Coastal Getaway with Pool & Golf Cart Option
This open-concept coastal home has everything you need for a relaxing island escape! The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a dining table that comfortably seats six, plus a Keurig Duo coffee maker for both pods and ground coffee. The living room offers plenty of seating and a 65" 4K Smart TV, while the master bedroom includes a 50" 4K Smart TV. A full-size washer and dryer add extra convenience during your stay.
Occupancy Policy
For a comfortable stay and in accordance with our house rules, the home accommodates up to 5 adults (18+) maximum - up to 7 total guests when including children.
We aim to keep the home affordable for smaller groups. Therefore, there is an additional charge of $25 per night for each guest beyond 5 (regardless of age). Please ensure your guest count is accurate when booking.
An additional fee of $50 per guest per night will be charged if the number of over-night guests exceeds the number on the reservation. Exceeding property max will result in eviction without a refund. Maximum combined guests and visitors during the day is 10 including children. Unregistered guests are not permitted in the pool due to insurance requirements.
Parking
The driveway can accommodate 4-5 vehicles - no parking permitted on the street or grass. Carpooling is recommended.
Pet Policy
Fully house-trained adult dogs are allowed to a max of two and max 50lbs each - NO exceptions - $75 non-refundable pet fee per dog per stay. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after (doggie bags provided) and are in a kennel if left alone inside the home. Only dogs are allowed - no other types of pets.
An additional fee of $100 per pet in addition to the standard pet fee will be charged and/or eviction without a refund for undisclosed pets.
Service Dogs - Texas House Bill 4164 penalties for falsely representing an animal as a service animal is a misdemeanor punishable by up to a $1000 fine and 30 hours of community service.
Outdoor & Recreation Spaces
Unwind in the large private pool (typically swimmable AprilâSeptember, weather permitting) or rinse off in the enclosed hot-water outdoor shower after a beach day. The downstairs outdoor entertaining area includes a fire pit table, plenty of seating, and space to enjoy evening cocktails. Inside the air-conditioned recreation room, youâll find foosball and darts for family fun.
Note: The downstairs living space is not connected internally to the upstairs, so it is not suitable for unattended young children.
Golf Cart Upgrade
Upgrade your stay with a 4-passenger golf cart, perfect for beach trips and exploring the neighborhood.
Must be reserved prior to check-in (full-stay rental only; no daily upgrades).
February 1 â October 31: $60/night + booking channel fees + hotel tax
November 1 â January 31: $50/night + booking channel fees + hotel tax
Additional Information
The booking guest must be 25 or older, verified through government-issued ID or Airbnb/VRBO profile, and remain present for the entire stay. No third-party bookings are permitted.

Weather Cancellations - Refunds are provided in the event of a mandatory evacuation order or large-scale utility outage. Please note: JuneâNovember is hurricane season. We recommend purchasing travel insurance and reviewing what conditions are covered.
No smoking inside (upstairs or downstairs). A $200 fee applies if evidence is found.
Guests have full access to the house except for the supply closet in the queen bedroom.

The home is less than a 10-minute walk to the beach, with a lighted crosswalk at San Luis Pass Rd for safe access. Both golf carts and vehicles are permitted on the sand, making it easy to bring your beach gear.
