Forget your worries at 7th Heaven on the Great Wicomico River in Heathsville, VA! This quiet wooded lot is just over 1.5 acres and offers breathtaking views of the river from the main living quarters, deck, screened in porch, fire pit, or private dock! Be ready to explore the great outdoors at this beautiful location that puts a huge smile on any nature lover's face!

Public boat launch is the next lot over, making it very easy to bring and dock your boat at your own dock throughout your stay!

Fish, crab, swim, float, nature watch, and/or paddle around this lovely waterfront property! Enjoy the private dock that you can tie your boat to after you launch it at the public boat landing next door or sit on the dock and enjoy some much needed TLC for your soul. Easy access in and out of the water is available by steps as soon as you step down to the dock or a ladder at the end of the dock.

This 4 bedroom home with a fire pit overlooking the water, screened in porch, back deck, movie room, and ping pong table, has something for everyone to do. Tie it off on the dock and drop the crab pot in for fresh crabs! A fully equipped kitchen plus a charcoal grill is ready for your culinary creations with what you can catch out on the river!

There are 6 sit on top kayaks (one single, two kids single, and three tandem), and 2 paddle boards for your use. All three tandem kayaks are located on a kayak rack on the dock for easier use! Several life vests are also available for your safety. Please inspect equipment prior to using for your own safety; use these items at your own risk.

We recommend bringing your binoculars to watch the blue herons and/or bald eagles fish along the river.
At night we have a nice open lot to enjoy star gazing on a clear evening!

Cell reception can be spotty depending on your cellular provider. Internet is available but note, you are not in the city anymore; streaming is not the best! We have a Blu-ray player with a selection of movies available in addition to the satellite TV.

For the protection of our home and guest safety, we have exterior security cameras located on:
- front porch
- carport facing garage/inlaw suite
- facing garage and trash area
- facing the shed behind the house

If you plan to access the water, we recommend bringing floats and water shoes as the river is muddy and can have sharp oyster shells.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful Air B&B. The home was very well supplied with anything we could need. It was clean and comfy. The host was very communicative and responded very quickly to our questions. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice spot for a family get together.

A fabulous river retreat!

This was such a lovely house. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The dock is wonderfully designed and a great place to fish. We enjoyed using the kayaks provided. The movie theater room was an added bonus!!! We plan to return, as we are already missing the lovely views and tranquility.

Beautiful Place

This home is exactly like the pictures. It is well maintained. Beautiful yard and access to the dock and water. This is probably the most well stocked home we have ever stayed in. The only thing we needed to go back out to buy was more chicken legs for the crabbing. Everything else was there that we needed. We had a great time crabbing, kayaking and hanging around the fire pit. It is a good idea to bring your own water as the water has a funny taste. Also, need to bring firewood and we didn't see any places close by to purchase some. As someone with mobility problems I appreciate that you had sturdy handrails on all of the steps. It made it possible for me to get on the dock and back up from the dock. Beautiful home for a beautiful weekend with family. I highly recommend this house and we hope to return! Thank you!

Adequate, clean...could use a couple of things to get an overall rating of 5 stars.

The property was very nice and accommodating. The house was very adequate but could use a couple of things to get a higher rating concerning accommodating 8 guests. A bathroom in the basement is needed. Another refrigerator/freezer is also needed on the property. We had to buy ice every day to keep up with our needs. Everything else was wonderful.

Nice House in Great Location

Suzanne's place was very nice. There were plenty of amenities and the location was lovely. Great for a quick escape from the city.
