Welcome to "An Ocean Pearl" Penthouse with Loft!

If you're looking for a luxurious stay in paradise, this condo is the perfect beach home for you. It features three bedrooms plus a loft with a full-size sleeper sofa and an additional bathroom.

The complex boasts glistening hardwood floors in the living and dining areas, along with tasteful decor and comfortable furnishings throughout the entire condo. The beautiful, modernized kitchen includes granite counters, a breakfast bar, and ample open counter space that any family cook will appreciate. This space opens to the dining area, which seats 12, and the living area with elevated ceilings and more comfortable furniture.

While dinner is being prepared, the kids can enjoy some time in the spacious loft, equipped with a pool table, foosball table, sofa, and TV!

You'll also have two assigned parking spaces. The penthouse is a short walk from the life-guarded beach and is destined to make your vacation unforgettable.

Please note: There is an additional sleeper sofa located downstairs.

Please note: EV Parking is NOT permitted inside the parking garage. There are also signs posted outside of the building where you are NOT permitted to park electric vehicles. I am here with my children and grandchildren, as for the condo, it is beautiful inside and out. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms with a big kitchen and living space. It is close to the beach, a market, and some shops. The beach is wonderful, bring shoes, the sand gets VERY hot. My only complaint would be the neighbor below us. This is clearly a fabulous family friendly place, children everywhere, but this gentleman not only knocked on our door one night, but put notes on our vehicles calling my children “elephants.” My grandchildren were in bed and asleep by 10 and most night we all were. That was very disappointing. Overall it was nice vacation.

Amazing Family Vacation

We had an amazing time. The condo/property were beautiful. Location is ideal- beach across the small street and the market/restaurant next doo are amazing. Would highly recommend!

Excellent Apartment. Excellent Location. Less Than Friendly Tenants.

I am always nervous about checking into a vacation rental without speaking to a human being. However, this check-in went very smoothly. The parking spaces were as stated. The codes for the garage/ pool/ elevator/ and room all worked at stated. The apartment itself was amazing. My family was very pleased.If there were one issue worth mentioning it would be that this complex has rentals as well as year round residents and from my experience, the residents are less than kind. We arrived approximately at 5:00pm. By 6:00pm, there was a knock at the door. When I answered it, the man stated he lived below the apartment and could hear people running around... referring to my 5 and 7 year old children... who were merely excited and doing nothing more than a typical child would do. Worse than that incident, later in the week, I was in the garage loading our beach supplies into my vehicle out of the supplied storage shed for the unit. Given the parking spot for the unit was on the opposite side and both spots directly next to the storage shed were currently open, I pulled my vehicle into one of the spots. It was no more than five minutes. I had no intentions of leaving my vehicle there and would be moving it back as soon as I was done. Not two minutes later, a lady pulled up, laid on her horn, and rudely pointed at the spot. I immediately move my vehicle back. As I pulled out, she rolled down her window and cursed at me repeatedly, right in front of my children. We won't stay again.

October Visit

The property was perfect for our 3-day visit. We had small children and the walk across the street to the beach was the best. The condo has plenty of room for everyone and a fully stocked kitchen. The baby crib was useful and the loft with the games was a hit.

Great vacation!

We had an amazing time and made lots of memories! Enjoyed the spacious condo and the pretty sunset views from the balcony. Nice short walk to the beach. The only problem was that the dishwasher didn’t work properly. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Fun Week

We all had a great time. The weather was great, the beach was an easy walk, and the pool was a perfect late afternoon break! We enjoyed playing pool and foosball in the evening. The store and restaurant across the street was very convenient. The Realtors were very helpful with handling any concerns or questions we had during our stay!

Beautiful area. Great condo.

Great location, Great resort. Everything you need is in the condo. Unit is really nice and is as described. No need to haul baby items, just show up. Only thing that the condo needs is the carpet replaced throughout the unit. Other than the carpets it is a really nice condo. Would stay again and recommend to other family and friends

Annual beach trip

We stayed here for our annual beach trip. It was great having the upstairs/loft hangout area with a pool table! I loved the balcony and the kitchen, nice spacious living room, and short walk to the beach! The only complaint we had was that we saw an employee emptying the recycling bin into the dumpster. That was pretty disappointing. Oh, and figuring out who to contact (vrbo, owner, condo?) with questions was confusing at first.

A wonderful vacation

Ocean Pearl was lovely. It was everything we could ask for. We were steps from the ocean which made it easy to go back and forth from beach to pool, grab a quick bite for lunch, and go back to the beach for a few more hours. We rented chairs, towels, umbrella from Sandbridge Rentals with drop off and pick up right at the building. Sunrises and sunsets were beautiful. There was a little confusion with information e-mailed and texted from the property manager but they were easy to communicate with and everything was clarified promptly. Overall, a perfect place to stay!

Beautiful Condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ocean Pearl was such a fantastic unit. This condominium is right across the street from the market and the beach access. There was a pool and gym on site. The condominium was also located by a few shops and an ice cream shop which we loved. The Island Restaurant had awesome pizza and was right across the street which was perfect for a short walk with the kids. The unit was clean, upkept, fully stocked, and just everything we could have needed. Working with Ocean Sands Realty made everything so easy and enjoyable. They are very professional and prompt. My family and I are already planning to come back next year! This unit will not disappoint.

The property is as described. There were plenty of towels. But bring paper towels, napkins, trash bags, soap, dishwasher detergent as there is only 1 of anything mentioned. The main reason for the 4 grade was because the codes didnt work properly using the elevator, parking garage or gate to the pool. It took an hour before we could get ahold of someone at the realty agency to get in when we 1st arrived. Very frustrating. Also the tv's were all different and no directions on how to use the remotes. It was all trial and error. TV in the master was so slow, it wasnt worth watching. Great location, across from the beach. Plenty of room. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths down and 1 br and 1 ffull bath up. Fuzz ball and popl tables were great.

This was my first time at Virginia Beach. We had plenty of space for our two small families. The communication once I arrived was non existent until the last full day there. I had texted back with some questions after receiving my initial welcome text that said “please reply to this text with any questions”. The whole week we had three bags of what I assume were dirty sheets and towels outside the door. There was visible mold (black) in the master bathroom. The game tables had broken parts. We never turned on the tvs so not sure how they worked. The parking is very difficult if you bring two vehicles. The spots and very narrow so definitely not good for two large vehicles to be next to each other. I suggest that you park one vehicle outside and park in the middle of the two spaces. Overall it was okay.

Overall this place is huge and while the VRBO listing says 4 bedrooms, and it’s actually 3 it provided us all plenty of room. But all that said I would as not rent this unit again. The rental company is very hard to deal with. None of The codes checking in worked, the rental office gave us wrong codes multiple times to the point I had to threaten to contact the authorities as I was unable to lock the door to the unit. Multiple small appliances in the unit did not work and the linens were stained. We contacted Beach Pros and they dumped off a ton of linens however did not change them. They did replace the coffee pot, blender, and toaster after me being severely annoyed by the dirty oven, broken coffee pot, blender and toaster about to catch fire. There was also no batteries in the remote. Internet is a joke. You can not stream anything (the listing says high speed) and the kids can not play any games without disruption. The service team came by as the internet stopped working all together as the owners could not see the temp on the thermostat. They apparently pay for the lowest plan (not surprised). While I understand beach pros “manages” the unit they should have a minimum requirement for their houses. The slats on the bunk beds broke, took them 2 days to fix it, but at least it’s done for those coming later. Overall- Beach Pros does not take a proactive approach to fixing anything and waits for things to break while the tenants are in the unit that they paid a hefty fee for. And good grief— if you buy a beach house. Organize your kitchen logically and buy a garbage disposal

So much room

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great place for a large group. We needed an adjustment with the AC and maintenance was out within minutes. It was great for a rainy day having the game room in the loft area. Convenience of having the market across the street, walkable souvenir shops and ice cream. The beach was not crowded like the main areas of VA Bch, very private which was extra nice. We’d stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The big issues were that the first two nights we were woken up in the middle of the night to the fire alarm going off and when I complained maintenance was sent and went right In and when we got back there were new batteries on the countertop (not sure why they were left there but they were) we were told the issue was taken care of but the second night it went off again at 2:30am the entire house was woken up again and when your woken up like that In the middle of the night it doesn’t make it such a great start to your day we were tired The next day and it really just put a damper on the first couple days of our vacation and our plans as we were so tired from it. My main issue with this was that when I called the rental company the next day (I did immediately text them at 2:30 am) I spoke to a very nice lady on the phone who asked my permission to send maintenance in I said why are you asking today yesterday they just went in without us knowing she apologized and I told her it was ok for them to go in and explained how this has really effected our trip and she apologized and said I will talk to my boss and see what we can do for your inconvenience but we NEVER heard back so why say that when you were not going to compensate us in any way. My other complaint is we were very hot at night and could not change temp any lower when I complained the response was “no one else has complained all season” and we were advised to use the fans (they were already on) so every night we slept uncomfortable because we were hot it should not matter about anyone else we paid to rent the place for the week and we’re only asking to lower the temp at night for us to sleep but they wouldn’t. The other issues are the carpets are very worn and after the first couple days we all wore socks in the house cause without them our feet turned black, and the master shower had mold and although a nice place not very clean. It wasn’t all bad the location was

Great Time had by all

Like there was a stroller in one of the closets and a bunch of little kid toys and kids DVDs. As for location in the building, it's near the elevator, so it's quick to get in and out of the building or down to the pool. Plus, it's right next to the beach (which wasn't super busy despite being perfect beach weather). It also was close to a shopping center with a Walmart so when you needed something it wasn't a big deal to go pick it up. It is a bit of a drive to get to the VB boardwalk, but that wasn't a big deal, as we got to avoid all of the crowds and the price gouging. Definitely would stay here again.
