This two-bedroom, two-bath town home has been beautifully updated and has a lot of custom upgrades. The south-facing windows offer views of Mammoth Mountain and the Owens Valley. Wood flooring throughout and slate flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms give this condo a modern appeal.

Maximum Occupancy: This unit sleeps six people. | Bed Arrangement: The master bedroom has a king bed (brand new mattress) and a walk-in closet with a large flat screen tv with a ceiling fan for the warm nights. The second bedroom has 2 twin bunk beds.

Unit Amenities: The full-sized kitchen is complete with stainless steel stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher. The kitchen is stocked with all dishware and cooking materials! For those cold winter nights, get cozy next to the propane fireplace. The living room has a large flat screen tv and a comfortable wrap around sectional sofa and converts into a bed.

This unit is located on the lower road with minimal stairs (4) to get to the front door. This condo is 2 levels. The top level is the kitchen, living and dining rooms with one bathroom. The bedrooms and other bathroom are located downstairs.

On Site Amenities: Coin operated washing machines and dryers are located in each unit building. MSRC provides a heated pool during the summer and indoor jacuzzi all year. Located in the pool area are BBQ grills. There is also a recreation/game room complete with a pool table, soda machine, and TV! This condo is steps to both the pool and the jacuzzi.

Views: This condo enjoys a views of the surrounding mountains.

You can walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge (apprx ½ a mile) or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village (apprx 1 mile) just down the street.

Towels and linens are supplied but extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi are not supplied. There is 1 blanket per bed, please bring extra blankets if you tend to get cold.

Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed. For 2nd vehicle, it is a first come first serve basis; please check in with office first.

On site management is accessible 24/7 and snow removal is performed as the snow falls for uninhibited access.
