the pictures. There are 2 actual bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms downstairs. The bedrooms upstairs are not actual bedrooms. The loft (with spiral stairs) has 3 twin beds & 1/2 bath. There is another area, behind loft, very small w/2 twin beds & no air vent. These cannot be called bedrooms. We found the 5th so called room & bath downstairs. Extremely musty with a window unit. It is downstairs outside of the garage. There were no sheets for the pull out sofa sleeper in living area. We were not able to use the pool for two days. It was very cloudy w/sediment. The outdoor steps from pool area are slanted & not safe. When we left, the owner stood on her neighbors deck & watched & counted pets. One morning, the neighbor was looking through the fence, I assume counting dogs. Fence is broken in places. Instructions for use of the house was very limited.

Great family getaway!!!

We were a total of 16 and there was room for everyone!! Listing says 5 bedroom but I don’t think that’s all true more like a 3 bedroom with a loft and two crammed twin beds in what felt like a small closet. The pool is a good size and was perfect for all of us to swim in. It’s an older house but kept up. It’s very homey and relaxing, we definitely will be booking again when in the area.
